I got the KW-PLA-MUN1054 filter thing from King Water Filtration on 1/18. They said we didn't need our water softener no more, so they sent someone to take it out. But now King says we still need it and wants us to pay $950 for a new one. We want King to pay for it instead.

I bought the King Water Filtration's fancy water purifier ($6,500) but the "Smart" WiFi touch screen controls don't work. It's been 7 months and still no luck. I even said I'd pay for a service call, but they just tell me to talk to *** who made the controls. We've tried troubleshooting but it's useless. I asked Pentair to refer me to a service dealer but they didn't help either. King says they have a 10-year warranty but it's useless. I work as a Hospital *** Systems Technical Support Engineer so I know IT stuff, but they don't care and won't give me local support even if I pay for it. Pentair is useless too.
