Kraft Heinz foreign matter in juice pouches

I have 6 young Grandchildren and until recently purchased Capri Sun for the children when they visit, which is often.About a month ago, the children were over and had been drinking the Capri Juice pouches. We poured a pouch into a cup for my infant Grandson and quite a bit of black foreign matter was in the see through cup. We poured open a few more into a cup, and each one had the foreign matter in it. We were very concerned as the older children had each had at least 2 pouches and we were quite scared, not knowing what the black foreign matter was and if it was in the juice the older children had already drank.. I called Kraft Foods, it was after hours and there was no option to leave a message, so I immediately sent an email. Thank the Lord the children whom drank the juice showed no signs of illness, and thank the Lord we had poured juice into a clear cup for the baby, and noticed it!

Because it was a weekend, I waited until Monday and received no response from Kraft at all, I called Kraft directly. I spoke with one Rep who really could have cared less about the situation, I asked if she wanted the juice pouches to investigate and she said only if I wanted to send it back. Obviously, she was not a bit concerned! Shortly afterwards, a :higher up" called me back and made arrangements to have the juice pouches picked up so they could send it to a lab.I requested a report on what it was, and they assured me they would send one. She also sent me a refund for my recent purchase of the juice and some free Peace Offering - "Kraft coupons". I was not at all concerned with the refund or coupons, I just wanted to be sure whatever it was my Grandchildren could have drank was not dangerous. I waited about a week after no response and called back and was informed it takes 3-4 weeks for lab test (in which I was not informed of upon my original telephone call) More concerning, now that I had to wait that much longer to worry if the children's health may be in danger. She told me it "could be mold, that is not harmful" Whose opinion is that? I have a Grandchild with severe allergies that could have affected him. I asked her if SHE would like to drink mold, and she answered no. Well, how can she make a statement as that? So blaise, they are! So, I called again today (after still not hearing back from them) Juice was picked up from me on 12/29, today is 1/31, at least 4 weeks and still no word from them. I spoke with a Rep who stammering, informed me the Lab results came back on the 17th, and she would give me a verbal, I stated I wanted the verbal and had requested it in writing, and she said "they should have sent you a report" on the 17th, they did not and we will see if they ever do. Regardless, she evasively told me it was "burnt particles". I informed her I was very unhappy with their Customer Service and how this was handled, if it is even true of their findings, (I have no proof), if it was something serious, goodness knows what could have happened to my Grandchildren. She really could have cared less. I felt it important to let anyone who cares to know of this - it thankfully was not a dangerous situation but had it been, results could have been disasterous for the children, if foreign matter in juice was something that made the children ill. Their concern and Customer service was totally unacceptable! I would want to know, as a Consumer. I know my Children, Relatives and myself will NEVER purchase their product again.

Bought a bag of Corn Nuts from a local store Diamond Shamrock. Could not enjoy them because they were not fresh or should i say they were stale! Did not want to risk a stomach ache or a broken tooth.

Kraft Heinz carving board chicken

I purchased Oscar Mayer Carving Board Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast. I was intensely salty! There was no way even a person who really like salt could eat this chicken. Someone needs to know just how bad this really is. UPC #[protected]. If there is anyone checking on this and more formation is needed please contact me. I have to through out the meat but I kept the container. Any information or help would be great.
Thank you,
Gina

Gina, I completely agree. My husband just bought some of the turkey and I was shocked at how salty it was, I could barely finish 2 bites of my sandwich. They also include nitrites in the ingredients list(among other things) and there is just no need for this. Just goes to show, you must read the labels carefully. I have a complaint about Delifresh Mesquite Turkey Breast ...9 oz size... UPC [protected] 7 ... We normally love this type of sandwich meat...However, tonight several of us were spitting it out... We weren't able to chew it up! I don't know if it was FAT...or what it was... it is supposed to be fat free... but there were "strings" that I pulled out of the meat... NOT the quality that I am used to getting, but guess I will throw it in the trash! 1/29/2011 was the date on it..but the quality was what wasn't up to par!

Kraft Heinz unidentified object in box

I purchased a box of Kraft Foods Reduced Fat Wheat Thins on September 15, 2010 at Kroger Food Store in Dawsonville, Georgia. My husband opened this unexpired box on September 20, 2010 and halfway through the box an unidentified object was found – embedded in several crackers, holding them together. It appeared to possibly be a long, worn string or perhaps a used mop string. At this time we are still unsure what type of fabric holds the crackers together. I have pictures of this product and would like to get it out to the media because if it is a product of a defective machine, and other boxes could be filled with this material, it could be a choking hazard or more of a health hazard.

