Imprint.com Review: Disappointed with Delayed Order and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I was a big fan of imprint.com. I've ordered from them a few times and always got my stuff real quick and it looked great. But now, I'm feeling pretty let down. About a month ago, I made two orders. One came in about 13 days, which was great. But the other one, I never got. I waited a while and then finally reached out to them. I needed this order for an event that was coming up, so I was getting pretty worried. They told me it was still being made, so I figured okay, no big deal. I kept checking online to see if there was any update. But then, 30 days later, I still hadn't gotten anything. I reached out again and told them I needed it for the event, which was only 15 days away. And what did they tell me? I had to pay more money to get it shipped faster if I wanted it on time. Are you kidding me? I ordered this over 30 days ago, knowing I needed it for an event that was coming up. And now they want me to pay more just to get it on time? That's not what their website says. It says their standard production and shipping time is usually 14 business days. I get that sometimes things take longer, but come on. And the worst part is, I need to order 800 more of these things. I don't want to take my business elsewhere, but I'm so frustrated with them right now. Nobody has even said sorry for the delay, and they won't even waive the $7.00 shipping fee to get it here faster. And that's if I pay more money, which would mean waiting 45 days after I ordered it. I can't risk paying more money and still not getting it on time. So I had to cancel the order. I'm really disappointed.
Imprint.com Review: Terrible Customer Service and Unfulfilled Order
I gotta say, my experience with imprint.com was not good at all. I was trying to get some lanyards made with a government logo on them, nothing fancy, just needed to be used. I told the computer comment system this and even put it in the comment field when I placed my order. But then I got an email saying there was a message waiting for me on the website - like seriously, why can't they just email me directly? So I had to log into my account and find my order just to write back. And then I got even more emails that I couldn't just reply to, like come on, I don't need more clutter in my inbox!
Anyway, I ended up talking to like 4 different customer service reps and every time they asked if I wanted to proceed with the artwork, I said yes, but then they came back and said they couldn't do it. So I told them to cancel my order, but it took forever to actually get a confirmation. And then I found out from accounting that they still charged me for the 95 lanyards, even though I never received anything. It's been almost a month now and still nothing. Like seriously, how hard is it to cancel an order before the artwork is even approved? And why haven't they refunded me yet? This is just unacceptable.
Terrible Service and Business Ethics: A One-Star Review of [Company Name]
I am giving this company a one-star rating because there are no negative stars available. In my opinion, this company has the worst service and business ethics I have ever seen. I recently placed two orders for my kids' school graduations, and both orders were problematic.
For the first order, they put it on hold because they were unable to deliver it on time. Despite numerous phone calls, I was only able to get the order back in production after the graduation ceremony had already taken place. I requested a refund for the rush service that I had paid for, but they refused to provide it. I eventually gave up on that order.
The second order arrived on time, but it was missing the wire stands that I had also ordered. When I contacted customer service on the 28th, they told me that the wires had already been shipped and that they could not refund me for them. However, when I checked the tracking number, it was not working. The customer service representative told me to wait for the tracking information to update.
Today, I checked my ticket and saw that they had finally provided a tracking number for the wires. However, the tracking information showed that the wires had been shipped on the same day that I had opened the claim, despite the fact that the customer service representative had insisted that they had already been shipped.
In my opinion, this company chose to lie and keep my money instead of admitting their mistake and providing a refund for the wires. I understand that the pandemic has made things difficult for many businesses, but I believe that if a company knows that they cannot meet a deadline, they should not accept the order. Additionally, if they make a mistake, they should have the decency to admit it and make it right for their customers.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against ordering from this company. In my experience, they have provided terrible service and have not acted ethically.
