I originally booked tickets through KissandFly from Honolulu to San Jose, California on July 19th, 2023 at 07:30, I never received my itinerary or tickets until July 20th,2023 @ 07:34, 1 day later, during this time I called KissandFly at or around 08:00 AM on the 19th of July to see what was going on with my itinerary and they told me it was because of the airlines and it is always like that. I further called the airlines (Alaska) and gave them a booking reference number (FFD9QKU2), this is all I had at the time and they told me it didn't match anything for Alaskan airlines, they had no reservations for us, I then called back KissandFly at or around 12 noon HST, and they told me it would be delayed to wait, I then called my bank (USAA) and reported to them as fraud (this was a mistake on my part as I had interaction with the merchant and authorized the charges, I later changed this to a dispute). I then went ahead and purchased tickets through United in which I got my itinerary in 5 mins and my tickets at the same time. The next day, July 20th is when I received tickets from KissandFly (24 hrs later). I then requested a refend from KissandFly based on the fact that they never issued my tickets for a day and I had already paid for tickets with United Airlines because I thought I had been scammed. I never got a refund for my 1,972.00 as of yet from KissandFly. My bank said it was out of their hands due to the fact that KissandFly issued me the tickets but I explained to them in great detail that it took 24 hrs and no one is going to wait that long. So now I am out 1,972?
