Hey all
Pl read this disheartening experience as joined kolors for weight loss program last year October in Hosur - Tamil Nadu, followed all method advised from diets, walking/jogging so on, not lost even 1 kg with kolors support. Have lost confidence and stressed as paid, 60000 & paying my EMI for this, so looking for either a weight loss as promised with help of kolors equipment or refund the amount which has given me no result.
Indeed was planning to file a case thought to share a complaint before that. As personally think these are mere fraudulent earning techniques with mind games to ppl who are fat/obese.
If any kolors employee or owners/shareholders looking at this complaint you should be worried to see these as it has the motto only to earn and nothing more.

Need to complete my sessions
I have joined Kolors in November 2018. Since then I had been taking treatment. Due to lock down I had predicted to a different place and wouldn't continue my session. However, I have been trying to attend in January 2022. The attendant Ms. Sunitha had given me a session, but now when I wanted to continue that say the validity is over and I have to pay money to renew it.i have referred two people to this organisation and is this the treatment I get?
I want to finish my sessions and not asking for more.

Hi I'm vyshali. Previously I'm taking services in Bangalore kundanhalli branch. Due to lockdown I transferred to kurnool. Before transferring I have communicated with Bangalore branch that once my office opens I will again take treatment in Bangalore then they said yes its possible.
Now I want to transfer back to Bangalore from kurnool branch. But they are refusing my transfer they are saying they don't have transfer option.
I really paid a 90k of amount and your giving me really a very bad service by not responding properly

and health issues also i visited a hospital reg health issues and I mentioned I'm going to kolors so my doctor told me stop going their it's is unnecessary things you people are doing don't do suca a things so I droped the sessions I payed 80k in kolors I want my money return for remaining sessions thank you
Cryomatic therapy fraud
I have joined colors in October 2020.
Paid 40k for 15 kg weight reduction package. They promised me 15 kg weight reduction. Then they have misguided me for facial treatments. I have paid around 30k for facial and neck peels and face RFs.
Those peels are very toxic, and left my skin with rashes and pimples.
After somedays they suggested me to rapid weight loss program. That is NSL. And asked me to pay extra charges for package conversion. I have paid 15k for upgrading the package.
Later they have misguided me to take BR treatment. I have paid 10k for 10 sittings.
Later when I complained about my facial issues, they asked me to take few more facial peels and RFs for better results. I blindly trusted them and paid another 15k.
Later in summer, I was struggling with steam, they have asked me take cool sculpting process for inch loss.
Asked me to pay 30k for 6 probes.
I completely trusted them and paid the amount.
I was waiting for the Cryo machine. They wasted my 3 months time.
After paying total amount, they brought the machine after 3 months.
Finally they fixed an appointment and asked me to come for pre session of Cryo.
I thought they will prep me for Cryo session. But they made me come for another trap.
They asked pay 32k again to take whole body Cryo, instead of 6 Probes. I have refused to pay the amount. They very much insisted me, influenced me. Not leaving me. They promised me many inches loss. They told me fake things.
This time I have trust on the treatment. I was over entusiastic about the treament and paid 32k.
Next day they started treatment. It was quite normal. That day it self I realised, it doesnt make any changes. Because it is not that much effective. They asked me to avoid consuming hot food. I followed each and every instruction very carefully, as I paid almost 2 lakhs. But nothing has happend. I didn't even lost a inch, didn't even lost a kg.
Total fraud. Total baseless treatments.
Total misguiding.
Skilled robbery..
Very pathetic situation of mine. I paid all the amounts from my cred cards, and suffered alot to repay. I never got cheated like this. They all are skilled robbers.
They should have choosen different way for robbery.. not by robbing innocent people in the name of trust and hopes.
I want my refund back. I am going to file a very big complaint in consumer forums. I got cheaten. I got sick mentally. I got financial problems. Family problems. Due to their misguides. Hi V Bhavani here, I'm not getting any proper response from Kolors, I need a call back from management team not from the branch. Here I'm raising Complain against Spandana she belongs to Hyderabad Srinagar branch. She is asking for the money for every solution. We trust Kolors we came here for treatment not to just spend the money. I have paid from for 3courses here weightloss, hair treatment, beauty course, it's been I haven't attend the course I haven't taken treatment I have my strong reasons even after saying spandana is dealing with money. Why should I have to pay extra amoung which I have already paid. Does Kolors need only money? Don't you need customer trust? I just lost trust on Kolors. please take action in Spandana solve my issue as soon as possible I don't want to deal with her I want to talk high management team.
No result in weight loss
I took Cryo treatment and paid 65000/- at Kolors Visakhapatnam branch. I was told I will reduce upto 10 kgs and will have 4 to 5 inch loss. I have zero result. I didn't loose even a single kg. No inch loss. I staff are not efficient enough to give proper treatment. I request you to give proper treatment and justify the amount I paid. They don't response properly. The staff are only busy in phone. One staff looks after all the customer who comes for treatment.
Refund for weight loss
I have enrolled for a weight loss treatment for my wife on 05/02/2020 at Kolors Tambaram branch.
But after 4 sitting she was pregnant and doctor advised not to take any treatment further.
Later due to covid I was unable to contact further for refund.
No response from them even after multiple follow ups. And my hardly earned money has been paid for emi and now I need for my kid for emergency purpose..

