JustFab fraud account

My credit card information was stolen. The person that stole it open an account using her name & a different address other then my billing or street address. I called my bank & advised them what was going on, they suggested that I contact the vendor "justfab" & alert them to what was going on. I contacted justfab told them what had happen & the rep asked me for the shipping address where the product was going to, well I didn't know. From that point on everything went downhill, they claims that they are unable to help me because I didn't know the shipping address. So we did a 3way conference call with my bank & they verify my mailing address, as well as my street address. I asked to speak with a manager, the rep continue to state that they are unable to help, because without the shipping address they are unable to gain access to the account (?) again I request to speak with a manager and again the rep refuse to put one on the phone (but I could hear someone in the background advised the rep on what to say). Its a shame that some vendors or so hard up to make a sale, that they refuse to do simply the right thing. Now I feel like I been robbed two times. I will get my money back (if it the last thing I do). Then I found out who the owner is, really kimora lee simmons, really...

This company is complete s***...they have terrible advertising methods to their consumers, and leave them with more negative interaction online then positive. I will be calling every day until I get a proper refund.

NEVER USE THIS SITE!

I agree yesterday .I received an email stating that the company was going to charge my credit card $49.and change, for not purchasing. I never signed up to be a member of anything. I bought a pair of pants and a tank top, around 25$ last October. I never received anything more nor have I went back to purchase anything. Well I sent them an email and I am waiting to hear from them now. If a company can only get business by charging your credit card in advance and making people buy something that they do not want, there is a serious scam here!

JustFab cancelling

I just cancelled my account as the shoes are too narrow for me and I don't like any of the bags etc - what an ordeal!

Firstly, the 'cancel account' button just brings up a phone number - when I called, the assistant asked me why I wanted to cancel and I told her. Then she repeatedly spoke about what I would be 'giving up' if I left. I told her I was aware of what was on the website and the options available but wanted to cancel. This happened approximately 8 times and I genuinely thought she was not going to let me cancel the account as she just talked over my requests to cancel, however sternly I said it.

I ended up having to raise my voice and tell her that if she did not cancel my account immediately, I would be sending a strong complaint. She still continued to ask me if I would be interested in a 'pay as you go' option and I reached absolute exasperation. I yelled 'close my account now' and she finally did it. I asked her, based on this call, if she thought I was more likely or less likely to ever look at the justfabuk website again. For the first time, she went quiet, so I said 'I think you know the answer to that don't you?'

I cannot believe the fight I had just to get rid of this account and I can imagine some people thinking they're not allowed to close it but have to change to payg based on my experience. Awful company.

JustFab scam

Just fab owes me £105. I haven't been in the uk for the whole summer and when I came back to track my payments I realized that they have been taking £35 every month without my knowledge. I didn't even know that we had to pay for a membership. If I knew that the membership is £35 every month to buy low quality shoes I would have never signed up. This is a total scam. I suggest you make it clear to your costumers that you're gonna keep on taking monthly transactions from their account before they sign up. Because if it were clear to them, 'just fab' wouldn't have 554 complaints. I sincerely hope for a lawsuit to be filed against this company, causing them to lose millions. I have blocked their account from my bank but I do hope I get my money back.

If you want costumer loyalty that's not the way to get it. You lost thousands of costumers because of your awful scam. Just know that your little online shop can easily be replaced.

JustFab fraud

Beware — this is a scam! Do not give your bank information!
I got a membership and ordered a pair of shoes online. The membership cost me $39.95. However, once I got the shoes they were of poor quality, and I cancel future membership payments by calling in. However, for the past two months I have been charged membership fees. I called them several times to cancel the membership and they will not allow it to be cancelled. If you select the "cancel my membership" option on your phone touch pad, they will hang up on you. So for a $30 pair of shoes, I have so far paid over $150 dollars. They will not refund the money, after my millionth phone call. I cannot believe that u.S. Citizens get embezzled and cheated like as of we live in a freaking third world country. I cannot fathom why the u.S. Government allows such fraudulent scams like #justfab. I am going to try one more time and will ask my bank to probe an inquiry, and will have to cancel my card. #justfab will for sure #justf you! Beware!

