My name is Adnan Saifi, I have an issue with your bank.
I have done a payment on 11th July, 2021 of Rs. 880 and payment due date was 4th August, 2021. At that time I activated auto debit from the bank.
but on 7th August, 2021, bank debited the late payment fee and as well as tax i.e. 18%.
I have spoken to the customer representative, who seggested me to make payment of Rs. 880 and gave me a complaint number i.e. [protected] and I have done on 12th August, 2021.
till 19th August I did not recieve any call from the bank then I called again to toll free number, again he gave me another complaint number i.e. [protected] and closed the last one.
And on 13th August, 2021 bank charged tax and again on 15th August, 2021 bank charged Interest.
I cant understand what is heppening to the bank.
Resolve this issue otherwise I will take a legal action against the bank
Hold not remove my saving account while i have settlement payment done 50 days ago.
I have send mail about the settlemnet and till now Nor remove accaount hold.

I applied for personal loan now once I call received from CC abruptly disconnected the coll all time I don't know 🤷♀what people are working over there worst bank worst CC. So it's my suggestion to you if you want to job then give you best otherwise don't play this games with customers as u know if u r sitting over there for customers solution neither tried to make fool to anyone.

Dear sir
I am Gunalan.
I was an ARM at Sathyamangalam Branch for microfinance department.
I joined on Sep 2007 at Tiruvannamalai Branch.
Then I got transferred to Sathyamangalam by Jun 2018.
I resigned on 21 Dec 2020 and got relieved on 23 Mar 2021.
Though out my career I have worked with discipline and integrity.
When I first told my Seniors about my resignation plan, they told me not resign and I was promised promotion (ASM) also.
But since I already decided, I submitted by resignation on 21 Dec 2020 and my Last working day was 23 Mar 2021.
But my RSM called me on 20 Mar 2021 and asked me to continue, because audtiing was not over then. He also asked me to withdraw my resignation on 20 Mar 2021 saying to help identify few groups.
When I said no, my ASM and RSM is trying to abscond me.
They are forcing me to continue.
Now they found out that a staff has taken money. Our ASM, forced the staff (Nanda Kumar, Mahadevan, Karthik ) to write letter saying that I took the money.
They are creating false evidences.
Comparitively, my branch gives better repayment percentage from Tiruvannamalai to Sathyamangalam.
Staff has made frauded, by my ASM I trying to damage me.
Pls check all my business and collection results and relieve me properly.
Now, ASM is asking for to come to metting on 17apr for audit results.
I worked 90 days. Many accounts are telecalled by 4 other RMs (Nagaraj, Ramar, Prabhakaran, Suresh Kumar) during the notice period. Auditing officer ( Devaraj )came regularly . But when I said I resign, they are not allowing me.
Many other ARMs like Daniel, (Tindivanam), Balasubramaniam (Arani), Shanmugam (Anthiur) were not relieved properly.
No one in our department is allowed to relieve properly.
I request check my results for the last 3.5 years.
I am sincere, and truthful.
But my ASM is falsely putting me under pressure.
Pls help me to relive properly.

Money got blocked for ipo but not releasing
I have placed ipo mandate on 25 February 2021. Ipo not allotted and my blocked money also not reverted. I tried call and send a mail to their customer service and nodal officers but amount not reverted back. This is ridiculous behavior from axis . why they want to rob my money.

I am writing this message to you complaining against the bad attitude given by your operations head to the customer.
I am an axis bank customer for 5 years. I have a demat account associated to my savings account number. I requested in sept 2019 to the Axis bank Indiranagar bank staff member my demat account. Still money was deducted from my account in 2020 March. I complain this matter to Mr. Nagaraja Maiya Operations Head Axis Bank Ltd Indiranagar Branch (114) in Jun 2020 and he had ascetrained me that the account will be closed (proof attached)
Despite continuous complaints and so many visits, still, demat account is active and money is deducted again in Mar 2021.
I am in Germany now, my dad was in the Axis bank branch today dated 7th April 2021 to interrohgate regarding this matter. My dad is a senior citizen. Instead of regretting his mistakes and feel sorry about the staff negligence, Operations Head behaved very rudely with my father. It is his duty as an Operations Head to attend to customers, but he refused to talk to my father. My father waited for him so long being a senior citizen. When my dad requested him to close the axis bank sabvings account itself, Operations Head also said that he won't close the saving account untill I personally come and give my presence in the bank.
This is such a rude disappointing service from the Axis bank. As per the RBI norms, none of the banks has the liability to keep on deducting the Demat yearly amount, when the custoner has requested for the closure of the Demat account. Moreover, the operations head is so inhumanly rude, negligible in his duties and troubling a customer settled outside India. I would like to esclate this matter of customer rights to the reserve bank of India. I request you to please take strict action against him as he is rude and hides the mistakes of staff. Also, he doesn't know how to respect customers and respect old senior citizens after sitting in such a high reputed position. Please make a note of my details:

