I was 72 kgs I took this 10 kg weight loss treatment that kolors people ashured me this is 3 months treatment to reduce 10 kgs.. i am taking this treatment from 20/01/2020 to 20/02/2020 from 1 month almost 6 sittings over but my weight fluctuate little bit and remains same 72 kgs..I get fatigue my time and my money both are killing...my 10 kgs reduction cost is 30000/-...I paid advance payment 10000/-through my debit card(that kolors people only forced) and remaining 20000/- amount they give EMI option for 12 months(this loan amount 20000 for 12 months this is also they did through my debit card only) ..rs.1730 per month.. through debit card they did this procedure(that kolors people only forced for this also)but I am not getting results of weight loss..I want to discontinue this treatment..let the initial payment not refundable also no problem becoz I took 6 sittings..but I want to stop to pay this loan amount of 20000/- (monthly EMI rs.1730)...plz kindly give a help.

They have been calling me frequently I asked them to stop ... her name is sana, so vulgar she is
M in the midst of an emergency and m disconnecting the call, but still she is keeping on calling, finally I answered n yelled at her ...she says even I can shout at u, I said b** and hang up ...she wouldn't stop ...she is stilll sending messages, she is teaching me manners and wen I cald customer service team they won't even listen, they have been playing around her instructions n they hang up on me ...n she is so proud of this that again she texted me saying go to her...
It doesn't mean that if someone is not interested in ur product that u I'll treat, such a cheap customer service
I will definitely post those images of her text messages on Facebook
Train them properly

Sir/madam... I went to the kolors 8 months back for weight loss by seeing adds in tv. The price was so less in tv adds. When I stepped in to the kolors they convinced me and brainwashed at higher cost. Unfortunately I submitted my card details n I agreed to pay through emi. Then next day I went I refused to take the treatment because the way they are giving treatment is not at all iam satisfied. Sir iam paying 30 k. But iam not taking treatment. Plz help me by giving my money back. I request ed a lot but they are not understand ing n convincing. Plz help me sir.

i have taken a package of weight loss and inch loss Bangalore, Indiranagar Branch, after few months there is NO much changes, it completely given wrong commitments and falls promises.
if i want to escalate the issue, no body giving proper number or email id, by forcible, i am posting here, Please provide proper email id and contact number to raise the issue.. and resolve this issue.

This is sanjuna. Who just came for an enquiry. I told them let me decide and pay but initially they tried a lot to convince me with lots of offers and advice me to register to book the offer at 2000rs but now they gave gave me the bill of 30000 as emi for 12 months without my consent. I asked them for cancellation since I dont wish to continue but they are denying now.. I didnot start to take any service till now but my money git deducted

I lost the documents which I got them while joining the Kolors for weight loss program as for 60 sittings(ILs) for price of Rs.78000/- and I need this document very urgently.
So I request you to provide a duplicate copy of those documents manually or if possible please attach through the email.
I will appreciate in advance for your kind help.

Waste of money

I joined kolors but not continued due to personal reasons.

But I requested for money refund as I paid 86k for total treatment.

Never received proper response. Finally planned to shift the plan to one of my neighbor but with out consulting me they shifted my plan.

This is redicilious. I lost entire Money but helpless.

Pls advice me to raise a complaint to police or court..

My consultant name : Dhivya she told me if you are not satisfied your amount is reuturned but now she told me money not returnable its very worst response I need my money please

i have joined Kolors on 1st July 2019 dat time my weight was 66 kgs after they did some heating process and i reduce to 1kg ie:65kgs
after two days gain i went 4th july dat time my weight was 68kgs after dey did some heating process and i reduce to 1kg i.e 67kgs

i talked to few people who went to Kolors and they didnt reduce the weight at all.after a three days i asked for the refund of my money on july 7th they said it wont be refund of money, they will speak to higer authorites and get back to me.they didnt even call me i went to their office on 12 th and asked for refund the manger told to give time till 14th july 2019. still they didnt call me back .today i.e 18/07/2019 i only texted them for refunded they refuse to give the amount .

its not a small amount which i payed to them its 1, 60, 000 (one lakh sixty thousand rupees ) how these people cannot refund my amount which iam not interested any more for slimming .these people not even makes us think while paying the amount and den the while asking for the refund they will refuse to repay it .action to be taken ASAP.

I want my refund of whole amount otherwise i will complain

I have choosen 60ILs weight loss package, which I have started in the month of December 2018 but till date I lost only 4kgs.
My problem is I want to change my package to krio or take BTs . But when I enquired about those packages they are asking to pay extra amount which I don't feel it's correct .
If not just return my money back by reducing whatever ILs Completed
Or keep my issue into fast track and change my package with whatever amount paid.
And I called twice they told they will call back but no one called me till now. Please try to solve as early as possible.
If I don't receive positive response within short time, I will approach consumer court.

I have paid 55000 for 40 sessions in chennai tnagar branch, mrs.eswari handled that she didnt told me aboutvthe cancellation policy atall .we paid gor ond year.we have already informed thstvwe have migrane.they convinced that it was not big problem but after 3 sessions my headache increased drasticslly hence due to health issues after 3 sessions i want to discontinue and i fill cancellation form on march 3.till date i have not recd any refund and mrs.eswari and mr.varadharajan legal who handled this made us fool