JustFab steals money from your account every month and will not cancel matter what you do

This company starts a $39.95 monthly membership somehow when you order from them then every month whether you buy something or not they take that money directly from your bank account without your knoledge, then they give you some bs about oh all you heve to do is go in on the site within the first 5bdays and cancel, but when you tell them you want to cancel forever they say to so it online after you have verbally told them over and over. 5 monthes later after they tell me its canceled they are illegally taking the money out of my account still. Then they had the nerve to tell me I never canceled and that there is no indication that I canceled and that I have to tell someone on the phone not on the internet and I did both! They are a scam I had to file a claim with my bank over $200 later I had to cancel my card because I didn't even know this was going on and they won't stop for anything and they won't listen to you or get a supervisor on the phone and their boots are cheaply made. At all costs do not do business with just fab you will regret it the only saving grace for my bank I hope is to have them read all of the complaints that I found from other people experiencing the same thing. They are an illegal business and god knows who they are funneling the money to somewhere in the world and your bank account number! Stay away from just fab! Stay with a reputable company you know like areosoles, macy's, amazon.

JustFab unethical business practices

I made one purchase back in september 2012 never knowing that I was signing up for anything. I closed that card that was used because it was lost, and justfab charged my new card 5 months later in february 2013. They have long wait lines on the phone. 30+ minutes. Their reps are unapologetic. Rep said that they won’t refund the money, which I will have to file a dispute with my bank. And since I closed my account, I lose the 39.95 store credit I already paid for. Buyer beware.

JustFab did not credit my return and charged my account incorrectly

I received a pair of boots from just fab that were poor quality and did not fit. I returned them as instructed on the web site. Yet, two months later my account does not show a credit for the return.in addition, I cannot get hold of anyone, either through their "live chat", e-mail, or 866 number.
Though I want to cancel my membership, I do not want to lose my $39.95.
Last, in order to prevent being charged the monthly $39.95 for this month, I clicked on the "skip a month" link on my membership. Yet, they charged me anyway. I am livid.

JustFab I ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card company

Horrible!

I got an offer for a 1/2 price pair of shoes for 1st time purchase so I took the bait.

Got two left shoes and then they had the nerve to tell me there would be a restocking fee if I wanted to return them. What? I didn't order two left shoes!

Anyway, no I see a charge on my credit card that I did not authorize from justfab.com. I admit, I didn't read all the fine print, I guess, when I placed the initial order. But who would think you need to... They don't really give any indication that this is anything other that your run of the mill online shoe purchase. So, I called the company, suffered 15 minutes of retched music while on hold, and spoke to a representative named taylor. Taylor insisted that there were no refunds and would not let me speak with a supervisor. She also was not willing to offer clear assistance with the cancellation of my membership.

I ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card company.

This company is a bunch of crooks. Aside from that, their customer service is terrible and their product is crap.

When I call to tell them to take off those charges, she said, "I can only give you store credit" This company is a big scam!! I have ordered my shoes in june then never realized it has been charged $39.95 every month! Kidding me?
They said they are not be able to refund anything even returned order.
Now I have to cancel my membership otherwise they will keep charging me!
I went to the website to cancel it but they did not let me do online. Will have to call?
What a horrible business.
Bad customer service too.

they are going to have an explosion, about the size of 1/2 a city block
they sign you up for a "membership", wich apparently is a life long membership.
can cancell and get refund, and they think it is funny stealing 39.95 a month. so i told them
i warned them,
they did not listen, so they are going to have a package sent to them, that they should not,
but will not be able to keep from opening. hahahahahaha
can't wait to watch the news, and read the paper, will have to buy the paper from that day.
i knwo what they will say.
120 people dead. "what a monster, how could anyone do such a thing?"

This is the worst company ever with their policies. I purchased from them the first inital 50% promotion when you sign up. I had to return my shoes and they only gave me store credit so I would not loose my promotional price on another pair of shoes. I knew about the monthly credits of 39.95 that come straight out of the account that you purchased last with. To avoid them charging you you have to skip that month. This is the worst theory ever. My life is way to busy to keep track of this crap. I did end up missing a month to skip because we were in the process of moving into a new home next thing I know the 39.95 had been taken out of my account. I decided to use the "store credit" and the shoe I got did not fit so I decided to ask for a refund not a store credit or exchange but would you know it that they do not give refunds from the store credits even though they so graciously take it out of your account! I am so mad! Its my money and I should have every right to be able to do whatever I want with that money... This company has the worse refund system I have ever heard of. It is unfair and a rip off... I have cancled my account and now making it know to the public that this company is riduculous and do not deserve any buisness from anyone they need to fall off the face of the earth!. Oh and when I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor about their policies they told me they did not have either! So the customer service reps just work under their own supervison... Makes no sense. Whatever you do do not get a memebership with justfab.com they are unfair and not worth your time. Pluse their shoes suck!

