I ordered a pair of women's sandals for my wife. The sole was the right size but the straps for the toe ankle and leg are ridiculously big. I emailed with photos and asked for return info. Someone named Denise emailed me back saying I couldn't return due to international shipping and I could choose another item for $20. My original purchase was $34.99. There is no phone number anywhere to speak to a customer service rep. I found another pair of shoes for $29.99 and they are requesting I pay an additional $9. I just want my money back at this point. Worst customer service I've dealt with in a while.

I order a pair of ladies sandals from Kalyn as it was advertised on Facebook. It took over a month for me to receive them because they came from China (I would not have ordered them if I would have known that). I am very disappointed in the quality and they do not fit. The width is so wide like that of a man's shoe. I cannot walk in them because I cannot keep them on my feet. I contacted customer service for a return label and was told that they sent the correct size and would not give me a refund. I am very disappointed in Facebook for running advertisement for this company. I trusted FB to not have crooked companies on their site. Boy was I wrong!
cancelling order
I cancelled an order within a half hour of ordering. They did not get back to me until later in the evening to tell me they cannot cancel order. Now I am going to have to dispute this with my credit card company. This company is not legit. No wonder they can't get over a 1 star rating. I do all my shopping online and this is the absolute worst company I have dealt with.

Ordered two pairs of sandals back in early May. Got them within a week, both pairs are too big, wrong colors and description was off by a mile. Fought with the company through several emails for return. Company would not accept at first. Then was told to send back and I would get a refund. Couldn't be further from the truth. It is now end of July. No refund, spent $25 to send back to China. No proof they made it. Tracking number I recieved from them was invalid. Now they are asking me to just order something else from them for LESS than what I spent and they will ship to me free. Absolutely NOT! THEY ARE A SCAM! Junk product and no way to contact but through email, which is a joke. Will never see my money. Plus I lost $25 to send back. So a total of $85 and nothing to show for it.
poor quality sandals and not true to size
I received my shoe sandals and the sandals are of POOR quality and not at all true to size! I wear a size 8 and these sandals are a whole 2 cm smaller than a size 8. I am trying to contact a live person but there is no number listed for Kaaum. I would like to exchange my sandals for a size 9 or return them for a full refund. I would also like the return address and phone number for Kaaum.

I ordered two covers 1 fit the other did not. Contacted their customer service via email [protected]@kaaum.com. I asked for a return They answered " we only accept returns if there's a factory defect...n to give it away as a gift. Funny part the offered me a discount to order another cover. After a few emails back n forth they ended up ignoring my last few emails. There's no way to call these people.

I ordered three pairs of shoes one size bigger than my reg, shoe. Three quality was extremely POOR and the shoes were 2size to small and the company do not want you to return the items to the return address on the product but they will not provide the customer with a return address of RAM number but they are going to return my money I will not stop until it's done.

These smell soooo terrible. They arrived in a bag, and were slightly crushed. I smelled them immediately - the materials are literally toxic. I let them air out on the floor beside my air conditioner in my kitchen for a few days and the entire room started smelling bad. I had to put them outside. Terrible quality. Contact d customer service who told me to wash them as this was "inevitable with new shoes". They are made of rubber and yarn - I can only imagine what would happen in the wash. This is crap. I'm so disappointed that I fell for this scam and consider my money a loss.

The sandals I ordered were too small. I took pictures of shoes in my size next to their sandals, then emailed this to their company. Since I still got no cooperation, I just sent sandals back to the address posted on packaging. I am currently disputing the credit card charges.
Attached photos, the red sandal (already owned)fits well which is a size 12M. Their sandal, which should also be a size 12M, is too small.

Thiefs and Liars ! Ordered screen protectors for my phone, they came a month later and broken. Contacted customer service and asked for money refund...They said that replacement was shipped so they cannot refund money...after 2 weeks I checked the tracking number of replacement they provided to find out that ONLY shipping label was created! they didnt even shipped replacement which I actually didnt ever asked for! BUYER BE AWARE!

I received my order # 590520.. Flat sandal-black-zebra.. Size 8.. Cost $29.99. They are too short and the straps are very flimsy and loose.. I cannot wear them! I ordered two pairs of shoes and a handbag from this online company. They are of embarrassingly inferior quality. To add insult to injury, I was sent a pair of shoes three sizes up from what I had ordered. When I notified the company they refused to send me a paid slip for return - or the shoes I had ordered in the correct size. They did not want to pay for the return and then went in to state that I had benefited from the transaction as I had the incorrect shoes in my possession. I sought a refund and they said they had refunded the money to me (I checked my account and this was untrue). After contacting the company again they said they had decided to cancel my refund. This company is completely unscrupulous, manufactures extremely low quality products and shouldn't be allowed to operate online. BUYER - run!

The quality of both pair was sub par, I have sent multiple emails to the complaint department along with photographs and they still refuse to return my money. Their sizing is incorrect, the colors stated were incorrect and the quality was poor. There is glue and string showing around the shoes, the strings create uncomfortable lumps on the inside, the upper and lower portions of the shoes do not line up and one pair had holes in the base of the shoe.

I Placed an order on April 7, 2018 for two pairs of the Sexy tassel heels.. A black pair and a beige pair. I always try to research companies I order from but this one slipped thru. First off it took a month to get ONE shoe (beige) and a week later the black one..Second, it looks nothing like the shoes I thought I ordered. It was the cheap material, poor quality and the fit was a joke... AND they came wrapped in bubble wrap in a large envelope not a box! I did read the return policy but could not reach anyone in customer service. DO Not order from this company.

They were delivered to my parcel locker on the 18th of may, I retrieved them on the 23rd of may..
I really love my shoes, one pair is blue the other yellow/ same style...the yellow pair has a company defect( it looks like a cut, but it's it's a deep indentation, I know this to be true because the blue pair does not have it..
I know I am due for a refund, however i would appreciate if we could settle this with another pair..

The sandals I purchased from Kaaum are made with the cheapest materials possible. They are so flimsy and poorly made they slide right off your feet when you take a step. They don't honor their return policy that they post on their website, and their customer service is a joke! I emailed their customer service back and forth 20 times, and then had to send them 10 pictures of me wearing the sandals to show what the problem was. All that still got me absolutely no where, so I gave up on trying to send them back and threw them in the trash. Consumers need to be protected from rip off companies like this! People save yourselves the money, time, and aggravation- do not buy from this company!

ordered 3 months ago and still no product or response.
I ordered a pair of shoes for $31.99 and payed the $24.99 shipping rate. I ordered these March 21, 2018 and still have yet to ship from Kaaum. USPS tracking number will not show up and they have not responded to my last 2 e-mails. I usually do my homework and look up sites before i buy. This was very disappointing and frustrating. Thank God I didn't order more items.
