This is Michael yashwanth sorna holding account no. [protected].
I have tried to withdraw 1000/- from atm (belonging to Laxmivilas Bank) in malkajgiri on 1st September 2018 at 02:39 pm. But I haven't received any cash from the atm and transaction was failure for two times. But My account is debited with 1000/- (2 times) I haven't received any cash for both the times. Please look into this seriously and refund my 2000/- immediately. I haven't received any reversal till now which is making lose trust on banking with axis. Do you think Am I a fool to trust your bank again ?

home loan dept duped me
I have chosen axisbank for home loan, despite many negative feedback from friends and internet.
I have availed a home loan in 2014. Its 4 years and I have not received a single document reg same or any document that I signed [ generally 2 copies of all docs would be done, one copy to customer one at axsibank]
I have been paying emis all the while.
50 + mails and 4 visits to the branch and multiple warnings on action have proved futile
They donot care at all.
Their irresponsible officers simply said they lost the documents.
No replies to mails.
Can I file a complaint with banking ombudsmen? Anyone can suggest

I have a credit card with u..last 4 digit is 3029. I was being told that it's free of cost and now u are charging me opening fee plus gst. I have complained to customer care so many times and told to block my credit card. Then I received a call and msg from axis bank that the charges have been reversed. Now I am again getting msg from axis bank that opening charges is due and RS 100 will be deducted from my savings account as auto debit. And I must tell u that I didn't apply for auto debit Option. And without the concern of customer how Will u deduct the amount from my savings account and how did u activate it.
I Never agreed for auto debit. Please reverse the charges.
Please don't make fool of customer. I am wasting my time by calling the customer care. Height of bureaucracy.

Complaint to Axis bank, Kundara
I signed the document for personal account and current account . Since the executive of the branch came to my shop and insisted me, I gave Rs: 5000 cash to executive. Eventhough the current account was ready, but due to the irresponsibility of the executive my personal account was not ready. Based on the complaint that I gave, 5000 rupees which I gave was given to me back . But I found out that money was continuousily charged from me, therfore I contacted the bank. Each time they made me to sign a paper, but no action was taken against the losing of money from me. At several instances I lost 5000/- and more money. Therefore, I insist you to take an action for this and to credit the money which I lost to my account and to return back all the papers you have signed from me.

On July 2018, I made a telephonic request for the cancellation of my credit card. The bank authorities asked to pay 450 rupees as cancellation fees which was paid by me. Following that I confirmed my credit card cancellation through the axis bank customer care. But now the bank authorities are constantly asking for paying rupees 1999 as credit card charge which I had cancelled around 2 years back. They are harrasing as well as insulting me by posting the details of due amount of 1999 in the system which can be seen by other banks also. When enquired about this the authorities are blaming the Mumbai Headquarters of their bank and they are refusing to help. Its very shameful act by a company having much reputation.
Please reconsider my case and help me to cancel my Credit Card.

I got a CHIP debit card xxxx xxxx xxxx 2548 valid up to 3/22.But even after PIN generation to withdraw money from ATM I get message that "Sorry, this card is not authorised for use at this point". So I am unable to use it for withdrawal of money from ATM and in POS for marketing. Please look to the matter.

harassment in releasing property papers
I had a "cc limit" account with axis bank, kurukshetra (haryana)-railway road- branch, we have deposit all our pendenciesand dues of the account on 3/8/2018 and also give the request letter with the account closure form on the same day. It was taught us by the concerned person that all the procedure and releasing of documents will be done in 15 days. But now till 20/08/2018 not even my account is closed yet and they are saying that property papers will be release in 7-10 days. We are switching the bank that's why they are harassing us. If they won't give us the paper in next 2 days then there will be a great loss for us.
Also branch don't give any satisfactory reply from the very first day and if we call the concerned person it always takes 5-6 times only then he pick up the call and give future dates for the closure and releasing of papers.
Here i am attaching both the copies of closure form and the request letter for closure signed and stamped by the branch.

I have applied for Personal Loan of Rs.75, 000 in your reputed bank.I have submitted my documents with filled application form on 28th December, 2017(Application Serial No:[protected]).The bank people have told me that the loan will be sanctioned within 7days.
Later on Agreement was signed on 10th January, 2018 and have also submitted 4cheques as asked.At that time it was told within 2days the amount will be credited to the account.After 5days, since there was no revert from bank, I upfrontly called Me.Gajanan(the person who came to collect Documents).He was not having any idea.Later on, I received call from Ms.Seemamaur saying that there was some overwriting done by bank people on one of the cheque so they haven't processed the loan further.My question is that why it took so long(almost 15days) to inform me this and I only called then they they this reason.
My loan executive was Ms.Seemakaur Bhoher, Employee No.159343.It is very sad to know that reputed bank such as Axis recruits unprofessional employees.She is not giving proper answers, talking rudely on phone and on calling repeatedly not receiving calls.Such attitude towards customers is not accepted.
As much of my time has been wasted in this, I would like you to cancel my loan request, there are many other bank which will be giving loan in less time. It had been a terrible experience with Axis Bank.

I requested Navil Goel on 20th October at 6.10pm GMT to give me a call in 20 mins, and I waited in my office 3 hours after that so I could print the last steps of the form I waited and waited but nobody called me I tried to reach him through Axis Nri services phone number.