Imprint.com Review: Graduation Signs Never Arrived, Poor Customer Service, No Refund
I ordered some graduation congratulations signs for my daughter and her classmates from imprint.com on May 2nd. The graduation was on June 11th, but we still haven't received the signs. We called the customer service when they didn't arrive by the date we were told, and the representative told us that we could pay extra to make it a rush order. We paid the additional $10 and something cents to get it by the following week, but nothing arrived on the date we were told again. My wife called them, and they told her that they didn't know why they would tell us that it should arrive any faster. We paid to have it rushed, but it didn't happen. They then offered to send us the signs without the wire to get them faster, which made us super angry because they were supposed to be lawn signs. We agreed to take them without the wire and said that we would figure something out. However, it's now June 24th, and we still haven't received the signs. The graduation was two weeks ago, and they won't refund our money.
It's only $66 for 18 signs, but they still won't refund us and would rather get bad reviews and press. I'm not that type of person, but I also don't like to get taken advantage of. Be careful and think about it before you order. I see there are some good reviews, but there are a lot of bad reviews as well, and the same thing has happened to others. I will be contacting other people as well to report this. What has me more upset is all the BS.
I don't know why there are stars for quality because I never received the product, and I can't seem to change it. It's frustrating to deal with this kind of situation, and it's disappointing that they didn't deliver what they promised. I hope they can improve their service and be more transparent with their customers.
Disappointing Experience with Imprint.com: Unhelpful Customer Service and Weak Stands
I recently had an experience with imprint.com and I have to say, it was not a good one. I placed an order and wanted to make sure my files were uploaded correctly, so I called their customer service. The representative told me that I had only paid for a third of my order and needed to give him my credit card information to charge the rest. I was confused and skeptical, as I had just authorized and received a receipt for the full amount. When I asked for an explanation, the representative first blamed it on a "system glitch" and then later said he didn't know why I was only charged that amount. I asked to speak with a manager, but was told none were available and that I could go on a callback list. However, I never received a call back.
When my signs and stands arrived, the signs looked good but the stands were wire H-frames that were not strong enough to hold the signs. After several attempts, I requested a refund just for the stands. I had to order new stands and have them rushed shipped to me in time. When I called customer service, they rudely sent me to the website to submit a ticket. After submitting the ticket, they requested pictures of what was broken and measurements. I was frustrated, as it was just a small refund and all the information was in the pictures. When I called customer service again, I was told they couldn't help me since I had submitted a ticket.
Overall, my experience with imprint.com was disappointing. The customer service was unhelpful and rude, and the stands were not strong enough to hold the signs. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Disappointing Experience with Imprint.com: Poor Quality, Slow Customer Service, and Extra Fees
I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out with my experience with Imprint.com. I ordered some coasters from them and not only were they not up to snuff, but the whole process was a bit of a headache. Their customer service was pretty slow to respond, and every time I tried to chat with them it seemed like there was a shift change or something because it took forever for them to get back to me. I mean, I get that they're busy, but come on!
And get this - they charge you an extra $10 just to see a proof of what you ordered. I mean, seriously? That's not something I've ever encountered with other printers I've worked with. But I figured I'd shell out the extra cash just to be safe. And thank goodness I did, because when I asked for a change they didn't even read my request properly and ended up making the change incorrectly. I had to go back and forth with them a few times before they finally got it right.
But the real kicker was when I finally got my coasters in the mail. They were super pixelated, way off center, and just generally looked like they'd been printed on a home printer. I spent hours working on a vector image for these things and you can barely even see it because it's so blurry and pixelated. It's like they didn't even try.
I called up a few different departments to try and get some answers, but I got hung up on twice and the best they could offer me was a measly 15% refund. They didn't take any responsibility for the terrible quality of the coasters, either. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. I have a sneaking suspicion that they give discounts to people who leave them good reviews, because I can't imagine anyone being happy with the kind of service I got.
Terrible Quality and Customer Service from Imprint.com - Do Not Recommend
I had a really bad experience with imprint.com. Their customer service is terrible and the quality of their products is very poor. I ordered custom masks and gave them specific instructions on sizing and placement. However, when I received my package 4 weeks later, I was extremely disappointed. The ink was bleeding, the images were lopsided and floating, and nothing was centered. I couldn't sell these masks to anyone and I asked for a refund. But all they could offer me was a 5-10% refund and claimed that the defects were minor imperfections. I was so frustrated and disappointed that I decided to write this review.
