fake call from axis bank
I have an account in axis bank and today I got a call in afternoon from Arti - [protected] that we are replacing your old visa card with the new master card as visa cards are going to close now for both debit and credit card. She was having my email ID and card number and account number also so I thought that she is from the bank only and she told that it is compulsory to maintain 5000 Rs in salary and savings account now. She told that your account will be blocked for next two days and your new card will be couriered to you on your address. She verified my account number and told that we are transferring your money from old card to new card. Also, She wants the details of credit card also but luckily I was not having a credit card with me but my account was debited with 5000 Rs.
I realized that this was a fake call when again she called after 1 hour and in the true caller, it was showing Fake and then I searched her number online and check so I got the complaints logged on this number so got to know the whole case. I am providing you the details - ECOMPUR/PayZapp/Bangalore/010917. Please help to get my money back.

housing loan process
My name is Zabi from Bangalore, However living in Belgium. I applied for housing with Axis just recently. After spending thousands of rupees for processing procedures and waiting for 2 months after providing all details and documents, I was informed my application is rejected.
This is very disappointing and the reason given was excellent that some technical issue problem because I was in Belgium as a country. Can you believe it?

Myself bhavin nagda, I have taken an home loan from axis bank.
I am a priority customer
Now from past 2 weeks I am looking for top up loan from the axis bank. I mentioned that it was very urgent for me. I firstly called my old agent, named kishor pachpor on 1st april. He said he is on leave but he will check with someone and will let me know.
He never did that. I then visited the branch on my own and asked the front help desk person to arrange some executive. I met a guy who was giving me explanation for the top up loan who doesn't even know how many zeroes are there in lacs. Since no other person was available over there. He was not able to explain me properly. I left for the day since I was getting late for the office.
On the same or other I contacted the customer service center for helping me arrange the executive for the top up loan and I said it is urgent for me.. So kindly arrange the call on next day morning itself, so that everything is processed faster, since I was ready with all my documents.
But on next morning I didnt got a call from thane hariniwas circle branch, which I was supposed to get. So I called up the thane branch and asked them to arrange the executive. So I spoked with an executive named sachin suryavanshi, he said he need to check the valuation of my property and he will let me know by 3 pm.
After sometime at around noon time I got a call from an executive named chetan survade for the top up loan. I said him, that I am already speaking with sachin suryavanshi who is handling my case so I dont want to create any confusion, so better I speak to him only. He said we are from the same branch so we will internally handle this and you speak to me for your top up loan. I said that please make sure then, I speak to only you and do not want multiple points of contact.
I called up sachin suryavanshi at 3 for checking the valuation part. He said he will let me know by 4:30 pm. From 4:30 pm till the next day morning I have called sachin and chetan together total of 33 calls and approx 8-10 long messages (I have the proof for the same).
But all my efforts were waste. I didnt got any response from them.
I called up customer care on next day and explained all my problem which took at least half an hour, they said they have forwarded my query and will arrange a call from thane hariniwas circle branch asap. But did not got any call from them.
So I called up customer care again and repeated the entire problem again. Again I did not got any call from the hariniwas circle branch.
In the meanwhile I dropped couple of messages to kishor pachpor also and requested him to make some proper executive available for me since he himself was on leave.
I explained him that it was very urgent and said that non of their executive are responding to me.
All he was supposed to do is forward my number to executive so I could process my things faster. But he didn't even bother to do that as well. Unexpected.
Kishor said he will be available on 10th april. On the night of 9th april I reminded him about my case, and requested him to take it on priority. He didnot responded to it.
Today on 10th april he is not picking my phone.
I wanted a top up loan amount of 9 lacs, but I then I came to knew I am eligible for only 5, 10, 000 rs (10% of original loan amount).
I need to understand just because the loan amount is small and the agents will get less commission for it, they are not showing any interest?
Are they least bothered about their customer once they sell home loan?
Is there nothing called as after sales service in your bank?
Don't the executive understand what is the frustration level is the customer going through?
I have experienced a miserable, annoyable, disappointing, irritating and pathetic service in last 10 days.
Its 10 days till now, and I still dont know whether I will get a call or not?
tembhi naka branch.
I have current account with axis bank since long 4 years now almost have done lots of business with this branch but they use to deduct my balance. Iwasnt aware of all those charges.
Then one day i saw statement and saw the multiple charges taken by them so i stoped using account for i just started maintaining balance but they deducted my balance now and then so i removed my money.
For some month so they generated long negative balance in my both current account so i ask for refund and started using account, after they promised for refund of at-least 60 % (got a all proof).
After continues co-ordination with tembhi naka branch since 4 month still have not refunded my balance .
I asked them to provide me loan but they are even not bother about this thing.
They are even involve exchanging old notes.
I want to get my refund asap.
Kindly help me to proceed with the case.
emails sent to the wrong address
I have been receiving emails from axis bank. I am not a customer, but it seems one of their customers has an email address similar to mine. I have asked Axis bank more than ten (10) times to stop sending me the details of someone else's credit card activity.
I thought axis bank had corrected the problem but I began receiving these credit card alerts again.
I have asked repeatedly to have them fix the email address problem.

