TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! I agreed to try their toner. It didn't work. They kept calling saying I had to purchase more toner to fill my commitment. Finally I was told if I paid for one more, I would be done. I did just to get them off my back. They called in 6 months and said I needed to buy 2 black additional toner cartridges to complete my commitment. At that point we had sold our business and I didn't own the printer. No cooperation. Liars and Scammers!
toner / company lies about price and over charged
A sales rep. from Kelly printing supplies called my office and insisted we give them a try on their toners. The man said 2 for 55.00 I told him I was not interested and he insisted. I asked him several questions (because I already thought it could be a scam)such as are you sure its 2 for 55.00? Will I have to cancel or is this a auto/ send out. The man assured me 2 for 55.00 and no auto reorder. I said ok I will give you guys a chance... I tried to pay him at that moment but he would not take payment because he said i had to try it for 30 days. Then they would send me a bill. So on Nov 21 2018 I received a bill for 124.95 Can you believe that! I called them and they said I miss understood him but I told them no I didn't because I asked more than once. I told them I would send 1 toner back because I only agreed to 55.00. I even told her to go back and listen to the recorded call. I don't understand how someone who runs a business can scam people and get away with it. I have been trying to send back the toners that were sent to me, they are the wrong ones. The lady who I spoke with said to use them for 30 and if we don't like them return them and they would send me the return info at no charge. Well the return number I got was going to cost me almost $50 to sent them back. I need for them to contact me back if they want their products.

When the sales person sold me on the ink in September 2017 (very persistent unsolicited phone call), I was hesitant and was assured by them that even if it was several weeks after that I used them and there were problems I could return them and get my money back.
Around 6 weeks later in November I attempted to use the first cartridge and my printer would not accept it and would not print, I get a message it's out of date. There is no date printed on the box where it says best used by. I called to make a return. I left several messages and then finally got a return call when I was out of the country on a job the end of January. I told them I would have to return their call in a few days and I did, leaving messages all through February and have had no response.
I wish I was in my office where I could have looked them up while on the phone with their sales person. I would have easily seen the complaints and not the not so trustworthy website.

After many phone calls telling them I was not interested, I finally agreed to try 1 at the price it would be if I bought 4. the black toner cartridge arrived, and when we used it, it did not last any longer than the refurbished ones we purchase for much less money. I then like so many others received the call to send the other 3 that I ordered. I told them NO. I said they needed to go back and listen to the phone call, because I was pretty sure it was recorded. We never agreed that I would purchase the other 3. I told them to never call me again.
The other issue with this company, their toner cartridge damaged my printer, and it now has black spots on everything we print. This was not happening before we used their cartridge. NEVER EVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.
I just had a phone call from them and I could not get thru to him that we are not changing suppliers for our cartridges and he became very rude. I ended up hanging up on him. Do not get involved with this company, they do not seem like they are customer friendly and after roping you in to buy cartridges they could care less about you as a customer. I agree with the negative reviews mentioned previously from other people who has received phone calls from them. My advice is if they call you, don't waste your time trying to talk to them, just hang up.

Scammers.. False advertising. They say they have 'gutted' the cartridges so it will hold more toner and you can get 6000 copies on one cartridge... Lies. Lies. Lies
Charging $80 for a cartridge you can get for staples for half the price.
They sell you on a "trial" period of product to review it, but then pressure you every day for payment of invoice.

I've been using Kelly cartridges for many years. I found them to last longer for my Brother printer. Last week my printer finally died and I bought another Brother printer unfortunately it used a different cartridge. I called Kelly's to see if I could exchange my remaining cartridges. Patty in customer service gave me credit for my unopened cartridges and sent me cartridges for my new printer. Thanks Patty .

They call and tell you that they have a deal for you to try and you try it. Then they constantly call and tell you that you have to purchase more and more cartridges to fulfill a contract you were never told about, the next the you know you are over run with ink cartridges you don't need and they continue to call. They do not take no for an answer.
I am beginning to understand why the caller got so mad when I busted him on the OBVIOUS lie that he wasn't trying to sell me anything. He apparently lies for a living. But it was pretty funny that he got upset enough to hang up on me. Nobody likes being called a liar, especially if it's true.

