about cancellation of treatment
Dear team,
Please i am requesting you to cancel my tratament and refund my amount to Baja company.
Already from 3months i am reminding to cancel my treatment.
And also baja has filed a case on me of repayment issue.
If you cannot help me.
You will face so many problems from me like as in any way.
Just i am requesting to cancel this.

weight loss/inch loss
I have paid 92K through Credit Card and converted that into EMI for 12 months. (Pune Branch) I have taken only 9 sessions so far and due to my official work, I have to shift to Delhi. I asked them to pay the money back, since I won't be able to complete the treatment, as I am not available. The kind of answers I get is very disappointing. Replies from Kolors - 1. Please transfer the package to someone else. (I do not gave anybody to transfer and why should I, it was for me and not anybody else) 2. Convert the package to some other package. (When I am not going to be a localite, what do you expect me to do? Travel every week for the treatment from Delhi to Pune? Will you bear my flight tickets and cab expenses?) 3. We cannot refund because the deal is between the customer and Bank and I should ask the Bank to stop EMI. (Seriously? I mean, I paid through Credit Card, which is kind of a loan to me by Bank. Bank already paid Kolors the money, I am just repaying the bank for their money with interest. It's a simple logic. You need to refund the money to me, so that I can pay the bank and close the EMI.)
I need my money back asap or else I will have to indulge in legal activity which will be time consuming for both. I understand nobody wants to let go of the money, but you need to understand it's a hard earned money and you need to respect people's decisions.
I had submitted a complaint a while ago. I erroneously mentioned as 92K instead of 94K. I paid 94K not 92K.

need a refund amount from kolors for weight loss programs.
I have visited one of the kolors branch and enquired regarding weight loss program. As they said, 65k for 30 Kgs weight loss. I have paid advance 5K. Due to personal emergency, I have shifted to my home town. And I have asked refund amount from us since I can't able to join. They told us that amount is not refundable and you can avail any other products like that. But I dont want that and I need a refund amount from them.
Please help on this.

Hi Team,
I have paid around 72 k for weight loss treatment and manager a lady (Sarala ) she asked us to pay 72 k whole at a time and i heard one of my friend joined kolors for 15 kgs weight loss for 35 k .
And am married and now due to side effects and i have gone through single sitting and doc asked not to continue with kolors and i have asked refund for them
They asked to sign few docs forcefully after paying the money from my card .
During the explaination of the treatment they haven't told me that not refund and side effects
These people are playing drama with us
Money for us not coming from trees, we are working 24/7 and earining money and you poeple doing all these things are not at all acceptable

Our family went kolors, kothapet branch, Hyderabad on taking an appointment after seeing the ad message I got to my mobile number. We were explained about the packages.we asked for a discount.then entered one female dietician (they say they are dieticians, her name is kalyani), we asked for any possible discount as we felt the package is very costly.she went out came back in 5min and told us "to leave".
Is this the way a client should be attended?I being a doctor was treated like this, how are the regular public treated?asking a discount and we were treated like this.

Instead of without going to kolors and do not take any treatment why should i paid around 36000 from my side... While initially i went for kolors to asking my queries, but the kolors representative forcefully to join there.. Now she ll not with me.. She also not want to go there.. The treatment was very painful for her like she told..
She not be interested to go there... May be the treatment is not to fit for her.. Or she ll be not interested to go there..

body trimming and weight reduction program
I have joined my daughter in Kolors, Tambaram, Chennai branch on 25th March 2019 for a weight loss program. My daughter is very young (17 Yrs. old). I have paid Rs. 1, 03, 000/- through my credit card. I have insisted for a smaller package and few trial sessions. But the counselor insisted that only if we make this payment, we can have a train session. So, I made the payment. My daughter undergone just one session and she is not able to cope up with the kind of treatment done in Kolors, she got into serious medication issues. So, I informed the Branch Manager and Counselor on the same day. After that, I had sent multiple emails, visited branch in person and spoke to Branch Manager. But all in vain, they are yet to refund money. Kindly help me getting this refund.

After some days my job transferred to khammam.. so i just want to transfer my treatment from wgl to khammam.
Now the complaint is the warangal branch manager asking me transfer fee 6000/-
Why kolors taking transfer fee?