Tried the new recipe on accident and it tasted like someone took a [censor] in my mouth. I don't want to be forced to be healthy if it means I have to eat [censor]. I hope they learn from this and eradicate all the trash they made

The quality of this product has gone so far down hill. Over the past year, the last few times I bought this, more than half the noodles are broken before its even cooked. I bought a cheaper generic, and it was better quality. So disappointed in Kraft...I grew up on this, but don't think I will bother buying anymore

What were y'all thinking when you changed the way you make Mac and cheese? At first I thought my butter had gone bad so I changed it. Still got the same result. It tasted so bad my grandchildren wouldn't touch it and it's their favorite. I always had to make it for special occasions. They wouldn't ask for anything other than i make their favorite and now I can't do that for them i know you're trying to save money these days but you could cut down somewhere else. Maybe don't offer so many types of shapes and flavors. I guarantee you will lose more customers if you don't go back to the original noodles and cheese. You've already lost this one.

I agree with the complaint from November 28th and December 15, 2015. When you cook the noodles they basically dissolve and turn to mush. I am substituting "Other" noodles just to finish up the boxes i have but i am not inclined purchase any more since dumping the noodles in the garbage is a waste of money. Kraft has been my favorite since i was little and i am not a brand shopper but i love the flavor. it saddens me that won't be able to enjoy this all american favorite anymore.

When I cooked the noodles on the last three boxes of Kraft Mac - Cheese the majority of the noodles split in two. I have never had this happen before. Has the noodle formula been modified recently? The dried noodles look like they have striations in them prior to cooking them. When the noodles deteriorate like this the meal turns to mush.

I bought a box of mac and cheese in June this year. I cooked the pasta over this past weekend and when I opened the cheese packet it was brown. I thought perhaps it was a new and different flavor. When I mixed it up with the pasta it was brown, so gross I naturally had to throw it away. Embarrassed since I made it for someone special. We checked the box and the expiration was Nov 2008. What...I just bought it this year! I can't find a place on their website to complain. Never buying it again!

Kraft Heinz it's a shame that big companies have such little regard for the people who are responsible for making them a success

At Christmas last year I purchased a box of Triscuit Thin Crisps for our local supermarket. That evening we had a large group of friends and family over for dinner and I used the crackers I had purchased to compliment a cheese platter I had put together. During the gathering a guest noticed a questionable mass baked inside one of these crackers that looked like a large bug. As you can imagine I was incredibly humiliated as a lot of effort went into making this function a success. Jokes were made throughout the evening and many lost their appetites as they too were eating the cheese platter. I contacted the Kraft Company and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency that week and have been in contact with the inspection agency on and off to date. I am awaiting investigation information. My concern was initially for the safety of the consumer.

After contacting Kraft Foods in Canada and in the US, and receiving little concern about this matter on their end my concern grew. Kraft is one of the largest companies in North America and I was very surprise to discover that they didn’t seem to care about this situation. First I received a checque for the amount of replacement cost for the crackers which I considered an insult as the product ruined an $800 evening and attached to the checque was a letter blaming the grocery store where I purchased this product. It is very evident that the bug entered the product at the factory as it is baked right into the cracker. This insulted me further. Grocery stores are responsible for their success as a company and to try to pass the blame off on them when they knew this was their responsibility was appalling.

Since that time I have not purchased one product from Kraft as I don’t feel safe about their products. Several of our friends and family have expressed the same opinions as well, especially the group that was in attendance at our holiday get together. Everyone seems to continue to mention this incident every time we get together and it still remains embarrassing for me and my family. I feel if the situation was handled differently perhaps my current opinion of the product would be different.

It’s a shame that big companies have such little regard for the people who are responsible for making them a success. A consumer has little or no power over large businesses. Perhaps if Kraft is aware that not every consumer will just accept bad customer service than they will change their policies in the future.

