Company does not care about employees. Supervisor Danielle Mennon is by far the rudest, most incompetent person I have ever worked for. She does not care for the quality work we provide and does not care about the client we are supposed to be helping and has even said so in front of us. When she asked if I had a problem with her in front of the entire staff I voiced my issues with her in a professional manner and she said its her way or the highway and doesn't have to explain anything to me or any of us. When you are interfering with our work and the clients' work and well being, you most certainly do. Common sense and logic are non-existent to her. She contacted Mary Kraft Staffing HR and they contacted me when I left work and asked what happened. Just because she's "never had complaints in the year and a half she's been working" they simply wrote it off and terminated me. When I got home I found out they had first called my house and left a voicemail stating I shouldn't report for work the next day meaning they had already made the decision before hearing what actually happened. What's sadder is the thing that set it all off was me apologizing to one of the girls in the office because we had tried to make the situation better for them and one of Danielle's lapdogs took it upon themselves to tell her whatever they decided to tell her so she approached me. Advocare-Marlton Pedicatrics has the most wonderful caring staff and I appreciate them for working with me to try and make things run smoother and I truly wish them the best but Mary Kraft and Danielle Mennon- I have absolutely no respect for. Oh yea, I forgot, she also neglects to tell people the amount of actual travel you have to do and also constantly screws up peoples paychecks- the icing on the cake.

Jackie Dixon is wrong.I happen to work for a Danielle and she's a pro at what she does. She won't take a person who is doing their job properly and have an issue. Jackie was the one doing all the complaining. Danielle told everybody about the traviling and is willing to work w/ people who do not have proper transportation such as myself. Keep up the good work Danielle! We love working for you. Signed The lapdog :)

I have been working for Mary Kraft about a month now. When I was at my interview with Danielle, she made me very aware that each assignment might mean I have to travel . I was informed that right upfront. It was a very informative interview, I knew we would have deadlines to meet. Danielle is only 0ne person and she does her best to organize all the clients and assignments for us. I was sick one day and she stood with me until my ride came. Danielle is a very compasionate, caring women and tells us everyday thank you for a job well done. Thank you Danielle! I guess Im a lapdog too...

everybody needs to stop kissing her ### because shes just as lost and confused as her employees are. i mean seriously she didnt even know if she was going to have a job last week. Like that girl said common sense is seriously lacking when it comes down to marykraft. i feel bad for the other agency who works with them.Marykraft doesn't know how to conduct business properly. You never know if you're going to have a job next week its nuts! And being somebody's lapdog is nothing to be proud of

i worked at a damn temp service for 4years and they always had a flow of work. they never guessed or lied about it. A good temp agency would always have work lined up but i guess if you don't know what you are doing then ### like complaint board comes into play. Oh and fyi HEATHER i do have a job thats secure and pays more so if you want to try and talk that ### get it right. stay at your little temp job and not know where your going to be working meanwhile i'll be nice and comfortable at my full time. LAST COMMENT BROWN NOSERS! BYE

Mary Kraft is so unprofessional, I have worked for temp agencies on and off for years. I must say that lying and confussion is all that I found working for Danielle at Mary Kraft. If she would have let the people do the work instead of relying on a person who could not enter the required amout of charts. Danielle should have been QA ing the person who always was calling her telling what everybody did, instead of doing charts. How can you relie on a person who is not doing production, and lying on good hard workers . The lapdog is the one who was telling on employees instead of doing any work. She claimed she was doing 50 - 60 charts and out of that number she got 30 mistakes or she just wrote her initals on he back and didn;t do anything. I hope the hard workers at Mary Kraft have jobs and were not lied to like the others. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha. I think Mary Kraft got to greedy and did not treat the hard working employees fair. Better luck next time.

Guess who did it, it may have only been a temp position, but good temp agencies always tell you when the contract is up. All reliable agencies do their paper work and don't try to get over on the client or employees. So you can say what you want, unprofessionalism is all over them. Mary Kraft is bad business, temp agency or not. They need to stop trying to pull fast ones. You must still be there.

I have been calling Mary Kraft staffing and haven't been able to reach Gale Poe. She is the lady who received my resume and said she was going to help me find a job. Every time I call they say she isn't in and they will put my name/resume in rotation for needing a job. I have been calling since the end of March or early April 2014. It is now Aug 2014. I have not heard from her. She doesn't check up on me or anything. I sent her a message via email and left a voice message. The least they could do is let me know they haven't forgotten about me. I know she has received my messages. Thanks for the help Mary Kraft staffing. Not.