These people called my job offering a free trial of ink cartridges saying we would only have to pay for future ink if we liked the product. The ink did not arrive at all when they said it would (it was almost a month late.) then proceeded to try to bill us an invoice for well over $100 for a 'gift'. Not only that, in the invoice it said we had 30 days to dispute it, stating that the cut off date to dispute it was the day BEFORE they even sent the invoice. I never signed any contract or gave any billing information to them and now they are calling my job so much it is harassment. Not only that, these sick people are stationed in Las Vegas Nevada and during the wake of this horrible tragedy that just occurred all they care about is scamming people across the country. You people at Kelly Printing Services are vile, underhanded parasites and I hope you find what little humanity you might have left as an employee of that terrible company and leave it before you're forever tainted.

constant calling, horrible product, and always lying
they called me in January of 2015 and i agree to try them because it seam like a reasonable price. from what i understood on my phone conversation with the sales person my order would be for 6 toner but in march i got another call from them saying that they would ship the rest of the order, i told the lady that i didn't need any more because i still had a lot left over but she told me i had to get it because in order to get the discount had to be 12 so i was extremely clear to her i said OK fine but after that i really don't need anymore because i still have a lot. and she said that's fine. in December they will call you to see if you need any more and if you don't just let us know. and today is December 5th and i already got to calls from them lying saying that i had to get 12 more because it was the deal, so on the last call i just told the guy that i don't want it anymore because there product is horrible it destroyed my new printer and i had to trow it away because of it and i still have 7 toners left and i told him i could send him the crappy toner back if he want it and he hung up on me.
So DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, they wont leave you alone and their product and customer service are HORRIBLE.
Kelly printing supply are SCAMMERS! Do not do business with this company. They will not stop calling you even when you told them to delete your phone number. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!

I was contacted by phone to order ink cartridges for my printer. It sounded like a good deal so I thought I would give it a try. They were the worst cartridges I have ever had. They would stop working before the cartridge was empty and some cartridges would not work at all. The print quality was mediocure. I realized that I had been scamed but to avoid a big mess I sent them a check for the full amount and when they called back to reorder I explained NO. The lady (foreign) was rude and would hardly let me speak. I told her specifically to NOT send me any more of those cartridges. They will not stop calling and it is always the same rude lady who calls. This lesson cost me $165.90.
I received a call this week - they insisted on sending me a toner cartridge for $77.00 which is suppose to last twice a long a the others. I told them that I wasn't interested but this lady was very pushy and said she would call me back at another time. I'm glad other people have had problems with this company and now I know not to order anything from them. Thanks All for the information.

I also ordered one toner cartridge at a reduced rate. Several months later Kelly claimed that I had agreed to purchase additional cartridges. I complained that I had not. In order to get them off my back, I agreed to accept another cartridge on the condition that any obligation was satisfied. The person at Kelly agreed. Today I receive another call claiming that I need to receive another 3 cartridges. I said NO. That was not the agreement. These people lie. Get anything in writing because they will try to chisel money from you.

This company called me in April 2015 and I order our office supplies. They said I could buy one double life cartridge for a 30 day trial. Then they billed me and for shipping and handling. I finally agreed to only 1 cartridge. They called me the next month and said I needed to complete the order of 3 cartridges because I got double life for only half the price. I said no, but finally agreed to 2 more cartridges. They called again the next month and said that I needed 3 more to complete the order of 6. I finally agreed to get a different numbered cartridge to complete the order. I said I would not accept any order if they shipped it to me. They called again in September 2015 and said the same thing, except that the full order was for 12. They said they shipped some out, but it was to the wrong zip code and they would get them to me. I said that last time it was 6 to order and now it changed to 12. They keep telling me that they will make a note of it that I do not want any more cartridges at all. I said that I did not sign a contract and I will not buy any more cartridges. They made a note of it. I am telling all the staff that if they call again from KPS that we are not interested and they can hang up.

They claimed to have twice as much ink as the name brand cartridges. Warranty for up to 3 years. So I tried them. My first cartridge lasted 5 weeks. When I called them they said we are sorry will get you 2 replacements right out. Never received them. The ones I replaced the with lasted 3 weeks. Still they said the same thing. I waited 2 weeks and still no replacements. I told them I wanted my Money Back. Then they told me of there No Return Policy.

