I was in the store today. The manager was too busy with a female hugging and kissing to help me with the purchase of shoes for my daughter. The store was very busy and all other associates were busy with other customers. I asked to see the manager I was shown Nick Edling who was there. When I was shown the manager that is when I seen him hanging all over this female instead of helping customers. I feel this is very unprofessional with him as a manager as well as it shows that your company lacks discipline to manage people. I use foot locker very often and if this type of service is going to continue I will find another shoe store to do my shopping.

I Been calling, customer service for pass 3 days and the line been busy ! I haven't gotten a whole of nobody ! I got two of the same shoes coming out my account of them order need to be cancel ! didn’t receive my package
I been calling since sunday wanting to complain about my package because i didn't receive the shoes i ordered and will like a refund. they said it was left at my door n when i come home it's not at my door i am very upset and just want a refund. I ordered 2 pair of reebok on 12/14/18 which cost 96 dollars in total. I check my account to find that I was charged and extra 55.21. I tried calling calling customer service the very next day but the line continues to be busy. Still til this day, I am unable to get in touch with customer service. I need my money back. You all have really put me n a bound with this extra charge.

I placed an order with you all yesterday for $160 an extra $80 was taken out of my account later that evening like 5hrs after my original purchase. I need it refunded no later than THIS EVENING or I'm filing a claim with a higher party. That's called stealing! How do you just take money from someone without their consent? I need answers and a call at [protected] BEFORE THIS DAY IS OUT! I am very displeased with this! I have bills and that was my money for my light bill I need my money TODAY !

Customer service in Lakewood California mall is terrible. I was accused of stealing an all white sweater which you guys do not sell. I walked in with the sweater and compared shoes the customer service representative never asked if I needed help she watched me and immediately asked me to take my feelings sweater out of my bag. My sweater was all white and it said flirt not fil-A. Once I was accused she never even apologized! She was helping someone at the register walked away from the register and asked me to take my sweater out of my bag leaving her customers unattended to walk over and call herself embarrassing me with a smile on her face. Her manager will not be in until Saturday October 13th. Today is Tuesday October 9th and it happened Monday October 8th. I am very upset

I was blocked at door and told the store was closed. It was 5:53, i told them they couldn't close early i still had 8 minutes. The proceeded to tell me they were closed. They refused to give me names until security came. Both name tags said Isabelle. One said Isabelle was her name and the other said Karen. They both argued with me, had horrible attitudes. I was there to pick out shoes for my one year old. When secuirty came they lied and said they told me the store was closing not closed ( but stood infront of me when i tried to enter) Security told them they had couldn't close early and if i asked for names they couldn't deny me. They were going to let me buy shoes after security suggested but i took my business to shoe palace upstairs, Had 1 minute left, i was in and out quickly. Shoe palace was so inviting and helpful. "Isabelle" hair died fire engine red is the manager i was told by footlocker next door. She was rude and very unprofessional and the other employee followed her lead. All this was in front of my two children ages 8 and 1.

Sunday September 16th my husband stopped by Kids Foot Locker in Bloomington, MN at the Mall of America to find a certain shoe our daughter wanted to match an outfit she was going to wear.
When her Dad arrived home, she discovered the shoes had black in them and they did not match her outfit, she needed either the all red Huarache or the Huarache in red and white which they did not have, therefore she would not wear them. I told her to wear a different outfit and we could go exchange them when we had time.
Monday September 24th, my daughter and I drove to the Kids Foot Locker in Brooklyn Center, MN to make the switch. When we walked in (now that I think about it, we were not even greeted) I exclaimed out loud that I needed to make a switch, while looking at 1 staff member whom then came over. We told him we needed either the all red or red and white Huaraches and while we're at it I would really like my daughters foot measured so we were not buying shoes right away again.
We found out she probably needed a 7 or a 7 1/2 but they did not have either in stock and if we were to need a 7 ½, we would then have to go to an adult Foot Locker. So, the staff member suggested we should just get the black ones instead. (I was noticing him and the other staff member kept looking at each other and I had told him earlier (just saying out loud) she already had the black Huaraches). I said "well, we will have to just return them and go to the adult Foot locker then."
That point is when the other staff member came over, took the shoes out of the box and said, "These have been worn." I told him, "no, they were not able to be worn, they are the wrong color and the wrong size." He said, "Well… since you wore these, I will not return them." I replied once again, "these shoes were never worn, like I just said." The staff then told me he was the manager and he was not going to return these shoes. I said "are you kidding me?" He said "no, we can't return any shoes that have been worn." I said, "I'm not sure if you need to make your quota for the day or what, but this is not the case, our daughter has many shoes, these shoes have not been worn and this should not be my problem, " by this time, everyone in the store is watching what was going on and I knew I was being discriminated against due to my race and class. I was humiliated, denied service, lied to, so he was pretty much making a joke of it, I was in shock. The shoes were brand new and I had the receipt from one week earlier. I stormed out of there and called the mall of America to let them know what I just went through and that I was on my way up there, he said ok.
My husband then made a call to Brooklyn Center Foot Locker and asked for the manager's name, he said Marcus.
When I walked in to Kids Foot Locker at the Mall of America, I was greeted with kind faces (while my blood pressure is still high) the associates looked over both shoes and said, "Clearly these have not been worn." I said, "Omg, thank you so much for seeing the truth and helping me, they had no idea what I just went through." The 2 staff members said they have had a few employees go back and forth from them 2 stores but he doesn't know who is there because the manager is a woman but they have different levels of managers. The staff said, "he (BC store mgr.) should have returned these shoes, that it's actually the policy, they have to return them unless they know someone has surely worn them and these shoes have not been worn" they even apologized for the other stores employee's actions and how I was treated and talked to in front of my daughter and all the other customers. They then returned them so we were able to go to the adult Foot Locker and get the right size and right shoe.