I asked them to redo the images, but all I got were automated responses. They kept saying that they couldn't guarantee the artwork would print on the exact same location from piece to piece of the same order. They also said that minor visual imperfections should not be considered as defective or flawed items. But I couldn't accept that. I had ordered 100 masks and all of them were unusable. I asked for a refund, but they kept offering me a small percentage of my money back.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but their customer service was really bad. They kept sending me automated responses and didn't seem to care about my concerns. I felt like they were just trying to avoid having to resolve any issues. I would not recommend imprint.com to anyone. Their quality is poor and their customer service is terrible.
Mixed Experience with Imprint.com: Hit or Miss Ordering Process and Customer Service
I've had the chance to order from imprint.com twice, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The first time I ordered, it was a bit of a hassle to go through the ordering process. It took a long time, and I had to deal with conflicting information from different employees. Some of them had trouble speaking English, which made it hard to communicate. Despite all of this, I did eventually receive my product, and it was what I expected.
The second time I ordered, things didn't go as smoothly. I was promised a specific order at a certain price by a guaranteed date. However, when I submitted my order, it ended up being more expensive than what I was told. I decided to go ahead with it anyway since I had a discount code. The next day, I was contacted about an artwork issue, but when I called, there was no issue with the artwork. Instead, they demanded an additional $35 to receive my order by the guaranteed date. I argued that I wanted them to honor their word, and I even provided written evidence from one of their employees with the promise. However, I ended up on the phone with multiple employees for a long time, and they all gave conflicting information and demanded more money. It was frustrating to deal with people who didn't understand English well and claimed they couldn't help me. In the end, I didn't get a resolution, and I wasted a lot of time.
If you're considering ordering from imprint.com, keep in mind that it can be a hit or miss experience. If you have a lot of time and patience, don't mind paying more than what you were promised, and are ordering well in advance, you might want to give them a try. However, if you're on a tight budget, have a low tolerance for frustration, and need your order within two months or less, you might want to look elsewhere.
Mixed Experience with Imprint.com: Good Quality, Confusing Pricing, and Unreasonable Re-Order Costs
My first experience with Imprint.com was pretty good. I ordered some T-shirts with my own design on them. They quoted me one price, but then charged me another. I was a bit confused, but they fixed it quickly. They said something about a 16% tax that gets added, but I told them that was evasive and not clear. They quickly removed the additional amount. The shirts were good quality and printed well. They also shipped in a timely manner. I did everything online, which was pretty easy.
Today, I decided to do a re-order of the same designed T-shirts. This time, I phoned it in and it was much easier. But I may have to update this review if my shirts turn out wacky. It will be a watch and see. But for now, I am pretty pleased overall.
UPDATE: 4/25/2019 -- I was told Imprint.com could not go ahead with my T-shirt Re-Order which was originally $269.26 (with 10% discount) - I had phoned in this order at the advice of a chat who told me that an agent can help me with a reorder. I then received a message on my phone saying that the artwork needed to be full-color (which is obviously black and white -- see image) and that would be an additional amount of $256.16. The FIRST time I ordered these shirts (with the one-time set up fee of $50.00) it cost me $286.62 (Imprint removed a charge that was not told to me). Now, Imprint said that it MUST be in be full-color and it would be an additional $256.16 = totaling $525.42 for 48 T-shirts. This is a Re-Order and it does not require full-color. Even if I went on the Imprint website RIGHT NOW and did it as a NEW order, it would only cost me $309.33 (343.70 with the Save10 discount = 309.33). I spoke with three Imprint agents and they could not help me at all or get me to a supervisor. Each kept me on hold for a very long time. The last agent I spoke with said that he had a different price increase of about $148.00... That is still $404.16 for 48 T-shirts that is a RE-Order with black and white art. I CANCELED the order and he seemed okay letting me go as a customer. Unfortunately, I have to go elsewhere. I am extremely displeased with Imprint. I have orders with stickers, wristbands, multiple shirts, banners, etc. I was going to get patches next... It looks like I will I have to take my business somewhere else as the things they are asking me to pay cannot be logistically correct.
