The people at New American home Improvement were really great. Starting with Jeff, who came to the house to do the initial inspection, to the administrative staff who set up the material drop off and installation date, to the entire group who did the work on the roof, the people I interacted with were amazing. Jeff walked us through the entire process and organized everything. The roofers showed up at 6:30am, swarmed over the roof, worked hard, and were finished by 3pm. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get some work done on their roof.

The absolute worst! Run don't walk away from this company! Last year they installed a new roof on my home. Their subcontractor who did the work failed to install code required parts to protect my home from water infiltration. The roofing job FAILED and *** inspection, therefore the permit is not closed out. They refuse to do the repairs required by the city and are in the process of putting a lien on my property for lack of payment. They have been absolutely unethical and will not own up to their responsibility for the repairs. Why can I not submit with zero stars?

I had an excellent experience with New American Home Improvement! Patrick made the process very smooth, efficient and handled the insurance proceedings with aplomb! Patrick responded to all of our calls and texts in a speedy fashion whenever we had questions and walked us through the entire procedure. His professionalism and integrity is beyond reproach! The day of the replacement, Martin's team was prompt, thorough and the work was perfect. The cleanup afterwards was neat, stress-free and expeditious. I would definitely recommend Patrick and New American Home Improvement to anyone who needs work to be done!

We had some storm damage on our roof, so we had New American home improvement replace our roof. We loved how nice our roof looks now and they were very Professional while doing it. They came in dropped off the material the day before, then they came the next day and started working on the roof and finished it all in one day. They made sure that everything was picked up and cleaned up before they left. They came back the very next day and picked up any extra material that was left over and again made sure that everything was cleaned this week. Very very happy with this company and their professionalism I would highly recommend them.

Today I had 2 guys stop by my house talking about my roof. I have a *** Solicitor sign on my door which they obviously ignored. They said they could give an estimate on the roof that was missing some shingles. I told them I already had two estimates and I only go through Angies list. The he mentioned they could have the insurance pay for it as storm damage. I then told him I am definitely not interested and closed the door. It is illegal for a contractor to suggest insurance storm damage as a means to pay for there work. I have a door camera and hopefully caught the conversation. I got mad at them for getting confrontational like I was *** for not listening to them.

New American Home Improvement came to my home and offered to do a complimentary inspection of my roof, which was damaged due to the 2019 hail storms. They were very thorough in showing me the damage, and what needed to be replaced / repaired. They than managed the whole process of contacting my insurance company, getting the insurance companies approval for the replacement / repairs, and doing the work to a very high standard and with the best quality materials (completed in October ). Very satisfied with everything about New American Home Improvement and would use them again and strongly recommend them to all. Extremely professional organization and staff. 5 Star!

We were amazed with the New American Home Improvement company. Aaron is taking care of our property and he is easy to deal with and very professional answering all my questions and concerned. They installed new architectural shingles roofing and vinyl sidings with a high quality materials. Our home looks great and cool that added to the value of the house that looks nice and decent. The crew was fast and effective, they also did a thorough job of cleaning up to put our property in place. All work was completed , me and my wife Lyn are so happy and satisfied after the job has been done. Thanks also for Tracey and Renee and all the rest of the NAHI staffs. 5 star super service. This company was a huge helping hand for us when we needed it most! They were very polite and professional in all of our interactions. Everyone I was in contact with through the entire process was helpful and had all the answers to any question we had about anything. Once our initial claim was made they were great in handling things between themselves and the insurance company but always made sure we were in the loop with what was going on. The work was completed in a very timely manner, and by that I mean they had all the supplies delivered and literally had the job done in a day. Clean up included. We were very happy overall with our experience with New American Home Improvement and would not hesitate to call them for future jobs.

My experience with New American Home Improvement was good from start to finish. This was my first roofing experience, so I did not know what to expect. Once my insurance approved the roofing, *** took care of the rest. I received a call a week before letting me know when the material would be delivered as well as when the guys would show up to install the roof. Communication was great. work was done in 1 day, and I received a follow up call after the roof was completed to explain next steps. This was a great experience. Please do not be afraid to ask questions. This being my first roofing experience, I had many questions that *** answered before the job was started. Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommend *** for your homes roofing needs.

A friend had recommended that I contact New American Home Improvement and Josh, the specialist, to evaluate my roof's current condition following the August 10, Derecho storm of hail, wind, and water damage it sustained. Josh and the NAHI team explained what was involved, the quality materials necessary for the new roof, and worked with my insurance company to get the job done. All the materials were here on schedule and the installation was well organized. Oscar and his crew arrived early the next morning, placed tarps over the grounds to collect the project's debris, removed the old roof, installed the new roof, cleaned up all the debris, and hauled it away. The project was completed in one day and the new roof looks GREAT! Recommend that you contact New American Home Improvement and Josh for your roofing needs. Unlike many other companies I contacted, New American Home Improvement knows how to handle one's case in a prompt and efficient manner. Thank you, NAHI!

Disappointed! Jason came out to my home. He was unprofessional by telling me personal information he offered to me about 2 other customers. I told him it not my business. He rudelyc commented about my neighbors house.. He went to the wrong house when he first came here then said I thought it was that house because the roof is so old looking. He had my insurance incorrect.Once he looked at my house he saw he wasn't going to make alot of money on my house and his attitude became rude, very inpatient and rushing to leave. He got upset when the insurance agent stated the deductible was $5000 when upon checking it was $1000 as I stated but he wouldn't even listen. This was one big mess and Jason does not fight for you at all unless you can make him alot of money. My claim is now being processed without them. I will not be calling them once I recieve my funds. I will use someone else that wants business and can be a professional. They have alot to learn about treating a homeowner with respect regardless of the job size.

I did see Patrick in our neighborhood and talked to him about inspecting our roof. He did stop by the same day. Called insurance and started the process right away. He is the nicest home improvement sales person we have ever seen. Not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable and professional. He came back again for the day insurance inspector came in to see the damage. A few weeks later we got a call from Sam and Aron confirming the material delivery and installation date. I asked a lot of questions and they answered all of them without a hesitation. Installation crew was here by 7:30 AM and they are done by 3:33 PM. They were punctual and professional. The day after the installation Aron called me again and asked if I have any questions or concerns about the installation. I had none. They have done an awesome job. If I have any exterior improvement project in the future, I would call New American Home Improvement first. I would highly recommend this company.
