We were scheduled to fly into Tel Aviv at 11:00pm with united airlines for transit and then continue to Istanbul and then Antalya, and we were rejected because Israel just started denying transit to non-Israeli citizens and this was announced to the public on 08/08/2021. We had no knowledge of this and the agency didn't inform us nor helped accommodate us into a different flight same day, we our 3 children with us who 7, 6 and 5 and we were exhausted. We called an agency and booked different tickets with Turkish Airline same day we were running from one end of the airport to the other to be able to catch the last flight to Turkey on that date.
Promised refund never received.
-Purchased flights to Costa Rica in Nov 2020 for travel in May 2021
-Requested voluntary refund in Feb 2021 due to COVID testing limitations in Costa Rica for our 4 year old child that would make travel impossible.
-No word back.
-Was alerted by KissandFly in February that the first leg of our trip was cancelled by the airlines, and they offered us alternative flights.
-Responded to them by email and phone to let them know that due to the Costa Rica testing limitations for kids under 5, we would not be able to travel, and again requested a refund.
-No response.
-In March 2021 received another alert from them that another leg of our trip was cancelled by airlines, and again we requested information regarding our refund request via email.
-checked in via email again, no response
-Called April 2021 and was told over the phone by a female employee that she could see our request and that it was pending. She told us to call back closer to date of departure.
-emailed, emailed, emailed, no response
-Called in May 2021, 3-4 days days prior to departure and spoke to a male employee over the phone that confirmed our entire itinerary had been cancelled per our request, and that our refund request had been approved, it was with "financial" and that we would receive it in 6-8 weeks.
-We also received an email 5/18 from Involagent, cryptically stating "We confirm and cancel a request for changes." It was strange, but given the conversation with the male employee, and understanding that this is not a US based company, assumed something had been lost in translation, and that everything was under control.
-Called 7/21/2021 to check on the timing for our refund and spoke with Yulia. She informed me that the service fees due to KissandFly were greater than the amount of the refund ($1400?) and while in the middle of the call, she cut out suddenly on her end.
-Several minutes later, I found two emails from them. One that appeared to be a templated email sent July 20th, 2021 from an auto-responder stating that they could not approve our refund request at this time, but that we could request a change of date/route regarding the ticket, and with a notice that the flight was still valid. (Clicking through the reschedule links, it takes you to a page that shows the schedule is frozen, and no changes can be made to it.) This is the email that we should have received in April/May, prior to our scheduled departure at end of May, that would have alerted us to there being an issue. It was obviously sent as a "whoops! Better get this in there inbox so we can say we told them" email. However it arrived two months too late. It also offers us the opportunity to make changes that we obviously cannot, due to the itinerary having already passed.
-The second email was sent from their [protected]@ address, and was addressed to me from "Yulia." It is the first communication from them that states that our refund request was not approved, that there was an opportunity to reschedule the flight with Copa, who apparently added a 20% credit for the inconvenience. It is unclear to us if we have access to that flight credit or not, and no information has been shared with us about how we may use it. It is also unclear if this is for the entire itinerary or for just one leg of it.
-Kiss and Fly has either the most poorly trained customer service in the world, or is choosing to create complicated scenarios to defraud their clients. Perhaps it is a bit of both, I cannot tell. Either way, through their actions, we have now lost $1400.00 . Their mishandling of this situation at every turn makes them liable for those losses.
Desired outcome: We are willing to take either 100% of the total value in travel credit ($1400) to be used toward a future trip, or 50% ($700) refunded to the card used to purchase the tickets.
Payment of my tickets
I booked the following tickets from myticket.ae and suppose to go from cairo to jeddah but they refused to go to jeddah at cairo airport because of corona
why from the beginning they booked the flight for me which was my destination to jeddah via cairo.