Nightmare Experience with Imprint.com: Poor Communication, False Promises, and Terrible Customer Service
I have had the displeasure of using imprint.com five times, and I must say that my most recent experience was nothing short of a nightmare. While I have encountered some minor issues with processing and production times in the past, this last order was a complete disaster from start to finish.
I ordered a product that required artwork, which I produced on their website. I approved the artwork and paid extra for next day production and 2-day shipping. According to their promises, I should have received my order within four business days. However, after five business days, I received an automated call stating that the order was still pending artwork approval. When I called in, I was shocked to learn that the order had not even been produced yet. They claimed to have called me multiple times, but I had no missed calls or voicemails. They also do not send emails, apparently.
They told me that a small part of the logo I issued wouldn't be visible as it matched the background. I told them I approved it like that and didn't care, and to please submit and start production. They said they would start the next day and it would arrive on Monday the following week. I told them this was unacceptable and that I needed the item within three days at most, as it was for a non-profit event and we needed to advertise. They could have expedited the shipping, but they wanted to charge me more. I had approved the artwork, and they decided not to reach out for five days.
After two hours on the phone, I asked for a refund. They told me they would process it, and they sent me a confirmation that it was processed and should take 7-10 days to get my money back due to my financial institution. Eight business days later, I reached out to them to check on the refund as I hadn't seen it yet, and they told me the refund would be processed within 24 hours. Therefore, my money would make it back to my account within 7-10 days. I asked for confirmation via email that the money would be back in my account by the close of business on the 10th day, and they refused.
During the seven phone calls I made, I asked to speak to managers, but they would not forward me to anyone. They left notes for managers to call me, but no one ever did. They kept saying they were trying to fix the issue, but they did nothing but create more problems and lie. This has impacted my ability to market an expensive event for no reason.
In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company like the plague. Their lack of communication, poor customer service, and false promises have caused me nothing but stress and frustration.

Imprint.com Review: Beware of Potential Delays and Extra Charges
I had a rush job that I needed to get done by a specific date, so I went to imprint.com to get it done. I was happy to see that they had a proofing process where they would send me an email with the artwork and I could approve it right away. I did just that, but two days later I got a phone call from a customer representative saying that the job was on hold. They had questions about whether our logo would fit properly and couldn't guarantee it to come out exactly as the proof indicated.
I was a bit frustrated because I had already approved the artwork and I needed the product by a certain date. I told the customer representative that I still approved the art to go forward regardless if it wasn't exact and asked if they could still guarantee the original delivery date. Unfortunately, he said no and that it would come two days later unless I paid more. I was upset because I had approved it within the original time that it said it would arrive by my event date, and now they wanted to charge me even more for rush delivery.
After having to get managers involved, the issue was eventually resolved and I got the product as originally promised in time for my event. However, I was not happy about the extra hassle. I understand that mistakes happen, but it was frustrating to have to go through all of that just to get my product on time. Overall, I would still recommend imprint.com, but I would caution others to be aware of the potential for delays and extra charges.
Imprint.com Failed to Deliver on Promises - Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I recently made an order on imprint.com for 250 full color door hangers on June 17th. The website promised me a delivery around June 24th (7 day Standard). I submitted my artwork and it was approved and sent to production on June 20th. However, on June 27th, I was disappointed to find out that I had not received the item yet. I checked my order on their web site and it gave a new delivery date of June 28th. Unfortunately, the delivery did not arrive on that day either.
I decided to call the customer service and talked to Marcus. After much argument, I agreed to pay an additional fee to expedite the order for guaranteed delivery on June 30th. I had already hired 2 people to distribute the door hangers, so I was counting on the delivery to arrive on time. However, on June 30th, I was once again disappointed to find out that the door hangers had not arrived.
I contacted the chat support on July 1st at 6:30 am and after an hour of run around, I was told that "someone will get right back to you". However, no one contacted me. I had to let go of the 2 people that relied on that money and were willing to work a holiday weekend. I called again and spoke to Marcus. He kept the run around going for a solid 20 minutes before saying "all I can do is have someone get back to you when we know what is going on". I asked for a manager, but was told that "we don't have managers here".
