I have been waiting for about 2 weeks to get my low profile microwave repaired. I bought this warranty as it was supposed to be "no hassle" and "peace of mind". First the brilliant warranty company sent my repair request to a company in San Antonio, I am located in Saskatchewan. Then they kept saying that there are no electronics repair shops that they deal with in my area even though I have spoken with a technician with a company in my area that has 2 other microwave repairs he is doing for King and State. I have had to coordinate their work with their service provider (Trans Global) and neither communicates well with the other. You would think for the money these companies make, they would have better processes in place and at least more staff to handle all the requests.

To make things worse, I have had to call King and State multiple times and listen to the same "unusually high call volume" BS message each time for about an hour. King and State does not provide proper service and I think the Brick should find a better warranty service provider. This makes the Brick look terrible and personally, I would rather buy from elsewhere to avoid this situation next time, I am sure I am not alone.

Desired outcome: Fix the microwave in a timely manner.