I made a flight booking by 'mytickets' website and the trip was transit flight on this way ;
Riyadh - dubai - Kuala Lumpur 'by malaysia airlines'
Kuala Lumpur - Manila by 'AirAisa '
and I paid more for guarantee the ticket on any urget situation like 'cancel or any change'
this guarantee that I paid it said 'it garnite the full refund on any urgent situation ' it is like insurance for the ticket
the AirAisa airline canceled the trip so we got a problem
I contacted with ' mytickets' to fix this issue by editing the booking or refund the full money but they refused
after so many emails with mytickets and Malaysia airline and find nothing!

I booked a flight yesterday immediately called your company to change it because it was the wrong flight..was told I only can ask for refund which would take 90 days I called as soon as I booked ..I booked wrong flights by mistake now I have to be stuck with this is outrageous ..I tried calling the Airline and they couldn't do anything after waiting 5 hours for a call back

Refund for Ticket
I bought a ticket to go from New Orleans to Pereira, CO. In addition, I bought the refund insurance.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel the flight. It seemed like I was going to receive $500 of money back. This morning, they are now offering 94 euro instead and have a timer over it.
It's a take it or a leave it solution. Actually, it's a Godfather giving an offer that I can't refuse.

No refund for a cancelled flight from April 2020
I have been requesting a refund (via website and email) for a cancelled round-trip flight from Atlanta, Ga to London, England since March 2020. Kiss and Fly has made excuses and have been stalling for 15 months. They no longer respond to my email (I have corresponded with them over 9 months), nor can I speak with a supervisor or manager when I call. Not sure where to go to from here besides contacting an attorney? They informed me in October 2020 my refund would be issued by the end of the year. Obviously, that never happened.
Desired outcome: Refund to be processed as well as accrued interest for the 15 months.

I book in December 2019 for a flight in April 2020. Flight was cancelled due to COVID. I emailed and spoke on the phone and started a refund. It was a lengthy process with many steps. I finally got approved for the refund in October 2020. It still had to go through finance department before the refund would be sent to me. I have not been able to speak with anyone via email or phone since then despite hundreds of attempts. This company is running a scam. They are holding $2, 000 of my money for no reason I never received the service. Absolute company corruption.

Flights to Las Vegas in December 2020
Hi,
I booked flights from Sydney to Las Vegas in January, 2020. My flights were cancelled due to COVID, but they still have not refunded me. They keep saying it's in the queue for the refund but that has been happening for 5 months, I have sent approx 10 emails and they keep saying that they will put me to the top of queue but then still no refund to my credit card.

No refund for more than 5 months. Asking prompt refund.
On Sep 22 2020 I and my girlfriend booked the flight (Booking #[protected]) from Los Angeles to Antalya) via KissAndFly travel agency. On Oct 18, 2020, we received the email from KissAndFly stating that our flight got canceled, therefore we requested a refund for the purchased tickets. ($833)
Since then we got no success. This company irresponsible, on all of your inquiries they will send a basic reply (seems to be autogenerated)
They will tell you that they are working with the airline to coordinate your refund, but in reality, nothing is happening. I'm even questioning if those tickets that were purchased and sent by email were real and not autogenerated by the bot or something. There is no way to validate it with the airline either. Once I contacted the airline they referred me to Kiss And Fly and they said that I should coordinate everything with them. The next logical step was to submit the dispute with the bank, but I can tell now, that Kiss and Fly know about these practices and they will trick everything. So despite the solid proofs you unlikely to get your money back this way. Be aware and don't fall into this trap.

According to the U. S Department of Transportation's refund policy refund timeline is established "If a passenger is owed a refund, an airline, travel agent, or online travel agency must process it within seven business days if the passenger paid by credit card, and 20 business days if the passenger paid by cash or check". Even with this COVID situation, nothing should change and USDOT clearly says that.

Very unethical company. I can't even imagine the people who had an emergency and got into the same situation. No morals at all.
KissAndFly, this review will be posted on every board. This is my last attempt to ask you for a prompt refund. Otherwise, I'll be forced to notify higher authorities in The United States and Europe, and at that point, it will be more about principle and justice, rather than those $ that you took and refuse to give it back!