As of now, I am filing for a chargeback and making sure no one I can reach uses this company. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by imprint.com. I had high hopes for this company, but they failed to deliver on their promises. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Imprint: Missing Stakes and No Response to Support Tickets
I recently had an experience with Imprint that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had purchased five yard signs from them, complete with stakes, so that I could display them in various yards around my neighborhood. However, when my order arrived, I discovered that they had only sent me four stakes instead of the five that I had paid for.
Naturally, I was upset about this mistake, and I immediately tried to contact Imprint to rectify the situation. I opened a ticket on their website twice, but received no response. Frustrated, I decided to call their customer service line, hoping to speak to someone who could help me.
Unfortunately, the representative I spoke to was not very helpful. They informed me that because it had been more than seven days since my order had arrived, they could not do anything to help me. I was shocked and frustrated - how could they not take responsibility for their own mistake?
To make matters worse, when I tried to find my support tickets on their website, they were nowhere to be found. This meant that I couldn't even prove that I had contacted them about the issue in a timely manner.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Imprint. While I appreciate that they eventually reached out to me to apologize and offer a solution, it shouldn't have taken multiple attempts to get a response. I will not be ordering from them again in the future, and I would caution others to be wary of their customer service policies.

Imprint.com Review: Great Product, Terrible Purchasing Experience and Shipping Delays
I gotta say, my experience with imprint.com was not the best. The product itself was pretty good, I gotta admit. The printing looked great and the quality was there. But the purchasing process was a total nightmare. I mean, I've never had such a hard time ordering something before. The communication was all over the place and I was left feeling confused and frustrated.
I wouldn't recommend this vendor to anyone, to be honest. Unless you have a really simple order and don't mind waiting a few extra weeks for shipping. And let me tell you, the shipping was a whole other issue. I placed my order during the pandemic, so I get that things might be a little slower than usual. But the advertised "slight" delay turned into a 20+ day delay. And that's after I had already accepted the proof.
The customer service was friendly enough, but they didn't seem to know what was going on half the time. Every time I called, I got a different answer depending on who I spoke with. It was like nobody was on the same page. I mean, I appreciate friendly folks and all, but there needs to be some clear communication and transparency from start to finish.
Overall, I wouldn't use imprint.com again. I hope they can make some changes to their process so that others don't have to go through what I did.
Imprint.com Review: Don't Waste Your Time or Money on This Company
I gotta tell ya, folks, I had a real bad experience with imprint.com. Let me tell you, if you're thinking about ordering from them, you better think twice. They say they'll give you an estimated delivery date, but that's just a bunch of hogwash. They blame everything on COVID19, but I think they're just using it as an excuse to take their sweet time. And if you want your stuff faster, they'll charge you an arm and a leg for rush shipping. And don't even think about canceling your order, because they won't let you.
Their customer service is a real piece of work, too. I'm pretty sure those agents aren't even in Houston like they claim. They just send you off to some virtual ticket system that takes forever to get back to you. And when they do, they just laugh in your face and break promises left and right.
I ordered some yard signs from them, and they were supposed to be here today according to their estimate. But guess what? They haven't even been made yet! And when I complained, they just threw their terms and conditions in my face about how they don't guarantee delivery dates. That's just plain wrong, if you ask me. If you can't deliver on time, don't advertise that you can. You're messing with people's lives here!
Now, I might be willing to change my tune if my signs actually show up within the next week like they promised. But honestly, I'm not holding my breath. So take my advice, folks, and stay away from imprint.com.
Imprint.com: False Promises and Poor Communication on Delivery Times
I made an order on imprint.com on May 8, 2020. They gave me the option to choose the production and delivery time that best suited my needs and budget. I picked the one that I thought would work for me. Unfortunately, they did not deliver within the promised time frame. It's been a week past the due date, and I still haven't received my order.