I joined in kolors. I paid 40000 but there is no weight loss. I completed 9 sessions and 8 supporting sessions but there is no proper weight loss and there is no proper treatment also. I requested them to give the refund but they don't agree so please ban these type of weight loss treatment so many people are suffering with kolors and I want refund please do this for me and don't join in kolors

I have joined kolors as I was over weight, I have paid 1, 20, 500 after convincing my mother for about a month. I have not been informed anything regarding the payment. The branch manager was just behind me, even if I don't have enough cash, would send a person to my home and collect the money as he did not want to loose a free going customer, however my mom said let's join today and he didn't inform about the free trail and then take a decision he first made us pay money and then I have gone for a free session as they knew that once I pay the money I would not get a refund(which was not informed at all) then I have under gone 2 sessions which showed no progress at all and I hated to just remove all my clothes though I am surrounded by ladies and I am not that open kinda person, and I did not like the treatment at all and then I have asked for a refund after a month where in a representative said I would get the refund in 30days for sure and I was calling them every 10-12 days but they said you don't have a right reason you will have to make some one join and would cut some money etc they have never accepted the fact that they have cheated me. 1, 20, 000 is not a small amount for a lower middle class family we we're literally cheated. They don't believe in their own product. Hence they will beat around the bush and just play with our money.
I would recommend you to undergo a gastric sleeve rather joining here for having no results at all which is just time waste
And I forgot to mention that when I went for the second time. The lady who was helping me with the treatment just took my phone and have given rating all by herself which means the reviews are all false and we cannot go by reviews at all. If you look at their employee website it is all 5 star as they are told to give 5 star. It is just mere waste to join here. Just wasting money rather prefer gastric sleeve or join gym(if dedicated) that would be a great option and you will utilise it to the fullest

Please dont believe kolor, there r frauds I took package of 32000 beginning but one month massage guys keep on convince and to make one more package. Nearly 8 month I didnt lose my weight. Massage guys r very worst and wenever we ask why didnt lose weight they wil say not following any diet. I have all the proves I want to complaints about this company to police

I am sorry about this.
I was totally cheated on my package. As my engagement date was fixed in dec i paid 50k at first and started my weight loss package. Later as the results were not good, i was suggested to pay 30k more for NSL treatment which i blindly trusted them.
I was having no results instead i started having health issues.
As my engagement date was approaching i asked them for some result for which they again asked me to pay 15k for body and 15k for udvarshana treatment. As i was not having any option as my date is nearing, i paid.
I have all the bills . I was promised that i will reduce 15kgs i havent reduced 5kgs properly instead i lost huge 1 lakh amount.
Waste of time, money and instead got stress.
I ended up the treatment in bangalore because i was moving to hyderabad and also i dont want to go further .
Kindly please help me in getting my account back which i paid for weight loss atleast because tightening, yes a bit it happened.
As a fair one kindly give my amount back on weight loss for which you have done false promise for me. 50k+30k.

This is complete Fraud in a most sophisticated way. They promise you weight loss but it never happens. Please do not believe the advertisement. There is no refund if they don't meet what's been promised. They promised to reduce the weight. But it was never achieved. They don't maintain a hygienic environment. It is the rude customer service experience. They are always short of tissue paper/water/Spare dress. They are just looting the money. Though escalated several times, there is no resolution. They always keep you wait for longer time. No respect for the customers. The address of the kolors - Sembakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600073. Expect a refund, but they don't have a policy of refund. I am just looking for a better for escalation point of contact. If any one knows. please let me know.

regarding my situation after the prp sessions done in one of your clinic
Sir/Mam, this is Devi Vara Prasad from Guntur, I have hair fall problem so I decided to consult your clinic and I visited your clinic in Guntur then one of your consultant suggested me to have a PRP treatment which includes 8sessions in it and they mentioned a price of 40, 000 for the whole treatment and I agreed and paid the full amount and they started the treatment moreover I have followed all the words that given by the doctor. At 5th or 6th session my hair fall problem raised again and it increased alot, I have taken that to the doctor too but the problem doesn't rectified and my all 8sessions completed my 40000 wasted and my problem of hairfall not gone. Present this is the second month after the PRP treatment completion I got complete baldness. What should I do now. At the time of money payment for the treatment your consultant gave me an assurance that the density of hair increases and I done have hairfall again, but right now I have more baldness than before I have started the treatment. I have questioned them about what's happening, they said SORRY SIR now you pay some — amount we will do another treatment.

My wife joined in kolars on 7/9/2017 .We have signed for Rs. 44, 000 through Kolars dealer bajaj finance. On next day we told them not to send our EMI loan details to Bank as we want to drop. But they forcebly send to Bank EMI derails. Total 50 sittings of treatment. They gave 9 sittings. After that my wife wants to transfer sittings to me due to her health reason. They agreed for that when joining also. Now for transferring sittings to me they are asking Rs. 20, 500 extra. They have not even done justice to money paid by us. Again they are asking for additional money. They are heading to transfer sittings to me since October 2017 till now. Their behaviour is rash. They told orally one thing and implementing another.We want our entire amount of Rs. 44, 000 with interest and compensation due to suffering by us. Kindly do justice to us.