Ticket canceled but no refund after 10 months
I booked my ticket to Asia last April and it was canceled due to covid restriction to the country. I've contacted kissanfly customer support via emails and phone calls but was told they are waiting for refund from airline and nothing they can do.
I finally contacted Delta and was told that the ticket was refunded to the agent in October, 2020 with confirmation and case number from Delta. However, when I still receive the same answer as airline hasn't refunded the money when I contacted kissandfly even after sending them the information from Delta airline. In my last few emails inquiring about my refund, no more answer.
This company is a fraud and everyone should stay away and continue to report to the BBB.

Waiting for refund for 7 months
This agency is a scam. My flight from Dubai was cancelled due to quarantine. I requested for refund in April. They informed to wait till the airlines replied regarding the refund. I was following up several times so in October they approved refund and told it would be returned in 10-60 days. After 2, 5 months nothing happened, so I contacted them again. First, the customer service representative started saying nonsense that AED 120 was refunded in May and AED 70 will be returned later. I told that the approved refund amount was much bigger and I did not get even AED 120 from them in May. How is it possible that they transferred money in May if the refund was approved in October only?! Then their representative apologized and told that AED 120 was returned, the approved refund amount + AED 70 will be also refunded. I asked for evidence of the AED 120 transfer and asked the exact day of the remaining amount refund date. Now they say that the refund was successfully completed before and they can provide the transaction details and I can contact the bank with those details, however, I need to wait again for few days to get those details. What is this attitude?! The agency did not return anything and treats the customer as an idiot?! Never again I will book with this terrible 3rd party agency. Scammers!

Request for full refund due to medical condition with prepaid trip insurance
My daughter bought this ticket as a gift for me to visit my sick mother in Lithuania.
Unfortunately I was prevented to travel due to severe pains and fever. This was documented by my doctor. (See Attached RX document from doctor.
My condition deteriorated and I was lucky to interrupt my travel plan and follow my doctor's orders.
I contacted my tickets travel agency and they provided me with a list of Information they needed.
I then submitted the attached doctors document to prove that my medical situation was for real.
Then I received another letter from mytickets.ae stating that my refund request was denied and they again were asking for same details.
I feel that they purposely try to deny my request to avoid me for receiving my rightful refund.

Hi,
Due to Covid19, I requested a refund for flights booked in May. I requested a refund in April. I have had over 20+ calls/email interactions with the company. They have insisted they are awaiting airline refund. I contacted Delta Airlines who told me they processed the refund in May. This leads me to believe they are a malicious organization who are holding onto my money and not refunding me. Would seriously warn against a consumer using this website.

Mytickets.ae is the worst booking site
Mytickets.ae is the worst possible air travel booking site. Mytickets are a sham of a website. We had booked tickets for Holy Pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia on the 24th of February. Saudi banned air travel due to Covid-19 on the 27th Feb. Since then we have made numerous requests to Mytickets via email to return our money. No response from them. It has been more than 6 months. Our request has not been attended to till now. In my 40 years of travel experience I have never come across such an enterprise. Shall never recommend to anyone ever to book tickets through Mytickets. Unable to provide adequate information regarding flights/tickets
Kissandfly has not once provided information regarding the status of my flights, although per their website they state that they will keep the consumer update via email. No updates came through and I had to find out my flights were canceled on my own. Additionally, customer support is inadequate, I have requested a refund for my canceled flights and although it has been months since cancellation, no service rep is able to provide me with any information regarding the status of my refund.
Unethical behavior and blanket response to emails
My friend and I planned an exciting cruise and trip to spain, italy and france. First trip to europe. :) covid-19 happened. : (I sent multiple emails requesting a refund to kissandfly and they always sent the same exact email response, no matter what.
Then, if you persisted, they blamed everything on covid and the airlines they sold the tickets to.
American airlines refunded our trips home quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
Kissandfly has no idea how to conduct business so that consumers want to reuse their service. Instead, they go out of their way to see how much they can get out of a consumer before the consumer gets tired of constantly receiving the same blanket email.
I will never ever ever use kissandfly again & if there is a class action suit, count me in.
