My Klarna account shows that the refund was "resolved". However, it not only still shows the total due $292.25 but Klarna attempted to withdrawal the total owed funds today, Nov, 6, 2023! I informed Klarna via message port on their site that my bank account has been closed for months! I've not only told Klarna's Dispute Resolution Dept what the problem may be (the original Klarna card was removed/canceled) immediately after the purchases on May 3rd, 2023. So, when I returned the items the next day, they didn't apply for a refund to Klarna's properly. The TOTAL charges were $371.00 on May 3rd, I paid $92.75 on May 4th as my 1st payment via electronic payment immediately. On May 4th I returned two items on two different receipts, totaling $193.98 ($155.00 and $28.00 plus taxes). So, all I owe is $84.27 minus the $14 late fee. Now, I'm not working, waiting for Social Security Disability, State Cash Assistance and in a legal fight to avoid a foreclosure that was wrongfully ordered! I'm very dissatisfied with the lack of resolution in this matter. Now I just keep getting automated email responses when I reach out. I will pay what the true balance is when I receive income.
Thank you,
Desired outcome: Return credit of $193.98 and to remove my bank information on Klarna's account because it's closed.