Oct 1, 2015 DO NOT even think about ordering from this company. It's a total scam. The original sales person offers a cartridge at a reduce price from the package of 4 to give it a try (this is not clearly stated to you). A few weeks later someone else calls from this company and says they're reading to ship out the remaining 3 cartridges and I'm sure bill you for those. The man would not listen to me even after I said I still had the first original cartridge in a box. He said he could not cancel the remaining order but what he would do since they were all set to ship was to ship just one more cartridge to me. He ignored the fact that I hadn't even opened the first one and I would have never ordered anything for more than one cartridge since I haven't even needed to use that one in 2 years time. He said he was the manager and I couldn't speak to anyone else. I said I wasn't paying for any more cartridges and I would just send the one back that I still have in the box. Then I said I'm sure I already paid for that one and I WAS NOT paying for any additional cartridges. He hung up on me.

Everything you have read here is true. My initial phone call offer was for way more ink than I will ever use. I was told I could get a reduced amount of cartridges since I couldn't use that many. There was no mention that I was receiving a partial order and would need to purchase more, but lo' and behold, I get a phone call asking when I would like the rest...

I bought 4 ink cartridges from the company Kelly Printing Supplies. The worst company ever, ‘coz these ### didn’t provide any info about my order. No tracking number, no receipt, no confirmation info. Waste of time and money. I filled so many forms on the website, but they didn’t reply. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

Company is very shady. Their sales rep will tell you
have time to try the cartridge before you pay and that you can send it
back at no cost to you. I got 4 cartridges and only tried one. It almost
ruined my printer and cost me a lot time to get my printer cleaned and
serviced. I wanted to return the cartridges but I was told I had to pay
for them before returning them!In addition, the invoice says they charge a 20% restocking fee if you return the cartridges, not at all what the rep says.Their products are defective and their customer service is awful. Do NOT do business with this company.

These people are slugs. They get you to purchase a toner cartridge for a low price. Then a few months later they call and tell you that it's time for you to accept the "balance" of your order — which for me was 2 more toner cartridges. They said that that's how I got the low price by committing to a total of 3 cartridges. Stupidly, I believed them and let them ship another 2 cartridges (for almost the same price as I buy at staples). Today they called again and said it was time for me to take the balance of my order again - this time 3 more cartridges. I knew I would have never committed to that many cartridges and told them not to call me again and that I was going to report them for unscrupulous / shady behavior. This is a scam — stay away from kelly printing!

These all sound so familiar. If they were on the up and up, I probably would have used them exclusively. But 2 years ago they pulled the you have to buy 2 more because that's the agreement trick. They just called and tried the same trick. I had forgotten we had 2 cartridges from 2 years ago still on the shelf so I said ok. Then thought better of it and called the number on the right and talked to a Customer Service Rep and told her under no circumstances are they to send more cartridges because I won't pay for them. She was actual VERY nice(surprise, surprise) and said she would stop the order. We'll see. Any bets come Monday there will be a box of cartridges delivered and when I call they'll say it was too late to stop even though it was only 10 minutes after the first call. Deal with this Company at your own risk. Not sure how they've stayed in Business all these years.
A Kelly representative has been calling our office for weeks demanding payment for an ink cartridges we did not ask for. I get all my supplies through Quill. Not only did we not ask for them, we don't even have the printer that these cartridges are for. The company said that our Office Manager requested them but she knows she never spoke to anyone about ink cartridges. I believe Kelly just called our office to get a name and just mailed some random cartridges. This is definitely a scam. How is this company is business?
nearly identical thing happened to me, i normally hang up on toner scammer cold calls but got hooked to try (1) cartridge, with identical terms as described. on the third phone call I asked to send the unopened packages back (2 by now) upon threats that i agreed to all four. Note their "use by date" on the boxes were BOTH not entered! The caller said I could send them back and they would send a gift card for me to "donate" to the church of my choice - not going down that rabbit hole! CEASE AND DESIST letter enclosed with both boxes stretch wrapped and taped all over with "TAMPER EVIDENT TAPE", double boxed and sent via ups to the same ship from address "ATTN: RETURNS DEPT" with all their package tracking numbers and reference ID's. Photos taken of both boxes, including the unbroken seals. Printed out, included with packing slip for "their reference". Hope that seals the deal, Im out hundreds of $$$ and request no money back in return. Should have enough info to hold up in court, along with transcriptions of the calls...and their phone number permanently blocked to prevent any call backs. (the cease and desist should be enough, along with all my records should they dare to pursue further contact, it shall be through our lawyer. the URL of complainntsboard.com labeled on the packaging to boot! THANK YOU scam reportS! I should have searched for their business name to avoid this conflict. GOOD RIDDANCE! ...and next time I am in Las Vegas I am tempted to stand in front of their storefront in public with a sign describing the SCAM.