I think I may have single handedly supported the catalina sales here in las vegas. And I agree! What have you done? I have been searching and searching for something that tastes even remotely close to my beloved catalina, and I am stumped. I cant find anything. Please, for the love of veggies and salads alike, please give our dressing back. The new one tastes nothing like it did- the new recipie just tastes horrible. Please! Im not sure If its just too vinigary - or truly, what happened, but if you give me the old recipie back, I will stock up on it, to make sure you can never take it away from me again!

I have been buying your canadian bacon for a while now and have been very happy until recently.I am doing weight whatchers and the bacon is a nice points fit. The last time I purchased it the pkg was full of fat. After cutting out the grizzly parts in the center I was left with a sliver of bacon. Very disappointing, I have had other pkgs that are great. Are your inspectors slipping or do you not check?

OMG...what did you do to the OLD CATALINA? Where did the new recipe come from?...definately, NOT from a Catalina lover. I will NEVER buy the new one again; and I will tell everyone I know about this awful taste - it ruined my entire batch of taco salad and we had to go out for dinner. You should NOT take the old Catalina off the market, if you do tell me where to buy the old one.

I just wasted my money buying this new buttermilk ranch dressing. Not only on the dressing but on the salad mix, vegetables, croutons and bacon bits. I made a salad for my husband and I and our three kids and had to throw everyone of them away. The new flavor is disgusting, it taste like mayonaise. The old ranch was the best there was on the market, why would you even change it?

We Bought a box of Post Trail mix crunch that lists almonds and Pecans as main ingredients. Nice picture on the from of the box, but the cereal inside is disappointing. The nuts are nearly non existent. This is borderline false advertising. Tried to contact the company through their website, but they make that a difficult process.

Too bad Kraft is no longer a brand indicative of quality. Will no longer purchase this item.

Kraft Heinz I discovered a nail inside the cheese while chewing

While eating a slice of kraft delissio pizza I discovered a nail inside the cheese while chewing. I called the call centre to voice my complaint and all the company did was apologize and offer a voucher for the price of the pizza. I dont think that is fair or acceptable and I am looking to pursue other options to voice my complaint.

Kraft Heinz quality

Dear Kraft, I purchased multiple boxes of your Mac and Cheese, which I buy often. The noodles in the box had dramatically various lengths. Every single box I made did not turn out in a preferable way. Some noodles were hard, some were too soft, it was just a mess. It frustrated me that I wasted money on multiple boxes on your product. I was hoping that you would send me some coupons or something that would make up for my financial loss.

Kraft Heinz buying cadbury was the worst thing that could ever happen to me

I found out a few days ago that THIS company (maker of the horrible creation: CHEEZ WHIZ) has bought the blissful cadbury! Buying cadbury was the WORST thing that could ever happen, I used to nightmares about Cadbury chocolate being fused with Cheez Whiz and now, to my dismay, it has happened. Cheez Whiz is so disgusting, it's not even CHEESE, Kraft cannot call it 'Cheese Whiz" because it would have to CONTAIN some particles of cheese in it but it doesn't. I am pretty angry as it is but if the Creme Eggs, Mini Eggs or Mint Cadbury Chocolate Bars get tweaked in any way shape or form I will lose my temper.

Kraft Heinz sauce taste like hot sauce

Hello,
I must say I am disappointed with Kraft Hot Barbecue Sauce. A couple of years ago, this was the best barbecue sauce. People would always ask me what kind of sauce I use, I would gladly say the best, Kraft hot. Now, I am disappointed because this product no longer have the great flavor it once had; now this product taste like Hot Sauce. I found a bottle of Hot Barbecue sauce I had approximately two years ago, the thickness and flavor is amazing.

I would like to know if there is anyway possible you guys could return to the old recipe for Kraft Hot barbecue sauce?

thank you,

Dispointed in Lufkin texas,

Kraft changed their fromula, for the worse. The old style came with a red label, the new one with a white label. The new version is just not as good as the old one. This is a real shame. If I had known this was coming, I would have stocked 100 bottles of the original.

Kraft has changed the formula. It is similar, but not the same. The older version has a red label, the new one a white label. The old was superior to the new in all ways. If I had known this was coming, I would hace bought 100 bottles and stored them.

Kraft Heinz awful quality products

I purchased two packages of Oscar Meyer Premium Beef Franks about 2 months ago. I had them in my freezer until use. After thaw i put them in my microwave and they started sparking, like i had placed tin foil in with them (which of course i didn't) when i took them out they all had little tiny burn marks through out the outside skins of the dogs? What could have caused this reaction? i called to make Oscar Meyer aware of this and now they are sending me a coupon of some sort? They however had never heard of this particular action before and, before they could say anything about my microwave being at fault (neither have I)? The only time a microwave acts like that is if there is some kind of metal in it?