Complaint regarding to transfer
Hi my name is K. Nireesha. I took kolors treatment initially from Tirupati. Later my office was opened in Bangalore so I transferred my treatment to Bangalore again due to corona cases my was closed and hostel also closed. I don't have option to stay in Bangalore and take treatment. I requested my transfer from Bangalore to Tirupati. They are asking me to pay 10,000 for transfer. These and all no one informed me before itself. I can't pay the 10k now. How can I get my treatment done in kolors Tirupati branch.
Already I paid 120,000 in kolors again asking me to pay 10,000 which is really not fare. Kindly help me to get my transfer done from Bangalore BTM branch to Tirupati branch.
If I'm not taking treatment means what is the use of paying that much big amount. Please help me out

Came here for weight loss in the package of 10k I visited 1 month weekly 3 times but no change in weight and while they telling about process they didn't tell clearly it will take 1 year for weight loss they told me 15 sittings only after visiting frequently here people said it will take 1 years and I was dislike about the fake commitment and not getting result from kolors after waited 1 mnth and I asked to refund money here they said there will be no money refund when clinet is not satisfied why there will be no refund fake and fault process and due to this reason I taken and converted treatment to hair which I was not interested to take they given 4 sittings 1 for dandruff and 3 for hair lose which I was totally dissatisfied I want to refund back of money

I am the oldest customer in kolors, from past 6 years.already I was completed my treatment two time with ful satisfaction, and I am big fan of kolors, But i really disappointed with staf of kothapet Hyderabad branch, naveen and kiran, who was talking with rudely and angryness, actually I hav small work in Uppal, then I saw kolors newly open there, jst I went for casually information, bt the staff is very good and there wel given be lot of respect, I am very happy that time, so i was join in Uppal kolors, and I paid the payment also with full satisfaction, but I forget from my home to uppal it's becoming long journey to me, I told to uppal team to transfer to kothapet branch. When I went for treatment in kothapet really I dissatisfied with staf, naveen who was incharge, I was saying my problem bt he not interested listed what I like to say, I don't knw what management team doing. When one customer not satisfied with team, there was no one is there to understand my feeling, and this time covid19 status is very bad, and. Most of places no business, but kothapet team naveen and kiran relaxing, there doesn't caring customer problem, plz kindly take a action on that, so othere customer not face this kind of nonsense..

I have been to this hospital on dec 6 2020 first Dr. Priti in btm, Bangalore branch promised me to about the treatment and she said this s not micro needling and she even promised that I'll find 100% result and if it's needed they will give 2 sessions as complementary and they told me to pay amount immediately if not I won't have this offer she told 84k for 8 sessions and once I did all my payment she did micro-needling on me after saying it's laser treatment n now on 2nd session she's telling me that if I don't take this treatment it will leave worst mark on my skin more dark than I have now she's pushing me to take this treatment of syringe and she told she will cost 18k for 1 session tats mean near 144000 rs n I need 7- 8 more sessions total 16 sessions n now I have left no option and I'm still student where will I pay from I have no source of income n I have only mom from where she will pay huge amount I'm only 23 years old unmarried and she spoiled my skin it's near visible part near thighs please resolve this kindly tell me what to do I don't have idea about this treatment in fact I trusted u people to help me with this now I feel this s my biggest mistake I have done please help me with this tell me what to do n explain me what is actual going on here I read review it says there are money minded ppl in this hospital they don't take safety measures to they give used towel during this please help me by getting rid of my marks with best possible n genuine treatment if not please refund for what ever I have paid please do that

I have joined kolors at Kolors Health Care India Pvt. Ltd. Block No 32D, New No.42, Old No. B-126, Karthikeyan Salai, Periyar Nagar, Chennai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600082 on 22.01.2020 for weight loss treatment. I paid Rs. 38000/-. While joining the consultant Nancy spoke me very well. She followed me regularly for payment and joined me in kolors. Once I joined in kolors, she never picked my calls and answered me properly. If I asked for any doubts she didnot attend my calls. I used to take treatment on sundays because I am working which I committed while joining. I have taken treatment for 5 -6 sittings only. After that covid - 19 lock down started. Still the company not yet opened for treatment. They promised to reduce to 30 kgs during 6 months time. Still didnot reduce even 1 kg. The consultant cheated me by giving false information because of her benefits. I am facing problems at my home because of this. Now I need refund of my amount. Because she didnt attend my calls and not given any answer. So I need to compliant here, so that I can get my money back. I hope you can provide me justice and refund my amount back as soon as possible.

Electrolysis treatment
I really had a very bad experience with the electrolysis and lazer treatment my skin got damaged after the lazer and electrolysis treatment i asked refund they did not approve i asked them for alternate even that is not happening really had a worst experience. They are charging the cost of electrolysis for lazer treatment and says both gives same result. If both are same then why do you say that electrolysis works better and customers to go for electrolysis treatment rather than lazer. If u cant provide better services to the customers dont give fake promises
