Last month, I've bought 6pm train ticket (platinum). I'm supposed to reach Ipoh by 830pm. But ended up I reached Ipoh at 10pm. It stops after the Kuala Lumpur station since 615pm until 7 something only moved. And now, 4 June, the train supposed to start at 1505pm, but it seems like have some technical issues. They restart the train and until now the train haven't move yet. It's already 1525pm. I'm very disappointed with the delays. Always late.

For the past few month I have been travelling abck and forth from seremban to kl sentral in order to get me to klcc. But when I found thre is an exact bus travelling from seremban to klcc I roke those busses and have been for 3 month now and im super happy with the time management and travelling time taken. Compare this to the komuter stated couch will arrive at 10.17 but arrive later on 10.35 such lot of time delaye provided for your services. Thats number one number two. I pay for 8 rggt so that I could get a seat bfore and after I get off to work by bus and amazingly there is not even a single day I stand up the whole way from klcc to seremban but if I was to take komuter there is no possibilities for me to get a seat of which the cost are one ringgit less then a bus and worst it take lot of time bfore I could be at seremban. How come? Komuter berhad, you should pay lot more attention to this matter. I know there are lot more complaint like this before. Why dont u take any necessary action to overcome the problem. You are providing services to people but if ur services are suck for what reason u take the fare money. Take a big consideration for this matter.

a random guy running around in the ktm komuter without a single pair of shoes. he stinks and I feel he needs help. please kindly help him.
He is tall, very messy and extremely smelly and he runs one corner of the train to another which I have no idea why because I feel he stinks terribly.I am not being rude or anything but the people around me in the train are really confused and angry as he keeps going on and on running from one corner to another.Please help him cause I feel he needs serious help and lots and lots of deodorant.

everytime i punch my touch n go it will reduce the amount until it my card doesnt have money anymore, the uneducated worker wasnt helping at all so stupid and lazy ask me to go to place where i topap my touch n go yesterday, STUPID . ktm didn’t refund me
On 13 April 2019, I have made my booking for ETS GOLD online which is from Anak Bukit to KL Sentral and also return ticket which is from KL Sentral back to Anak Bukit. The total price for the ticket is RM144.00. After the system deduct the money in my Maybank2U, I did not receive any email regarding to my ETS ticket.
On the next day i phone them, they said they will refund me after 14 working days. Within 13/4 until today, i have phoned them at least 7 times and the operator just gave me explanation that i will receive my money after 14 working days.
The call center operator said she cannot do anything and just ask me to wait.

Pada tarikh 28/5/2019 dalam lebih kurang 18:11, saya di KTM Stesen Subang Jaya ingin pulang ke arah Klang, saya tak boleh masuk selepas meletakkan kad tng di laluan TnG. Kad tidak sah dan letak kembali mesin reject katanya kad tidak sah. Kakitangan di stesen takde sorang pun di mesin untuk membantu. Perkara ini terjadi pada penumpang yang lain. Dalam 2-3 orang. Kami yang mengalami situasi serupa tidak tahu apa yang perlu dilakukan, pekerja stesen terbabit hanya duduk didalam kaunter main hp dan berborak. Macam diorang je puasa, orang lain tak puasa. Harap² semua pegawai yang bertugas pada masa ini mampus eksiden takde siapa yang tolong baru tau perasaan orang lain. Sial. Terhegeh² beratur tiada panduan diberikan cuma suruh pergi. Bila touch di mesin, mesin tunjuk error yang sama. Eh babi, kami bukan kerja sini tau pukimak. Kau ingat aku tak bayar tiket ke sial? Penumpang yang mengalami masalah yang sama juga ketinggalan train. Pekerja tak incompetent menyebabkan penumpang susah. Patut mampus je la makan gaji buta. Sampai mampus aku tak maafkan.