I have been given false information about when I can expect my order to arrive. The customer service representatives have told me that standard orders are usually fulfilled in 2-3 weeks, then 3-4 weeks, and that shipping will take another 3-4 weeks. It's been frustrating to hear different things from different people.
My order status was listed as "scheduled-waiting" just three days before my delivery date. However, it only changed to "in-production" after I spoke with customer service and opened a ticket. I was told that there is a shortage of the materials needed to make the item I ordered. However, the company is still accepting RUSH and standard orders for these items. They admitted that if orders are placed online, consumers are not being informed of this material shortage. Instead, their orders are being placed on hold indefinitely until materials are available.
In the meantime, the company immediately charges you for your purchase. They use their terms and conditions as a crutch, knowing full well that they have no intention of meeting the delivery dates they are advertising to their customers. It's frustrating to be charged for something that you haven't received yet.
Overall, my experience with imprint.com has been disappointing. I hope they can improve their communication with customers and be more transparent about any delays or material shortages.
Disappointing Experience with Imprint.com: Toxic Smell and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased some coasters from imprint.com and was pleasantly surprised by their quick turnaround time. Despite paying extra for them to be made in the U.S., the quality of the coasters was decent, although not fantastic. However, I was disappointed to find that the ink or some other substance used on my full-color coasters was terrible.
When the coasters arrived, they were shrink-wrapped and boxed together. Upon opening the box, we were hit with an extremely toxic smell that made it impossible to give them to the venues I had purchased them for until two weeks later. To get rid of the nauseating fumes, we had to lay out the coasters side by side with fans blowing over them in a warehouse for over 100 hours. In fact, several employees, including myself, experienced bad headaches from the fumes.
I reached out to customer service a week ago to report the issue and hopefully get some clarification on why this problem occurred. I used the proper channel to reach out to them, including my order number and pictures of the coasters being laid out. However, it has now been six business days, and I have yet to hear back from anyone in the company.
Overall, while I appreciated the quick turnaround time and the fact that the coasters were made in the U.S., the terrible smell and lack of response from customer service have left me disappointed with my experience with imprint.com.
Imprint.com Review: Poor Quality and Customer Service, Not Recommended for Promotional Items
I recently ordered some shot glasses from imprint.com and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of the product. The logo that I had requested to be printed on the glasses was not done well at all. It was crooked and some of the glasses were even tilted. Additionally, the letters on some of the glasses were thick and there were bubbles in the cup. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with my experience.
I tried to resolve the issue by speaking with Ralph over the phone, but he told me to write an email instead. However, even when I did write an email, he didn't include everything that I had mentioned. This made me feel like they didn't really care about my concerns and that they were just trying to brush me off.
Overall, I cannot use the glasses that I received and I would not recommend giving your money to imprint.com. It seems like they don't care about quality and are not willing to go above and beyond to make their customers happy.
When I reached out to them about my concerns, they responded by saying that their products are intended purely as promotional items and that minor visual imperfections should not be considered as defective or flawed items. While I understand that there may be variations in raw materials, molds, production equipment, and melting temperatures, I still feel like the quality of the product that I received was not up to par.
Despite their response, they did offer me a 5% refund on my order as a token of their apology. While I appreciate the gesture, I still feel like they could have done more to make things right.
In conclusion, if you're looking for high-quality promotional items, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Imprint.com may not be the best choice if you're looking for a company that truly cares about their customers and the quality of their products.
Terrible Experience with Imprint.com: Misrepresented Timetables and Unaccommodating Service
I had a really bad experience with Imprint.com. I needed some items for my 6-year-old's birthday party, so I placed an order a month in advance. According to their website, it would take 3 days to produce the items and 4 days to ship them, so I thought I had plenty of time. I even gave myself extra time because of the pandemic.
After two weeks, I followed up on my order and was told it was "in production," but they couldn't give me any specifics. I continued to follow up, but they couldn't give me any answers. On the day I needed the items, I received an email saying they were still in production. They arrived 5 days after I needed them and were useless.