Renewal of nri deposit, matured in 2018
I am having NRI deposit account with Axis Bank, Kodambakkam branch, Chennai. It was matured in 2018 and supposed to be renewed automatically. I visited the branch in Oct 2019 for the renewal. The branch said that I should fill up an application and submit the copy of Pan Card, Pass Port copy. I have handed over the documents and followed up the branch since then Oct2019.
The branch has not renewed the deposit receipt till date and the operation manager says that he has no authority to renew the deposit and needed the permission from the higher authority.
I posted my complaint in the Grievance cell and contacted NRI division for help. No result. I regret to have my account with Axis Bank. I need help in this regard.
Renewal nri fixed deposit which matured in 2018 with axis bank, kodambakkam branch, chennai
My fixed deposit with Axis, Kodambakkam Branch was on automatic renewal and not renewed after 2018. I visited the branch in October 2019 for the renewal. I was told to submit the application and also the Pan Card copy and Pass Port. I submitted on the same day and the followed up the branch for 7-8 months. They were telling the reason about Corona Virus and no staff.
I contacted the operational head in Jan 2021 and requested him. He said that He has no power to renew the deposit nor close the deposit with upto date interest. He said that he has written to higher authorities for approval and waiting. Now I am in March middle and no response.
I posted my grievances in their portal and no remedy.
Desired outcome: The deposit is to be renewed.
My account has been charged extra
Please be informed I have applied a Liberty card Debit in Nelladri Road Branch as per a staff request Akash . As he mention while opening an account 250 will be charge as it's same showing in websites but later on they have charged more than 700 in a month.
One of the worst customer service by the branch and i will not recommended to any other people to open an account in Axis Bank

Amount got deducted on a failed transaction
The transfer to my other bank account failed but the amount dedcuted. On contacting the customer care from abraod they have asked to call from registered mobile number which i dont have with me.

Sir, I am rajat Gupta using ur bank pos machine in fuel sation in hamirpur area tehsil bhoranj distt. Hamirpur h.p. last 3 days ur pos machine is not working. I logged comlaint but no one is attending complaint and no response of ur bank axis.
I am very disappoint from bank services. We lose our fuel sale due to non working of ur pos machine. Our daily transaction in more than 30, 000 rs from card. we are losing our sale becoz of ur no service of your bank.

Axis is a worst bank I have ever seen. After Supreme Court order for further extending Moratorium period to 28th Sep 20 but they cut Home loan amount after first block amount in Lien without any further information regarding this After this they block the minimum amount of Credit Card to lien which is 28584/-. without any information is given and no sms regarding this that amount is in lien. 8f we go for emergency or petrol filling and you are dependent on your this account than you is no balance in your account and this is in lien.
My complaint is that no order followed by Axis bank after order by Supreme Court to extend Moratorium upto 28th Sep 20 and no further action will be taken if customer not paid the amount upto 28th Sept 20

I have taken a loan from Axis Bank for my car worth 35L last year from Axis Bank Kochi RAC Branch. During the COVID Pandemic situation, they offered me moratorium for 3 months and i applied the same the link provided by sales person. Unfortunately i came to know that it was not approved after 2months. I sent an email to the ID received and copy to the respective sales person. I was doing follow up and finally reached a conclusion that the person responsible Mr Daman R on vocation. I spoke to various people and everyone said that we can do only after this person come from vocation. I was writing from my official email ID but no response received till now even after a month. No email of acknowledgement or communication received from customer service. I paid the due amount and shifting to the new bank. So my recommendation to all people that "Never use AXIS Bank Customer Services". I have concern about few points:
1. Why no acknowledgment of emails?
2. Why staff using unprofessional languages to customers? I got a Whatsapp message from a rep stating that some in customer service representative commenting very badly. He understood that recorded by mistake but it reached to me and he immediately deleted. But I heard clearly the same.
3. Why payments are asked even government given dates till 28th Sept?
4. Why bank is not willing to resolve the customer issues as now social media platforms available to bring attention of larger community?
Personal loan
Never ever apply for Personal loans from Axis its waste of time they will never approve the required fund no matter how low you apply. They will always reduce the sanction amount after multiple follow ups from you they are not even bothered to follow up with you, the amount sanctioned half of required will be of no use as you won't be able to do your plan work . They are just a bunch of corporates making fool of us. Don't ever apply for personal loan from Axis

Fund deducted from my account
I had visited axis bank sushant shopping acarde regarding maintain my account.
I had discussed with Rohit Nagar about AQB. He said, charges would be 379 rupees instant I transfer 15000 rupees 15th sept 2019 but after 11 days back deducted the fund from my account. Deduction details are below mentioned.

This incident is happening second time now When I came to bank yesterday they refused to give me withdrawal saying banking services are to be performed before 3:30 Keeping that in mind today I am here in bank before 3:00 Now they are saying they have no cash in bank This careless responses and less management inefficient employees forced me to drop a complaint against them.