Hari ini: Jumaat Tarikh: 24/5/2019 Jam: 2.30 Ptg Saya Tidak berpuas hati dengan tandas di pintu masuk Station sungai buluh ke utara sudah lah berbayar namun kotor. Bila diberi teguran seorg warga indon perempuan berbadan gempal berbaju hitam amat kurang ajar Dr segi pertuturan & perlakuan bila ditegurwalaupon dgn cara yg baik. Ada seorg lagi perempuan warga indon berbaju hijau. Yg menerima teguran dgn baik & terus membersihkan tandas bila sy menegur. Mohon KTM pantau situasi begini memandangkan tandas tersebut berbayar x seperti Station MRT tidak berbayar tetapi sangat bersih & selesa.

train schedule different from website, poor service
1. Never update website, posted an outdated schedule making it confusing and bothersome. Make it best when you are a monopoly company please. Timetable is an important thing for people to refer to make arrangement yet the website is only making things worse. Moreover, the frequency of the train shift is really causing a big problem; so less that i cant really think of what on earth they are claiming to be efficient.
2. Attendant at the counter, when i am queuing to change the ticket time at the counter, they called through the phone to check whether there are available seats. Yet, person on the other side is playing and joking whole way round. Did they never consider how the people standing and queuing for an hour? Are they treating this as a job? Is this the way to serve people? Can they provide better service? I dont think so. If i'm asked for a word to describe their service, it would be "sucks".
3. Ktm train's cleanliness and environment is best to be compared with "pasar"--dirty, stuffy and lack of seats. Said maintenance, but what i see is the condition getting worse and worse. Doubting whether this is the way transportation services in Malaysia providing service to the public. Its a shame when i think of how the tourist form other country using the service.

I'm on board train No. 9321 from Butterworth to Tampin. I find the coaches cleanliness is questionable. The back of seats and the head rests are stained. Some stains from spilled drinks! The handle bars behind seats are dusty. The rails above the head are stained. Windows has finger prints and stains. Mind you this train departs Butterworth Station at 7.25am it it should have been cleaned. The dust on the handle bars, the stain on the rails and the seat head rest., indicate they have not been cleaned regularly.

Saya selalu gerak kerja menaiki ktm dari Setia Jaya ke Subang Jaya.. then naik LRT ke Glenmarie.. and hrini 13/5 tetibe pekerja yang kt ktm tu tnye.. ada ktm card x?.. saya ckp xde.. then dia cakap mulai harini ktm xleh pakai touch n go da.. kene pakai ktm punye sendri... sebab ktm pun ada kad dia sendiri.. boleh saya tahu kenapa?.. kenapa makin lama makin menyusahkan pengguna ye?.. tak ke.. kalau org yang pergi kerja macam saya kene topup and reload dedua kad.. x ke menyusahkan ke?.. sebab KTM dah tak laku ke macam mana?.. dah jadi Kerajaan baru kan..?.. perbetulakan dan permudahkan la rakyat dan pengguna.. bukan menyusahkan.

Di stesen ktmb kamunting perak tiada pekerja menjaga pintu gate. Utk ke platform lif rosak, disebabkn tiada penjaga gate sya nk tolong angkat barang anak sya. Tiba2 pekerja ktmb menjerit dr jauh tidak mmbenarkn masuk kecuali penumpang. Sya bleh ikut peraturan yg tak dibenarkn masuk tp tak perlu lah mnjerit dn ckp kasar tanpa hormat pelanggan. Boleh guna bhs yg baik utk tegur, ataupn tunggu di pintu gate supaya dpt kawal dr dekat bukan dr jauh. Harapan moga pekerja ktmb lebih berhemah & brbudi pekerti, stengah org tidak tahu peraturan di stesen. Juga hormat org yg lebih tua.