JustFab i'm am disgusted by the tactics of this site and their customer service

This site scammed me. After visiting the site due to seeing their advertisements everywhere online, I took advantage of a really good deal for shoes which I intended to be a one time thing. During the checkout process, I was offered the option to sign up for a vip membership where I would be charged 40 dollars a month toward shoes, which I intentionally, after reading about the membership, declined. Nowhere on the site did I see that taking advantage of the deal I used to get the inexpensive shoes would automatically sign me up for this program. If this was the case, I would have expected a clear explanation before checkout, not an 'opt out' option that would not be honored once the shoes were purchased. On top of that, I was supposed to have received an email notifying me that I had until the 5th of the next month to opt out of the $40 vip automatic credit, which I also did not receive. I didn't even know I was enrolled in this program until the next month when I did receive such an email and had already been charged $40.

Seeing what had happened I called customer service who ignored my dissatisfaction and outrage, telling me I had signed up for this program and if I chose to cancel my account I would forfeit my $40 credit. I got off the phone with the unhelpful snide woman and she apparently canceled my account based on some dissatisfied comment I made, which again, I did not know about. I also got on a chat with a customer service person who said they couldn't help me I would have to call. So I sent an email. I received no response.

I'm am disgusted by the tactics of this site and their customer service. What I will say is that the shoes I received were of decent quality for the price, although they obviously ended up costing more than I originally thought. Oh and I was able to reactivate my account getting back the 40$ towards shoes. I don't need any more shoes, I need my money. But at least they didn't flat out steal it from me.

JustFab this company is definitely a scam

Do not buy from justfab.com. This company is a scam. I saw their advertisement from my email and tempted to buy the shoes. Only after made my purchase I was being told my friends to be careful of this company because they have heard about this company. So after I received my shoes, I immediately cancelled my membership. Yet they kept on trying to persuade me to keep the membership and they can waived a month for me. I was tempted at first, but later, I decided to called them back and cancelled my monthly membership. Later I realized that they skip one month and charge me two more months later knowing that I will likely not looking at my statements. I contacted them to request for refund of my monthly charges and they kept on saying that they are unable to do so because they don't have a record to prove that I did in fact contacted them to make that cancelation. This company is definitely a scam! They should be brought up to the better business bureau. Someone need to sue them! They need to be shoot down. For those who work for them, you must have no moral instinct.

Do not buy from this company! They scamming people!

I ordered a pair of shoes from them several months ago, I want aware until I received my conformation email that If you order from them they automatically sign you up for a member, and it takes 39.95 from your account monthly. I immediately called to cancel got no answer, I then sent an email to cancel, and called back a couple days later some with someone who said she had canceled. 2 months later they charge my account I call And told them it was a mistake I had canceled, they were like no we can't refund your money you haven't canceled. I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering anything from them, they are thieves!

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT ever sign up for this awful, lying website. I went on it after seeing a commercial for it. I came across their "deal" that if you sign up you get your first pair of shoes for half off (19.95), so I foolishly signed up to get a pair. What they DONT tell you is that there is a monthly fee of 39.95 for being a member. Customer service is terrible. I was on hold for at least 20 minutes and still no one picked up. I have yet to cancel my membership with them. I am very angry and feel they have stolen money from me that I work hard for.

PLEASE DONT BE TEMPTED BY 20 DOLLAR BOOTS THEY OFFER AND SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME. My friend told me that if i sign up for this website, i get a pair of boots for 20 bucks. I thought it was a great deal, and I ended up buying two pairs of boots using two different accounts. Next month, I check my banking account and they took total of $80 off my account, and I was like wtf I never bought anything other than the initial offers. Then, I realized they charge you $40 per month automatically without your authorization. I was freaked out and I didnt want to fight the customer services, because I heard its almost impossible to get your money back. So, I used the credits and got a bag and and a clutch which looked very cheap and not worth the $40 each. After I got my stuff, I called the customer services to cancel my membership. First time I call, I told her i wanted to cancel. She asked me why I wanted to cancel. I said I just didn't think I was going to buy anything any more. She asked me why I wasnt unsatisfied with my purchase. I just said I wasnt happy that they didnt make it clear that I was charged $40 months and didnt want to deal with it and she said, "one second" and hung up on me. I was furious and called the again. This time this lady with an African-American accent started yelling at me when I told her I just didnt want to deal with it and wanted to cancel it. She told me she HAD TO tell me two things. And I said I dont want to hear it i just want to cancel. She INSISTED LIKE A CRAZY WOMAN. She told me she went ahead and cancelled my membership but I dont think she did. So I got a new debit card so they cant charge me money anymore. Jesus christ. Please don't use this website and save yourself some time and energy.

