I was offered credit card with benefits which were actually withdrawn till the time I received the credit card without letting me know of the changes. As a result the promised benefits were missing in my card. This is a case of misselling for which bank did not took any responsibility. Worst private banking services. Personal loan disbursed without acceptance
Hi,
I applied or query for personal loan as online.
I have discussed with Bank executive and clear said that can't accept amount without confirmation of ROI and processing charges.
They promised me yes without your confirmation not transferred any amount and you will receive ROI between 10.2 to 10.5 persent with 1000 or something processing charges.
Now Bank has transferred 493600/-. without my confirmation or acceptance with ROI @ 13.49.
Please look into this and do the needful on priority.
refund of my closed single forex account.
I have a closed forex single currency account with Axis bank which was closed by Axis bank without notification to my corporate email address. Now my forex amount is struck with bank and they were struggling to return my money. i reached out to the local bank representative. It has been 2 months, since i was working with Axis bank representative, in following up about my amount return status, but still did not receive, very poor experience. Customer assistance is very bad. The issue is still running and not sure when this issue will close. If this is not resolved, i might have to file a court case.

Axis home loan
Amwith Axis Bank. I had a Home Loan with Axis and my Loan Account number is LTR156605956693. I was planning to Sell my Apartment and i have got an Buyer for the Same and her Name is Mrs. Meenakshi.
She is an SBI staff but she came to Axis for Taking Home Loan as it would be smooth Process to Transfer within Axis. The Loan Process with the Bank started in the Month of January. Mr. Mohan Raj from Chennai Annasalai Branch was handling this along with
Mr. Armstrong from Throipakkam Home Loan Branch. There were lot of issues.
1. There was no Document check list Provided to the buyer because of which there was lot of stress.
2. Buyer received the Loan Saction letter and based on confirmation from Bank people Registration was booked for Feb 22nd 11:00AM at Guduvancherry Register Office.
3. I have travelled from Canada to complete this Registration Process.
4. Operations Team from Thoraipakkam has to get my MODT document from Headoffice before that and they should have verified and closed the Existing after which they should have taken the balance amount DD and should have come to the Registration office to Complete the
Registration.
5. We went to Registration office on Feb 22nd 2:00PM as per instruction from Mohan Raj. No one from the Bank didn't show up in the Registration office until 5:30PM. When we tried Reaching Mohan Raj he said Armstrong is on the way with the DD and also he mentioned
one of the MODT document is missing and bank people have sorted that also and everything looks good. By 5:30PM no one came up and we started calling people. Mohan Raj didnt pick up the call and then we called Armstrong and he said he is at Thoraipakkam Branch and
he will not be coming to the Registration Office as the DD is not Ready. Then i have requested him to call back with his Head. By that time Mr.Gopalakrishnan called me and very casually he is saying there was a small error from their end because of which they didnt
received the MODT document from the head office. When we hear that how that situation will be from an NRI Customer point who had spend 3000$ of hard earned money and travelled only for this registration. I would like to receive the money what i have spent and also
compensation for the Mental stress given by Axis bank people. If we have to take this legally am ready to do that by filing it with the Consumer Court.

Hi Axis Bank Team,
Last November(2021), I received a call from Axis bank customer care. They told me that my current credit card doesn't have any offers and asked me to upgrade my credit card. I was happy with my current neo credit card so I said upgrade is not required. But they kept asking to upgrade for one hour. Finally I accepted and said ok ( i am deeply regretting this decision till now).
After that, they transferred my call to another guy for address verification. I have told him my current address. He said everything is fine.
Then they said congratulations and upgraded my card and charged me the select credit card annual fee and sent it to my address.(i never received this card)
They sent it to Guwati address where i opened my bank account( i was working in Assam for 3 months, Once reach my native(Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu) i have changed my current address using Mobile app) and delivery attempt was getting failed couple of times. I have contacted the bank and told them about the issue. They said Guwati was the only address there(Lot of conversions happened). Finally they told me to visit the bank.I visited the bank.
In the bank they have checked and said the address is proper and they said change your home branch.I have changed home branch.(again lots of conversion happened with customer care). Customer care person said credit cards have different address details. You need to change address details for credit cards. By this time new credit went missing from my mobile app.
Again I went to the bank and told them about the issue. They said raise a new credit card request and see. We initiated a new request and I have received a new neo credit card.
My problem is Axis bank charged me more than 2,500 INR for Axis bank select credit card. But I didn't receive this particular card. So Please refund my money.
