Kraft Heinz denial of benefits

For 11 years my son was on my insurance policy. Jan 07 he got married while I was planning my own wedding for Oct 07. I planned after my wedding I would call insurance and update all the changes at once. NO where does it state that it must be done within 30 days on our company insurance documents for dependant children. So 5 weeks after my marriage my son had a fatal car accident. They denied his claim and appeal. But hay they can still steal $ 500, 000 from bailout to go on a retreat but deny a $10, 000 claim.
Beware of the insurance company hidden ifs so they can deny your claim and have a party for themselves saying oh we saved the company this amount of money. Yes and lets not forget the golden parachutes of the executives.

I feel that your commercial that is ran for your Jello brand boarders a form of verbal child abuse and in my opinion does not show proper judgment on your marketing department . I m sure that I m not the only one that also has this opinion . For everyone that contacts you probably times a thousand that think the same way .

Kraft Heinz plastic piece in cheese and crackers

This morning my 5 year old daughter ask for a cheese and cracker (handi-snack) and when she brought it to me to open for her she ask mommy whats this? When I looked I saw a piece of plastic laying beside the crackers. It was about 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch. Looked like it had been broken off of something. I was so angry, my daughter could have choked on that. I didn't know what to do. I looked all over the Nabisco web site and couldn't find anything. This is the only place I could find. Could anyone tell me what I should do?

They removed it for eco-friendly reasons because everyone just thrown them away when they're done.

What should people be doing with them? If parents would take a minute to teach their kids what the stick is for it might still be there... 2nd if it's environmental, then at the same time teach the kid what recycling is... Instead of bubble wrapping the world use a bit of common sense!

She should have known it was a spreader stick but give her a break. There are too many big egos on this thread. To my dismay I discovered that the spreading stick is gone now. I like to eat these on occasion and have been the last 35 years, plus. The spreader stick used to have a happy face on them in the early 80s then they took it off. Get yourself a plastic knife and use it as a spreader. I did. Once I wanted to save all the spreader sticks I used. That would have come in handy.

Well now they have removed these stick and made the cheese more runny. I am so angry, I liked the way it was, don't change anything. It is the [censor] mom who didn't know what the plastic stick was for that has ruined it for the rest of us. Same dang libtards that lash out and ruin the world. If you really want to save the world then educate yourself.

omg I thought I was the only one who realized the cheese in these things now are so runny as you call it. I called them to inquire they could not give me an answer just that the red sticks have been removed. Unbelievable

Well the people that made a joke out of "the supposed" red stick, guess the joke was really on them as it said 1/2" x 1/2", which would make a square, not a rectangle, and the size of the piece would be too small to have been the spreader...also never mentioned it was red. Kudos to Mr Trollinator for picking up on that as well!

After further consideration, perhaps everyone else got you wrong, Melissa. If this plastic piece was how you said, 1/2" by 1/2", then it would be much too small for it to be a spreader stick. You yourself never said it was a red stick; it was assumed by all the commenters. If it was in fact a defective artifact, left during the packaging process, then you have reason to complain.

If it was simply a red stick, 3/8" by about 2", then it is supposed to be there, of course.

Wow. Kids must be ###ed these days to not be able to figure out how to use a spreading stick. When I was five it was a no brainer. Only one who would ever die from the stick is if someone tried forcing it down your throat. If you freak out that much, get the dunking sticks. There is no plastic sticks. Unless your afraid the kid will try to suck down the plastic cover on the top. If so you need to keep a closer eye and maybe send him to special school.

Kraft Heinz re-packaging, less product higher price

I have bought this product regularly for several years. Last time I purchased I noted the new easy-to-open package and also the increased price. I subsequently noticed that the package contained considerably less product than in the previous packaging. The general increase in prices due to fuel costs, etc. is to be expected. The attempt to trick customers by re-packaging and giving less value for money is not appreciated - it smacks of opportunism and bad customer service.
I have decided to use another supplier

Kraft Heinz Terrible taste

We bought the Light Balsamic Vinaigrette reduced fat dressing. It was awful. Both my husband and I tried it and it is very bad. It even smells bad. Does Kraft even taste its foods before they go out to the stores? We buy a lot of Kraft dressings but this was a definite yuk.

Kraft Heinz Fig newtons

We have been trying to figure out why Fig Newtons have gotten so sorry. They are now made in Mexico.

They are smaller, advertising of twice the fruit is false (small print when compared to a Kelloggs strawberry nutra bar ... duhhhh), cookie falls apart, has hard objects that will break your jaw, scorched almost black and tastes like crap.

I guess Kraft thinks sloppy preparation and quality control is worth the profit or lack of since we are not buying anymore. I hope the bonuses received by the upper echelon of Kraft is worth screwing up what was once a good American company.

I purchase Smart One Ham and scramble at Walmart. I saw something black so I peeled back the film. the ham and scramble had flecks of mold all over the food. Mold does not grow on frozen food so somewhere in it journey to the freezer case these Smart One Ham and cheese Scramble untthawed sat long enough unrefrigerated to warm enough to grow mold.

I opened a jar of Miracle Whip which I purchased recently, and it was improperly sealed, so the sauce was dried out and the top part was congealed. I got this product at Aldi in Maplewood, MN in the last few weeks. This is the first time I have ever seen it like that.

Been buying this product for years and then came the price increase. That was a very large increase in one shot. Then came the bag no more. How exactly do you justify the large increase and the no more bag and still call your product shake n bake?