forex service/conversion charges debited twice from my account
I booked a forex demand draft for cad (canadian dollars) on 16th july, 2015 on bookmyforex.com. and axis bank being their partner, was responsible for issuing the cad dd. so I went to the axis bank satyanagar branch in bhubaneswar. I had to pay bookmyforex.com an agreed amount inclusive of service, conversion, etc. charges (suppose rs. x, including all the charges) through axis bank. but axis bank debited my account with the agreed amount (rs. x) + the service, conversion and all the charges again, which amounts to rs. 1770. these extra charges are already included in agreed amount and shouldn't be charged from my account again! now when I asked the axis bank about the extra charges, they say they have to debit the account of the person from where the amount is debited (it's in their circular), but the bookmyforex guys say that they cannot charge me again for the extra charges as it is already included in the agreed amount. so the bookmyforex guys emailed the axis bank with the instructions to credit my account with the extra amount debited as i'm not legible to pay that extra amount.
So the axis bank guys sent an email to their headquarters at mumbai to get an approval, to revert back the amount in my account. but the mumbai headquarters won't reply them back with anything (or the guys here at axis bank don't care to do anything).
I have been trying to ask the both parties to send each other the emails and so that their stupid circular (due to which my account was debit again with the charges) can be waived, and the amount be refunded back to my account.
I don't know which party is responsible for the issue. but I have asked bookmyforex to send every email required and they did too, so they have done their part. beside my account was debited by axis bank. so I expect they work on this issue, send the satyanagar, bhubaneswar the email they require to process the refund and get me back my refund amount, i. e. around rs. 1770/-.
I have attached a part of the conversation which says that I am eligible for refund and the bookmyforex guy has sent the email to axis bank.

My name is raj, I applied for a personal loan from axis bank fraud on 21 july'2014 and I received application id 1872 five one 9 on 4th august (after 15 days, despite having salary account in axis). actually promised was 4-5 working days. still I have not received the loan amount... something seriously fishy going on in axis fraud!

My Card No is [protected]. Am using this credit card around 2 yrs. June month due amount was RS. 23, 262.32. Due to some accident I was unable to pay due amount on 30th June. But I paid on 1st of July RS. 5000 remaining amount I paid on 5th of July. Now I have received debit interest as 1340.06. You mentioned like min amount is around 1300. I paid more than that. Then what is the use of paying half of the amount?. I will not pay any debit interest for this. I loss the hope to use this credit card.I requesting you waive my debit interest amount otherwise cancel my credit card.

careless and irresponsible bank
The worst customer service on this planet is given by Axis bank NRI service team.I had instance where in my personal information was shared with the 3rd party without my knowledge, and I lodged a complaint for the same.Every 3rd day i get a new email saying that my previous complaint has been closed and they are working to resolve my new complaint.Same thing has happened about the debit card pin which i never received even after logging in so many complaints.This is happening since more than a month now.To bank with AXIS BANK, was 1 of the biggest mistake of my life.They just believe in buying time and fooling their clients.

The telecaller by name manasa or vineta, called me and disturbed me when I was at work and this girl talked unruly language (bad words and under belt language) and hung up the phone...
The day of calling — 12.12.2013 between 5:00 to 6pm.
The telecallers are making life miserable for people in the city and these persons should be punished.

My name is ns dhami I took personnel loan form axis bank in jul 2009, it takes time but finally they approved loan. I would like to submit that after approving the loan they will not give any related documents like account number for the personal loan, ph number, user name or password word to check the status of ur payment or any thing. And after repeated reminder for statement of personnel loan (Also intimate e-mail id to send soft copy) they are not sending / replying. And I would also like to submit a complaint that they are deducting rs 552/- per month for cheque bouncing. Sir, I had only given 10 to 15 blank cheques before approval of loan then how could they are producing a cheque for payment since 2 ½ years. I could n’t understand. Instead of this I agree that if I am unable to pay on due date i. E 01 of current month, then they are authorized for charges against me, but if I am depositing emi on 01 of month on my loan account then why they are charging on me on account of cheque bouncing. On querying on telephonically they replied that it is a process /bank policy and we can’t stop it (The same was not intimated me before approval of loan). Hi, I am Parthasarathy from Hyderabad. I availed a home loan from UTI Bank for purchase of a flat at Seethaphalmandi in Sept 2005 for INR 13.50 Lacs, thru' its DSA, Faizal Ahmed of SPANCO Marketing. The bank has unauthorizedly released the 3rd installment without any intimation to me, in connivance with my builder and DSA, in Feb 2006 to the tune of Rs. 2.85 lacs. For the past 5 years, I am making repeated reminders and requests to the bank to address this issue, as there exist involvement of bank staff, DSA and Builder. Bank is not ready to even accept the letter of representation and the worst is their customer care. Branch Manager do not wish to meet the customer and address the grievance instead they call and threaten, making allegations on the EMI payments. I am making a request to provide me a scan copy of the loan disbursement requests but in vain and do not know, what to do. They are simply saying that, you have signed the application which contains the terms and conditions; hence, cannot deny or delay an EMI and this act of the bank staff or DSA doesn't fall into their responsibility. Any inputs / suggestions from experts, as this has become a nigthmare for me as the builder is still not handed over me the "construction completion and handing over certificate" since, he got all his money from the bank directly.

I had an NRI account at Axis bank Chennai branch. There was a fraudulent transaction in my account. I had to follow up the bank more than a month to get things sorted out. It was the mistake of the Cashier. The bank agreed and only recovered the money after I threatened that I will take legal action...I visited India (from USA) and this was one of my priorities of the trip...I got the money in my account in 20 minutes after I visited the bank personally... (Too much of stress to handle without knowing what is going on with your account). ( I did have the record of all the calls I made to the manager in this regards- about 4 hours of talk time). The worst part is they have "MISSION NRI" motto... Unfortunately, they don't have a 24x7 customer care for NRI banking. They expect you to call them during their Indian banking hours...
