On returning to London Heathrow yesterday from Munich on flight BA0955 at the London Heathrow T5 baggage reclaim i noticed that the luggage zips were broken open, removed and the padlock that was used to secure the luggage missing. They were padlocked and secure on leaving. It looks like they were forcibly wrenched with pliers. I took a video and attach and this and some photos. If you look at the zip-bit the metal is twisted with an indentation and shining metal showing, as if pliers were used to twist it. I'm not sure who to raise this complaint to? Nothing seems to be stolen, but the luggage is broken.

The suitcase is now unusable and i will need to buy a need a new one. I raised the issue with BA help desk and have contacted the number provided (a company called K2 Global Limited, aviation support services presumably for London Heathrow). I don't know where this occurred (the flight was from Munich to London) or at what time. But the luggage is now broken and unusable.