I even tried placing another order, but there was no indication that production or delivery was delayed due to the pandemic. My next order would have shipped faster than the first one was supposed to. It took a total of 6 days for production and delivery.
I'm really disappointed in the service I received from Imprint.com. They were extremely unaccommodating and misrepresented their production and delivery timetables. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them, and they won't even give me a refund. It was a complete waste of money.
Disappointing Quality and Customer Service from Imprint.com for Full Color Signs
I recently ordered some full color signs from imprint.com and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The signs were pixelated and had a lot of noise, which was not present in the original vector file. I reached out to customer service and submitted pictures of the poor quality, but they told me that my signs were fine. I couldn't believe it! So, I decided to order signs from another company to show customer service just how bad the Imprint print quality was in comparison. And let me tell you, the difference was significant. The signs from the other company were perfect!
I submitted the pictures of the comparison to customer service and finally, they seemed to understand that there was a problem with the print quality. They responded by saying that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that they had forwarded my issue to their respective department. They also asked me to allow them 1-2 business days to get back to me with a response. I was relieved that they were finally taking my concerns seriously.
However, several days later, customer service contacted me again and informed me that they could not consider the order to be defective. They offered me a 5% refund on the amount paid for the signs, which I found to be completely unacceptable. I had expected the company to either reprint the signs at no cost to me or refund the full $105.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with imprint.com. The poor quality of the signs and the lack of support from customer service left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality signs.
Incorrect color for sweatshirts
I ordered 30 sweatshirts for a team and paid extra for the proof to ensure that the color (deep red) and artwork would come out as intended. The company called me after my order was submitted to tell me that the pricing I originally ordered at was incorrectly low and they doubled the price. Then the sweatshirts were in production for over four weeks, even though the estimate was less than half that time. I had a deadline and the sweatshirts weren't going to make it in time because the production was taking so long, but the company insisted that I would need to pay extra for rush shipping despite their estimates being so wrong. They refused to let me cancel the order for a refund so that I could use the money to purchase something that would actually arrive on time for my team. They arrived after my deadline and now I will have to pay to ship the sweatshirts to everyone.
Once the sweatshirts did arrive, they were very clearly not the deep red color that was provided on the proof I paid extra for, but were very bright red. I had to reach back out to Imprint to refund me since I just didn't receive the product I had ordered. They refused to take any responsibility for the incorrect color and instead claimed that the proof is not intended to show an accurate depiction of the color or product because it is digital. Pretty shameless business practices.
Imprint is not worth the risk, as they won't even stand by their proofs.
Desired outcome: Full refund
Sign and stake order
Signs and stakes were ordered for an event; a hefty fee of $74 was paid to expedite order number IMA5D2C19593. A heavily damaged box arrived on the day without the stakes ($1.49 x 60); pictures were shared with the damaged box but they refused to reimburse for the missing stakes. An unethical company.
Desired outcome: Refund of the missing product $1.49 x 60 or $89.40
Incorrect order and poor customer service
Public Service Announcment:
I will never use imprint.com for anything ever again, and neither should you. Customer service is a pretty straight forward process and most companies understand this - the customer is always right...especially when the customer is actually right.
I have used imprint.com multiple times over the years for custom buttons to advertise plays I have directed. I had buttons made for "Noises Off", "Baskerville", "Don't Drink The Water", and I just had buttons made for "Catch-22", which I'll be directing in August. ALL of those orders were fulfilled perfectly. I created all of those graphics as a square with the intended design centered. I have never submitted a round design to imprint.com and most websites will provide a square sample of your design overlaid by the round bleed and trim lines for reference. This is not unusual. This is what I have found to be the norm.
So, when I placed the order for "Catch-22" I added an additional order for my vanilla extract business Here's Some Vanilla. I submitted the same square design I have always used with the intended logo centered, accommodating for expected bleed and trim lines. Again, the exact same way I had done four times before. When the buttons arrived, the "Catch-22" button looked great. Wonderful! And then I opened the Here's Some Vanilla bag...