JustFab horrible service

Dear justfab,

I would formally like to write you a letter in regards to your services. I did not appreciate the way your services worked at all. The customer should always be right, and when I recently talked on the phone with your “fashion consultant” she defiantly didn’t make me feel that way. I wanted to exchange both the products I bought for another size:

Sku: [protected] – jehan – size 7.5
Sku: [protected] – kaylene – size 7.5

As you can see I bought them both as a 7.5 and they both didn’t fit. You had the jehan size 7 in stock for exchange, but the lady explained that you no longer had the kaylene in size 7 only size 6.5. I asked her if I could pick a different boot, similar in style instead, considering I really liked that style and wanted it for fall. She explained that I would only get a $19.00 credit which is ridiculous considering you should be trying to accommodate me for what I would like considering the style that I wanted in the first place was out. She then further explained I would have to pay $9 shipping fees for my new boots coming back. This is absolutely ridiculous.

So instead I have cancelled my account with your company, and am now stuck with 2 types of boots that don’t fit me. You have sincerely wasted my money and my time. I’m am extremely furious about this as when I signed up and bought these boots I thought it was a simple thing and great because you were unlike most companies. Now I see that you’re actually worse than most companies, considering you have all these hidden things.

I can express to you how mad I am that I am stuck with 2 pairs of boots that actually don’t fit me, and I couldn’t even exchange them for something I actually liked.

Just Fab-- what a scam! I signed up cuz I like some shoes & they offered frees shipping w/ membership...the catch is you have to decline a purchase everymonth or they will send you out a voucher for $39.95 to use at a later date. So every time you forget to decline for a month you get another voucher or store credit charged to your credit card --- if you are. Careful u can avoid this BUT the REAL scam comes when you try to cancel ( they say you can cancel @any time. First I sent an email notice to UNSUBSCRIBE me..the response? I must contact them in person, so then I can't locate telephone number- then it's always busy.THEN I decide to email them (!) problem was they sent a note someone would get back to me in 24 hrs& nobody ever did! Even after repeated messages to them. THEY WOULD, NOT LET ME CANCEL! I finally reached some on phone & she would not let me cancel " because I'm such a valued customer" seriously? In the meantime they are sucking 40.00 out of my acct every month...grrr!

Even skipping ...They say you can skip a month as long as you go to site and do it by the 6th of each month...Did you do this every month and at the proper time? Just curious, I ordered yesterday because I thought there contract with the skip thing(and they say you can skip as many months as you want) would be held up on their end...Did you do this and they are still taking your money each month? Wow..never again just reading all these complaints...Thanks!

JustFab ignored cancelation request

Their offer of "free" subscription turned out to be misleading as I was placed on their monthly subscription plan when I made a purchase, using my credit card information from the purchase. When I noticed I was being charged monthly, I called to cancel, but instead I was placed on a skip a month without my consent and the company resumed charging me monthly. When I called again to question the charges, brooke explained my account had not been canceled in april as requested, but just skipped a month and that the two months charged would not be refunded, even though I canceled in april. Furthermore, the only pair of shoes I purchased were of horrible quality.