I was charged 3 times for 1 pair of sneakers and they say the first charge was denied and the money will go back to my card 3-5 business days and the second charge was accepted I donated a dollar so the third charge was them separating the sneakers from the donation and I also have to wait for the other 129.99 to go back on my card! So I was charged a total of $390.00 for a $130.00 pair of shoes and ordered pick up at store and wAited an hour at the store to get my shoes! Worst experience ever!
infant/nike short set
Good afternoon, I purchased a short set for my infant son on 6/7/18 in kids footlocker on Fordham rd in the Bronx n.y.c on 6/7:18 I put the outfit in my 18 month old son. In wich he proceed to violently cry I proceeded to check his body in wich I found a pin sticking in his buttocks. The store clerk left the half of a anti theft censor sticking in the shorts. I called the store and spoke with a manager who was rude with my wife and basically told me the person that did it made a mistake and would be dealt with and hung up. I'm thinking about taking legal action in this in professional handle matter. Thank you

Purchase shoes over a week ago. No email no confirmation no nothing from kids foot locker but they took out $150 out of my account and I still have no shoes this is the way that your guys going to do business I will stop buying from Foot Locker in general

Almost 2 weeks ago I placed an order online through KFL. I paid for 3 pieces. I received my order but 1 of the 3 pieces was incorrect. I ordered a 2 sweat pants and a Nike Windrunner for toddlers. Upon receiving my order. I open the box and see the 2 pants and the hoody. The problem was KFL send me a fleece hoody instead of a windrunner- same size (4t). The invoice shows all order scu numbers. 2 are crossed out, but the windrunner is highlighted. The scu for the fleece hoody KFL shipped is not on the invoice.
The back of the invoice states all the instructions for returns/ exchanges, in store and if I choose to send it by mail. I chose to go to a nearby store for an exchange only to be told that the item doesn't scan therefore I wouldn't be able to get an exchange or refund. Thankfully, an associate at the 3rd attempted store helped me. I was refunded. The inconvenience is the time taken to visit 3 stores, 2 of which sadly, turned me away.

I love kids foot locker, it's very convenient for me to shop for all 3 of my kids in 1 store. No complaints on the prices.
My daughter has been wanting to get an adias track suit for a while now but has never found a matching top and bottom. This weekend we hit the jackpot. But before swiping my card I wanted to make sure the sizing was right. We asked to use the fitting room and if it wasn't for my 8 year old daughter convincing and pleading to try it on I would've walked out and purchase it elsewhere. The employees were alright. Didn't really impress much or go above and beyond. But if i'm going to spend money for a growing child i'm going to at least make sure it will not be a one time use. This fitting room was a joke! I didn't know if we walked into a storage room or a fitting room. My daughter is 8 like i've mentioned, so she was able to squeeze in and set foot on 2-4 white tile squares to try on her track suit. As much money consumers spend at this location I think the fitting room should be available always for these growing kids to try on their clothes. This was so disappointing.