As you can see, one of these things is not like the other. So I called and submitted a return request and for them to fix their error. It seemed pretty straight forward. The attached images are off my conversation with their customer service, ending in their refusal to correct their mistake. Instead, they argued that because I didn't specifically request to NOT have my image shrunk and a big white background added, it is my fault the button turned out the way it did.
In conclusion, if you or anyone is ever shopping for custom buttons, DO NOT USE IMPRINT.COM. Thank you for your time and attention.
Desired outcome: Nothing. I will simply never use them again for anything.
Ground signs
0 stars--This is an unethical and borderline illegal and unacceptable company that has no ability to produce your product. I have repeatedly tried to get them to print my signs and they can't "find" my artwork that I created and submitted 2x on the portal. I have spoken to customer service numerous times and they want me to recreate the artwork somewhere else besides their portal and EMAIL it to them? They flagged me as some "high risk" person and they wanted me to submit a photo of my DL to them which I refused to do and expected them not to proceed or charge me. After several calls and tickets to customer service--their sales team doesn't work on weekends? and they don't have supervisors available to resolve issues but I will still be charged and somehow magically cleared from high risk.
These are exceptionally shady and unethical practices and I would NEVER order from them and hope that anyone who reads this won't either. Definitely regret ever trying to order from them and suspect it will take weeks or more to get my refund.
Desired outcome: Immediate refund and cancellation of order.
Poor quality, fraudulent production time, non-existence customer service
Product was 4 weeks past quoted production time, customer service offered ZERO help. Would just tell me I need to wait "2-3 more weeks." What the crap! When product did arrive the print was smudged and some of the masks had someone else's print on the reverse side making them completely unusable (and I question if they were returns that were reused, making that pretty gross and unsanitary!). I would stay FARRR AWAYYY from this company. I ended up having to open a case with the BBB that they didn't even resolve my problems. The customer service with this company is hands down the worst I've experienced in my entire life. That's not even an exaggeration.
coasters
Hello,
I placed an order for coasters on imprint.com on March 5, 2019 (ID #IM99B0279832).
When I received the product, it was not at all what I paid for. The product was a piece of paper with my company's logo on it. The paper was so thin, I could have easily printed it at my office on regular printer paper. The product that I received were not at all coasters and I reached out to the company for a refund.
The company denied my request and refused to refund my money despite the fact that they delivered paper to me instead of actual coasters. I've printed several coasters on paper material in the past with other companies and it was no issue because the paper was thick enough to look appropriate. This is not at all the product I received and I have yet to be refunded.
Please help. Thank you.
Crystal
Can't reach them
Imprint representatives, tell me, please, does your customer service actually exist? It's very important to know.
I ordered several items two months ago and it's easy to guess that I haven't received anything yet.
I tried so many times to contact you, but it was useless. I am sure you got tons of emails from me, but none of them were replied. What is going on?
Your xxx4569 number is always busy...

Stay away
I ordered 40 t-shirts for our several hockey teams and I neede them to be delivered on time. I called them before and after I ordered to make sure the t-shirt will be here soon. I also paid for an expedited shipping. In general, I tried to do everything to have them as soon as possible.
One week later I started worrying. I called them and it turned out that the order was back ordered. No reason for that. T-shirts were in stock, as I said I tried to prevent all possible obstacles.
So now I don't know what to do, they refused to refund because the order will be shipped, only they don't know when. Great. Thanks for nothing.

Hello I was charged £69.99 for imprint via apple on 4.9.23 without my consent. I immediately cancelled the subscription via my iphone, this is clearly a mistake after trialling the Lucid app last year before it rebranded. No consent given or intention to subscribe!

Avoid!
I have ordered several shirts from Imprint company and made my order via phone with the help of one of their representatives.
All shirts were supposed to be the same size, but when my order arrived I was very disappointed because sizes were different. Two shirts were very small and did not fit. Five shirts were too big and only three were correct.
I contacted Imprint costumer service and demanded a refund. They refused to give my money back and also refused to fix their mistake. They said that it was I who made a mistake and refused to take any responsibility! I will not order from them again and would not recommend them t anyone. Avoid!