JustFab return/cancellation

I purchased two shoes for the price of one for the birthday blowout sale. Now, as I was checking out it did not say I could not exchange the item. It did say returns are a breeze and exchanges are always free quote on quote. Not only does it say this at the time of checkout, but it also has the justfab promise... Which is 1. I called justfab to exchange my item at which in time I was told there were no exchanges. I then said well what can I do. I just bought two pairs that do not fit me. The customer service rep replies that I can purchase a shoe insert. I then retorted that I indeed tried to use my credits with the shoe purchase, but was unable to because it said and quote, "we noticed that you have a credit in your account. Credits cannot be combined with any other offer. You may either use the full credit for this order or take advantage of the promotion. If you choose to apply the promotion, your credit will be saved for your next purchase, and your credit card will be charged the final amount of the order. If you choose to use your credit, the promotion will automatically be voided." I said I am not paying for that when I tried to get it at the time of purchase. I said if you would send one to me without having me pay for shipping or purchasing the item then that would be great, but otherwise I will not pay. She said that I should have called at the time of purchase. Now, she is saying that I should have called, yet she is telling me that there is nothing that she can do about exchanging my shoes, but if I would have called at the time of purchase, something could have been done about the situation of not being able to use my credits with the birthday blowout sale. So, you can choose to break policies; only when it is convenient. On top of that they tell my that my account has been cancelled on jan. 9th. I replied how can this be? I just logged into my account after jan. 9th to purchase shoes. I did not cancel. I was told since I had a fallout with justfab prior to this incident where my bank considered their charges as fraud justfab automatically cancelled my account. I did not receive any letter or e-mail stating this documentation. This incident happened in nov. Why are they only cancelling my account now (jan 9th)? Why do I still have the ability to log into my account as well as make purchases? Justfab claims there are no supervisors that they will take my name and number and will have a supervisor contact me at their convenience. I asked whats the name of the person because I want to know who will be calling me about this matter. I had to ask her! I then asked will that person leave a voicemail as to which she replied yes. I then asked will I get the 1 800 number or will I get a number to reach him personally? She said I would get the 1 800 number. I then said so i'm back to square one. She said no that all I would have to do is ask for that person. I just sat there with a look on my face, because if thats all I have to do why cant she send me to him?! I am canceling my account for sure with this company. It all seems really shady that justfab does not have a supervisor or manager on the floor. Please do not get scammed. These are real consumers who have been bamboozled. Please pay attention. Not to mention there shoes are made of cheap material. Be aware.

I ordered shoes in August. A month later in September I was charged $30 by this company and I called to see what was going on. I was informed that the initial order signed me up for a membership that would charge $30 monthly and I would be able to order shoes. I complained that I did not sign up for the service and had no knowledge of a membership. I was told my account was cancelled and the refund was processed. I thought that was he end of everything but it was not. This company has yet AGAIN charged my card after last months conversation, cancellation and refund. There must be a law against this! It seems they are trying to force a membership that will not happen. Its difficult to get anyone on the phone - enormous wait times and online chat is even worse. Please inform me of who to contact. Im considering contacting a lawyer.

JustFab I was forced to pay $17.85 to return two pair of shoes and cancel my membership

What did I get from just fabulous shoes? I was forced to pay $17.85 to return two pair of shoes and cancel my membership! What a mistake. I will never recommend or purchased anything from just fabulous again. I bought two pair of shoes that were sent to me in one box. The shoes seemed cheap and I decided to return them and cancel the membership. Through the conversation with customer service I realized that if I wanted to stay a member, just fabulous would do anything to help me. I was offered extra member points to stay as well as a second pair of shoes on my next order 1/2 off and to top that I would not be charged for my return. When I told them thanks but that I still wanted to return the shoes I received and cancel my membership, they would not budge on anything. I was forced to pay the $5.95 restocking fee for each pair of shoes I bought even though they were being returned in one box (the same box they were sent in) and also $5.95 to refund the shipping fee they paid to send them to me! Never again!

From their add, I purchased a pair of shoes. They did not fit, so I returned them. They did credit my account. A month later they put a $39.95 charge against my bank account. When I called about it, they told me that when I made my purchase the month before, I was agreeing to their $39.95/month "club fee." I saw nowhere on that order form when I purchased that I was agreeing to a "club fee." When I called about it, they said I could not get that back, that I could "skip a month" and use that money the next month on a pair of shoes. Unbelievable! I was refused my request to speak to a supervisor, or to have his extension to call him, or to have his email to contact him. That was all "private." Horrible! My only recourse is to cancel my bank card that they are charging, which I will definitely do.

JustFab this is a scam that once they get your credit card you cannot get out of

You are told nowhere on the website that you will be automatically charged $39.95 whether you buy shoes or not. You have to decline the offered shoes between the 1rst and 5th of the month or you get charged $39.95 for shoes you did not get. When you call, you will told that you cannot cancel, just skip a month by clicking (between the 1-5 of the month). This is a scam that once they get your credit card you cannot get out of. Most certain that they will not give a refund for anything.

JustFab poor service

1st this company wants to charge your card every month regardless whether you want something offered that month or not. This I could overlook if the service was up to par. However, the 1st of every month there are more things out of stock than in. Recently, when I made my last purchase I was issued a tracking number that took 2 full weeks to become active only to be shipped to the wrong address! The idea of online shoes is a great one but with poor management this company will never make it. I'm done with them!
