I have been a Kimmons Plumbing customer for the past ten years. They have always been courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable on all of my plumbing issues. Jerry and Cade recently performed an outside plumbing issue in a capable, efficient manner even though it was raining at the time. I highly recommend Kimmons Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Jeremy and Bree did repiping at my house. Absolutely amazing work! We fixed all kinds of things. Faucets, spigots, shower head, piping. I had had 3 or 4 other plumbers in the past and they were okay, but Kimmons was great. One huge difference is they showed up on time every time and explained everything they were doing and gave me choices as to how to proceed and tried to make solutions the easiest for me. A++!

This company is the absolute best ever! And Jeremy was the most knowledgeable I have ever seen. He fixed the problem and then went above and beyond to ensure it was correct. Tommy is the owner and is right on spot too. Thank you so much for sending Jeremy and Adam to me in my time of need. I can't say enough good things about this company that I have used for many years - always professional, always quick to respond.

Kimmons Plumbing responded promptly after I had a major sewer line issue and had it fixed after many hours of hard work after another company started the job and said it would take two weeks before they could come back and don't flush toilet paper in the meantime! Thank you Tommy, Jerry, Cade and Bre for your professionalism and excellent work ethic. You worked hard and I am so grateful to have found you. I highly recommend Kimmons!

Had a sewage stoppage. Called and spoke with Tommy to set up an appointment. He was very nice. Jerry and Cane, I believe was the young guys name, were very nice and professional. They cleared the plug in no time, and saw that I needed some upgrades to my sewage lines. They came out the next day, upgraded my lines, explained why it needed to be done. Thank you Kimmons Plumbing, Jerry, and Cane! I would definitely recommend Kimmons Plumbing, Inc.

EXCELLENT WORK! Jeremy and Cade came immediately due to my hot water tank went out and i also needed toilets reworked. i am a widow and live alone so they postponed another job for a day so they could take care of me. They were so friendly, explained everything in complete detail and cleaned everything up to haul away. i would recommend Kimmons for ANY job, as you can trust their honesty, fair prices and can trust their workmanship. 5 STARS FOR SURE!

We had a major leak that was under our house's slab. It flooded parts of our home and caused us some inconvenience for a while. We got our leak detected and then had Jeremy to give us a quote. We opted for the whole home to be replumbed. We are more than happy for the way it was completed in three days. Great attention to details and customer conscientious. This is my second review, They have the best service in Escambia County, Friendly staff, easy appointment set up, people call first and are very efficient, taking pictures as they progress on the job, and explain what they have done, so pleasant to deal with they wrote exactly what they did on the invoice, and gave me a Military Discount. Excellent workmanship at a reasonable and fair price. I would not use anyone else. I highly recommend these fine folks to anyone needing high quality Plumbing Service.

Kimmon's Plumbing did another fantastic job for my wife and I. From start to finish Jeremy and Kade were professional and friendly. Jeremy's attention to detail makes the experience so much more enjoyable. He points out things you might not think of which takes what youre doing to another level. We have ALWAYS used Kimmon's Plumbing everytime we've needed something done. It's nice to know that you can have piece of mind knowing your job was done right the first time. Plumbing. A big shout out to Kimmons Plumbing. I called them this morning and they were able to fit us in this afternoon. We needed to install a new toilet but discovered the flange was not properly installed when the house was built. They were efficient, professional, courteous, reasonable in the price, and overall pleasant. I've included pictures of the old flange and the new flange that was installed in the floor. (What you can't see is how bad the opening was under the old flange). They also performed maintenance on our tank less hot water tank. Who knew you should flush them at least every two years!

Another awesome job. This is the third time I've used Kimmons Plumbing and what's really nice about them is I always request their experienced plumbers, John and Mike, and I'm always able to acquire their services. Also, I called Kimmons at around 8:00 am and John and Mike were at my house before noon to unclog a line. I used another company in the past to do the same job, but that company unclogged the line from within my house and John had the sense to unclog the line from outside my house using the clean-out so he didn't even need to get in my house. I just feel Kimmons plumbers really know what they're doing. Thanks Kimmons, hopefully I won't need any plumbing repairs for a while now. Aloha- John

I had a leak in my house under the concrete slab, Jeremy and Adam came out after talking with Jeremy I decided it would be best to do a whole house re-pipe due to the age of house and the type of pipes that were originally put in. Everything was totally professional and explained so I knew just what to expect. Jeremy and Adam were both very accommodating and polite. They both have wonderful personalities and were always quick with a smile. Also Jerry and Cabe also helped out one day. The total job took about 4 days but that's because they had to do a whole house re-pipe. I will always call Kimmons for anything plumbing related. Great experience and Kimmons has an exceptional team!

My neighbors house flooded due to improper plumbing to the ice maker. Kimmons assessed and repaired the problem very efficiently with the highest quality parts and skill. I noticed that the inferior materials they were removing from my neighbors house were the same as what was in my house and probably most of the houses in our neighborhood. I inquired about upgrading my own system and they were very quick to schedule a time. They did exactly what they said they would do and wasted no time to get the job done. Now I have peace of mind that at least that part of my house is up to code...AND my filtered water in the fridge door is blasting out at twice the rate/pressure that it used to! I can't be any happier with the outcome.

I just bought a place here in Pensacola that needed a total re-pipe job - and I was lucky enough to have a friend recommend Kimmons Plumbing. From bidding the job, scheduling and getting the work done - everything was totally professional and explained so I knew just what to expect. Jerry and Cade were both very accommodating and polite - they explained what was needed and why and went above and beyond to make sure my home and property were well taken care of. They both have wonderful personalities and were always quick with a smile. I was pleasantly surprised after dreading three days of plumbing work - so much that I will call Kimmons for anything plumbing related as long as they're in business. We are in the process of remodeling parts of our home, so I called Kimmons Plumbing and set up an appointment for someone to come out and take care of the plumbing work. The representative I spoke with was great! He called me prior to my appointment to discuss the scope of the job to ensure that he was sending the right people and parts. The plumbers, John and Mark, arrived at my home and did a fabulous job! Their work was pristine and when they left, you couldn't tell they had been there...everything was clean and put back in its correct home. Not only did John and Mark do excellent work, they were both as kind and polite as they could be and explained everything to me in layman's terms as I don't understand very much about plumbing. This is not my first service call to Kimmons Plumbing and it certainly won't be my last! Tommy and his team have been in Pensacola so long because they are reliable, provide top quality work and excellent customer service - every time, not just sometimes. I would recommend Kimmons Plumbing to everyone!
