KAM workers don't get what you're saying and leave garbage after delivery without cleaning up. They wear earbuds, which is against the law. It's really annoying! They're not very smart.

I got a floor model from KAM Appliances in Feb and it was delivered to my new build on August 18th. The fridge and freezer had broken cords and they didn't come with a safety kit. This is a bad purchase. Kam's C said the cords were ordered and due on 9/8 but they haven't come yet and she's not answering my emails about the cords and the safety kit. I talked to the manager at CC store and he had her call and say she's frustrated too. I spent 15k with KAM and they're not communicating. I understand supply chain issues but I have to call or email multiple times to get any update. TERRIBLE service.

On 9/7/22, my fridge alarm started ringing due to high temperature. I contacted Kam Appliances in Hanover for a technician to come and check it out. After waiting for about 3 weeks, the technician *** came and found the problem. He said he needed to come back with new parts and another technician to help. The repair would cost around $2,100. Later, *** and another guy came and worked on the fridge for about 3 hours and said it was fixed. But soon after, the high temp reading started again. I called the office, but they said I had to wait for 24 hours for the temp to come down, even though the technicians didn't tell me that. The next day, I called again, but they said they would call me back. They never did. I called again, but no one answered. Finally, my husband called and got a new appointment time. *** and another guy came on 10/17 and said it was fixed again. But soon after, it was worse, and the temp was at 70 degrees. I asked to speak to a manager, but they said to wait for 24 hours and repeatedly said the manager was not available. I spoke to ***, who said she would call me back after talking to ***. But she never did. I paid $2,000 for a job that wasn't fixed, and I don't know if it can be fixed or replaced. I keep calling, but no one is available to talk to. I have three kids, and I had to throw away so much food because of this. I don't know what to do next.