I had bought my niece some shoes for her birthday online and she wears a size 2T however they send her a size 2C I had called to complain about that and they send the shoe out again and end up sending the a size 2C again.. So I told my sister to take to them to the mall and have them exchange it for the right size because I know you can do that because I have done that plenty of times out here in Colorado with no problems. However she had went to Sugarloaf mills and North Dekalb in Georgia to try to exchange them and they refuse to do it and told her they not allowed to do so but its in the policy that they can do so! Also employees there told her they don't have time to do all that, so this is a matter that need to be brought up and fix! I do plan on contacting headquaters about this matter because this is ridiculous and now I have to wait for the shipping lable to be emailed to me so I can forward it to my sister so she can return the shoes so I can get my money back and go to the mall out here in Colorado and ship them off myself so my niece can get the right size shoe when the shoe was a birthday day present and her birthday was like almost a month ago and she still not able to wear her shoes because off this crap! I am actually highly pissed about this whole situation because on the webiste those shoes says Girl's Toddler not Girl's Infant so I don't even know how they even getting those sizes mixed up in the first place but clearly whoever picking those shoes and shipping them don't need a job there because clearly they can't read 2T and 2C is not the same!

Yesterday I went to the kids foot locker and talked to the manager about a situation I had with my sons Jordan 13. I told him that I didn't have a receipt but that the tips of his shoes were faded. I asked him what can I do. He said that if the shoes weren't dirty that he would return them. I told them they weren't dirty but that my son had worn them. So I came today and tried to return them. I told the Hispanic girl there what the manager had told me yesterday. She said she had to call him. So she hid in the dressing room so I couldn't hear and spoke to him. She came out and said since my son wore them that she couldn't return them. I told her the manager said it was ok, and that the shoes were suede and next time I shouldn't buy suede shoes. I told her that's not her business. She's was rude and wouldn't find a way to help me. I felt very disrepair by her and the manager that lied to me. Please find a way to fix this situation. I will NEVER go back to this store and buy shoes again.

I was charged for same shoes twice at the chicago ridge store
So on December 12, 2017 my daughter and I went ro the kids footlocker store in Chicago Ridge Mall in Illinois. I went to purchase the Jordan Retro 11's. I paid 187 dollars for the shoes in store and the associate said she had to call for an approval. She called and did not know what she was doing when she called so she hung up with the people with the approval code. I check my bank statement and 187.00 was deducted from my account and the associate stated it didnt go through so she couldn't give me the shoes I purchased. So another associate was extremely rude standing there telling me I don't know what I am talking about and I did not get charged. I showed her my statement and she's like no tou didn't get charged. So I called my bank and I was informed they tried to charge me twice for some shoes and 1 transaction went through and the other didn't. So after being in the store over an hour arguing with these two lady associates that I was charged so I should get my shoes, they would not give me my shoes and now I have to wait until this transaction is processed in order for me to get my money back and dispute the charge. I am completely frustrated and not satified with the service and the way I was treated in this store and did not get the merchandise I paid for. I spend alot of money in this store and have never had anything like this happen and I have not found these shoes that I have looked for since saturday. I believe the associates at this store is doing some crooked stuff and stealing peoples information. I will never shop at kids footlocker again after this has happened to me.

I am writing In anonymously as a store employee. We recently have a new manager who is not at all fit for this position. She is very unprofessional and recently took her opinions of our store and staff to social media. She is embarrassing, belittling and completely degraded us, making public comments such as "My staff sucks" on the internet for the world to see. She is always on her cell phone and has employees doing more than their share. Enclosed is a copy of her social media post about us. Again, I would like to remain anonymous because unlike Nicole Dambra, I take my job seriously. She is making a mockery of our location and the staff is very unhappy.

Kids Footlocker in Salisbury, Md from what I see has two managers. But only the assistant manager does all the work. The poor boy closes every night or works all day open to close. The schedule is very uneven and the store manager is inconsiderate of other people's personal lives and feelings. The young man has a son he barely sees because he's constant work. I've seen him train other employees that later moved on to different stores and were successful after leaving the control of the store manager.
You seem to know at least one of these individuals personally. Advise them to contact their manager or the human resources department for assistance if they feel they are being treated unfairly. As a third party your feedback cannot really help them.

I ordered a pair of sneakers on Feb 23, 207. I have e yet to receive them. I called a 855 number that was given to me and all I get is the run around. I was told that there on the way. I was given a tracking number and the sneakers have yet to be sent out however my card was charged. I spoke to someone today 3/9 and she was extremely rude all the other people I spoke to about the issue was good. I want the sneakers or my money back
