Scalable Press Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Scalable Press

So, I've been trying to get in touch with Scalable Press for a while now, about a problem I'm having with digitizing something. I've sent them emails and even left a voicemail, but I still haven't heard anything back from them. It's like they don't even care about their customers! It's really frustrating to have to deal with this kind of bad customer service. I mean, come on, how hard is it to just respond to an email or call someone back? It's like they don't even want my business. I'm really disappointed in Scalable Press and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