I have been purchasing Oscar Mayer products for well over forty years and particularly enjoy the all beef franks. I recently purchased a package of all beef franks and noticed that the color of the product was a dark red, and when we prepared a meal, the franks were tough to chew. Since we purchased these at WalMart, I initially assumed that WalMart was getting a different product, but I check today at a Kroger and the all beef franks appear to be the same red color. Why the change? I bought Ball Park yesterday, and boy were they good! Sorry Oscar Mayer, you've done something to lower cost and now have an inferior product.

Kraft Heinz misleading labeling

Since I am interested in gatting more fiber for my daughter I recently purchased Kraft mac and cheese whole grain version. The price was 30 cents higher per box but hey it was the same box with whole grain so this worth it.

When I cooked the box it seemed like there wasn't enough to feed everyone. It turns out that Kraft is using the same size box but puts less pasta in it. So you are no only paying extra for whole grain, you are paying for less pasta. This is very misleading as the box is exactly the same size. The whole grain box has 1.25 oz less than the regular. Turns out you'll need to but 2 boxes to make your meal, this doubling your cost.

Kraft Heinz false advertising/safeway, inc.

I am a senior homeowner since 1966 [age 82], and I accuse Safeway advertising a 72-hour sale [Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 10/2, 10/3, and 10/4] on Kraft American Cheese, 12 slices, @ $1.49, limit 2. I made a special trip by car to the Safeway store in Westlake, CA at 11:45 a.m. and learned from an employee that the store was out of this item. He advised me to get a rain check!

Although handicapped I waited in a checkout line to get this raincheck. The cashier refused my request. I asked her to check with the customer-service desk concerning her refusal. She returned and again stated this sale was only for 72 hours. I carefully pointed out
that it was less than 72 hours had passed. I then requested to speak to the store manager. He, too, repeated, "This is only a 72-hour sale!"
"Each day has 24 hours, " I pointed out to him, "and today is Sunday." If Safeway does not stock sufficient items for a sale, it should offer a raincheck." "No, " the manager repeated, "we do not offer rainchecks on this sale."

I have decided never to shop at Safeway again. This company does extensive advertising on television and in print stating that it offers the best prices. Let me point out that last week I puchased a quart of Half and Half for $2.49. A friend pointed out that you can get a quart of Half and Half at Trader Joe's for $1.29. That's $1.20 cheaper!

After all these years of shopping at Safeway, I have decided after today's and last week's experiences I will shop at Trader Joe's from now on! No more Safeway, which I understand is doing all this extra mos;eading advertising because the company is "in trouble." How this company and its employees fail to practice good customer relations--a simple raincheck for not stocking sufficient amounts of sale items!

Please be very careful eating Planters Corn Nuts by Kraft Foods. They are very hard as anyone has eaten them surely knows. If you have ever thought that you might break a tooth eating Corn Nuts, then listen to yourself. My child recently broke a permanent tooth eating a Corn Nut by Kraft Foods. And since then I have learned we are not alone. BE CAREFUL!!

Kraft Heinz they stated my brakes were in need of replacement but they werent

I took my car in on 5/27/2009 and asked them to inspect my brakes. Upon inspecting them I was told that I needed new pads AND rotors immediately in the front and in the back they had 15-20% left. Somehow this didnt sit well with me because of my low mileage so I took it to a reputable mechanic. After that mechanic inspected them I was told that my front brakes were only 50% worn and my rear ones were only 60% worn.

Clearly, there was a descrepancy here so if I were you Id use your own judgement as to what you as a potential customer feels about that. I know I wont be taking my car back there ever again!

Kraft Heinz expired product

I just wanted to let you know that I am not complaining about your
product at all. I am writing to let you know that the Giant grocery store in Leesburg, VA is selling expired Fruit2O water. I just went
there on Wednesday and purchased 4 six packs of water. I realized the
date on them had an expiration date of March 06, 2008.
this water is a year old! I have opened and drank 2 waters before I realized the date on the bottles.
I will be going to Giants website and letting them know as well.

Can water go bad in a bottle?

Thank you,

Laura Hunt
