so don't believe the hype. I ordered a shirt from Komily and it was the worst thing I've ever bought online. The material was cheap and scratchy, and the sizing was all wrong. When I tried to return it, they gave me the runaround and refused to give me a refund. I even tried to leave a negative review on their website, but they deleted it. Don't waste your time or money on this site.

I recently ordered from Komily and had a bit of a hiccup with the delivery. The delivery man didn't actually deliver my package, which was a bit frustrating. Instead, he asked me to come and get it myself. I've never had this happen before, so it was definitely a new situation for me.

Despite this issue, I will say that the ordering process on Komily's website was pretty straightforward. I was able to find what I was looking for pretty easily and the checkout process was simple enough. The prices were also pretty reasonable, which was a plus.

One thing I did notice was that the shipping times seemed a bit longer than what I'm used to. It took a little while for my order to actually ship out, and then it took a bit longer than expected to arrive. I'm not sure if this is typical for Komily or if it was just a one-time thing, but it's something to keep in mind if you're in a hurry to receive your order.

Overall, I think Komily has some potential as a shopping destination. The website is easy to use and the prices are decent. However, the delivery issue I experienced and the longer shipping times are definitely things to consider before placing an order.

Komily's website says that returning items is easy, but that's not the case. They don't accept returns, and when I asked for the return address, they refused to give it to me. They said that international shipping is too expensive, and kept trying to make a deal with me. I ended up losing $50 and now I'm stuck with dresses that don't fit well and are of poor quality. It's really frustrating and disappointing. I wish they had been more upfront about their return policy.

So, I've been trying to get my money back from Komily for like a month now. I ordered something from them, but it never showed up. I mean, come on, that's just not cool. They did email me back once asking for more info, which I gave them, but then I've reached out to them three more times and haven't heard a peep. What the heck, right? I'm starting to think this is some kind of scam or something. I mean, can they really just take my money and not give me anything in return? That seems pretty messed up to me. So, yeah, I would definitely not recommend using Komily. Their customer service is seriously lacking and I'm pretty sure what they're doing is illegal. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

So, I was looking for a cute Xmas dress and stumbled upon Komily. I found this off the shoulder mini dress that looked perfect for the occasion. I ordered it and waited eagerly for it to arrive. When it finally did, I was so disappointed. The dress looked like it had been washed out and the off the shoulder effect was nowhere to be seen. To make matters worse, the size small looked like a large. I was so upset because the dress looked amazing on the model but it did not look the same as the picture. I don't think I will be ordering from Komily again. They really need to improve their quality control.
