Kids Foot Locker 2 pair of shoes pumas for girls and Steve Madden sandals

It’s school time so I purchased my daughter 2 pairs of shoes, some pumas for girls and Steve Madden sandals. I purchased them with express shipping which was suppose to be 1 business day on July 20, 2023. Here it is July 26 and I still haven’t received shoes and my daughter is still waiting and it inconvenience us very much. I called them today and they proceed to tell me that my package was lost and I can re order which 1 pair of the shoes is no longer available which that was one she really wanted. So I decided just give me my refund and I will try to find the shoes somewhere else which going to take 5-7 business days so I also ask for my inconvenience what could be done the representative says I can only give you a $10 gift card. I payed express which was $20 and been without shoes for 7 days and still don’t have them and all you can do is $10 they could definitely do better than that. I’m not satisfied and definitely not happy.

Desired outcome: At least a bigger gift card for my inconvenience I paid express shipping which was $27 I should at least get a gift card for $30

Unable to resolve simple issues. Did not have an item in stock when it said it was online so I drove over to grab it. Kids Foot Locker Staff

Young lady was very desrespectful and took another customer (. That came in the store after me) in the middle of our transaction after I told her I was in a rush continuing on the phone in a personal conversation told her manager she would not help me when I complained about her unprofessional giving me dirty looks and making me feel very uncomfortable at the same time

Kids Foot Locker Air jordan 6

I s ordered the shoes and it keeps canceling my order. This has happened 2 times and I don’t understand why… they even took the money off my debit card and I called but they said I have to talk to the fraud dept but I never had this issue and if it was fraud why was my money taken off my debit card both times I tried to order the shoes? My cards have my name and everything o always use so I don’t understand. Now I have to wait 3-5 business to get my money back on my card after they canceled my order.

Desired outcome: Either I get my shoes or my money refunded faster

Kids Foot Locker Kids footlocker

I ordered my sons each a Nike windbreaker, when I finally received my order in the mail, my sons coat had a security tag on it. Now this annoyed me, what do I do? I live a ways out from the nearest foot locker.. They should check the order before it goes out .. I tried contacting them will see what happens..This just happened today 3/34/23 ..I’m not sure where this store is located since I ordered online. I ordered three things two Nike wind breakers and a pair of shoes for my son.. I want to continue buying from Kids Footlocker, so hope they can resolve this

Kids Foot Locker Kids footlocker online app service

I order the Jordan 13 purple off the kids footlocker app and and at 130pm are time I look to see if I won it said waitlist so I called the app to see what's going on either I won or not the lady said there waiting for the others to confirm the shoes and if not then I will was the next person she told me to go back on the app and wait to confirmson I went back on at 245pm are time I been on there since then waiting for it to say confirm but it just say wait list then my phone ring I put it on on speaker and quickly go back to the app and soon as I went back it said u didn't confirm so we choose somebody else so I got upset I been on that app since I got off the phone with kid footlocker customer service at 215 pm so I I called the customer service back at 5pm are time to talk to a manager bout this situation but they had me on hold for a long time then there phone hung up I tried to call back to speak with a manager and they keep giving me the run around this app is a bad service this not the first time a incident happen like this they need to fix there stupid [censored] app and alert the people on the waiting list and give them time to confirm ya just need to fix this stupid app

Kids Foot Locker Returns

I returned sneakers that were purchased online to a store past the 45 days. The young man did my return but did not tell me that I was being charged $30 because I was over the 45 days. I paid $90, sneakers in box with return label they sell them in store for $90 and they only refunded me $60. He actually told me I only paid $60 but when I checked my bank I paid $90. Customer service told me I was lucky they gave me any money cause it was over 45 days and nothing they will do.

Desired outcome: My full refund

Kids Foot Locker A order I just received

I placed a order for all white huaraches and my order came with dirty laces, yellow stains and black skid marks like these were display shoes.. The tongue of the shoes are discolored to a faint grey. They haven't been worn by myself the order was just delivered at 5 pm 3/27/21. I'm writing this at 6 pm 3/27/21. I am extremely upset!

Kids Foot Locker Customer service

Your employee Alexia Davis from store 1646653 was not only rude, she yelled and talk back at me; for simply asking her to do her job - check out a paying customer. The store has no supervisor or manager on site who can address this issue. The employee was rude, disrespectful and very very entitled as if she is doing me a favor. I wish I would have not purchased anything and just leave the merchandise. For sure will never shop there again. I

Purchased some trainers in the sale for my Zumba class this morning! I just pulled them out the box and they are ruined! Big stain on front and I have nothing else to wear so have had to wear them! Kids Foot Locker air max

I ordered shoes August 4th online its now August 17 still havent received my shoes nor a refund. I received a voicemail on the 10th saying my shoes were lost and to call to reorder or get a refund. I called spoke to 5 different reps all of them told me different things i never got a resolution to problem. I was even hung up on by a representative. Customer seevice was terrible and i contacted the attorney general about my situation.

Kids Foot Locker in store order

I placed an in-store order on Saturday, August 10th for my kids school shoes to have them by August 19th. I noticed that I never received any tracking information on Monday, August 12th. I looked at my receipt they emailed me and noticed that they had my order going to the wrong city and zipcode. I immediately called the store and talked with the manager who told me she call and get it taken care of and call back. I never heard back from her. I called the store several more times on Monday with no answer. I then decided to call customer service number that was on the receipt. They couldn't help me either. I called the store again and was able to get in touch with a different manager. She called the manager that was on duty earlier that I talked with. She told her she didn't have time. That manager checked and told me that she showed my shoes coming to me. I checked and showed one pair being shipped to Florida and the other to sumter, sc. I live in Timmonsville, sc. Now it appears that I'm out of two pair of shoes and the money. My kids have no shoes for school Monday, August 19th.