Hi. I would like to complaint or want to share my disappoinment on the less KTMB ETS service from BM to KL Sentral. Because I'm a college student who always use ETS service to go back to my home in Bukit Mertajam and return to KL sentral. But, for this time I couldn't get ticket from BM to KL Sentral on 9th of june where I have to be in my college on that day before 11pm. Here I would like to request KTMB Management to add few ETS services from BM to KL Sentral route for this Raya 2019 where it can be useful for everyone who always using the ETS service. I hope the management will take an immediate action for this problem. Thank you.
absence of train at the right time
I am a Sultan Idris Educational University student. On 9th May 2019 i came to train station at Tanjung Malim to take 4.45pm train to go Sungai Buloh for an immediate work. I waited until 5.10 pm. There was no train come to pick up us. At last, it was gave me a disappointment including to other UPSI students. When we asked to the ktm staffs, at first they said that the train might be delay for 10mins. After 10 mins, they said there was no train for 4.45pm because of changes in timetable for puasa time.But there was no any information of changing in time by notice or in ktmt apps. This was really hurtful for all the students like me. Because of i had no choice, i took a prebet(uber) for Rm50 from Tanjung Malim to Sungai Buloh. As a student it was a tough decision to pay Rm50 for an emergency. So, from this I need the management to take some action immediately before other students become disappoint like me. Please update the changes in time in ktmt apps. Also i am expecting a favourable reply from PIC. Thank you for your consideration.
ktm setia jaya counter
As I reached the counter today at 2:01pm, I asked the guy on shift at that time at the counter to top up the card and asked how much would it cost to go to kl sentral. He spoke in a rude and disrespectful manner and asked impolitely which card I use to exit when I arrived at ktm setia jaya station this morning. After finding out I used one card to enter and another to exit, he told me a fine will be imposed in an unpleasant manner. At that time, I was unaware that the same card is required to used for an exit of an entrance of the same trip. I want the customer services to improve!

At majority, if not all, of the stations the staff of ktmb are lazy, unhelpful, impolite, easily irretable, rude and just plain LAZY. While people are standing outside the counter trying to politely seek for help, the staff are inside, in air condition, sitting comfortably while playing on the phone whilst ignoring the consumer completely. Thumbs up. Its no wonder KTMB has bad reputation.

So basically there were three of us and we were from KTM Kepong Sentral heading to KTM Sungai Buloh. When we reached KTM Sungai Buloh, we found out that one of us had lost her touch n go card. So we decided to head back to KTM Kepong Sentral to look for the touch n go card. So we head down to the other platform to head back there and we settled down by sitting down at the bench. Suddenly, a male KTM staff approached us and mocked at us saying that we simply want to make excuse to head back to KTM Kepong Sentral although we had explained every single thing. He called other staffs on the phone and said that we are not allowed to go out at all and I must say that he was just too rude at us. He could have listened and advised us or give us a way to solve the problem but no, he decided to mock us all the way. I hope that my complaint will be taken seriously. Thank you for your understanding.

Parking at ktm Batu Kentomen station is so much risky. Often tyres punctured, cars broken into and bunch of indecent people drinking alcohol at the parking lot after dusk. There had been multiple cases and we, users, have been raising this to ktm, it just seems like the management is not bothered on our security! It's high time for the ministry to look into those people running the show who are not addressing any of these and life goes an as usual for them whereas we lose our peace of mind. I'm not sure writing here makes a difference, but I'll surely take this higher to a different level, as I seriously don't think the management cares about our safety.

I went to KTM ARAU, PERLIS to buy ets ticket. So, I went to the counter and ask to buy ets ticket. She asked me when ? I said on June. Then she asked again what date ? I said on 3th. She said okay and she repeat the that but she only said 3th she didn't said month. Then, i gave her the money but, i check back it's on 3th June. Then, I went back to the counter and I said I want the ticket on 3th June. And she said I said on May. But, I'm very very absolutely sure that I said I want it on June not May. And she said if I said on June she will not asked me to gave her my student card. But, I'm very very sure I said June. She doesn't listen to what I said bcs she wants to go for lunch. And she cut my money. But, I'm absolutely sure I said on June and she doesn't listen. And she is not friendly. And I don't need people like her to assist me. If she wants to work, just do your work. Don't make a face like you don't want to work. You annoyed me so much. Please, take action to this worker. This worker should not assist customer.

However my money rm61 has been deducted from my maybank 2u account but ticket is not displayed. Several times call to 0322671200 for assistance but they are saying no records n wait for 14days...is this the service provided. Pls assist to refund rm 61 to my account immediately...

ON 19 april 2019, I went up to Sungai Buloh KTM station at 6pm. Until 6.35pm.the train reached Kepong Sentral centre. AND it went back to Sungai Buloh with the same train. Thus, I decided to exit the Sungai Buloh and take alternatives tranport. When I exit, the charges was RM10 in my touchN go. I went to the counter and ask. The staff just tell me they can't do anything as it already been charged and i should quit the kepong and enter the train again. This is ridiculous as i was not informed to change the train ans it went back to same place. Please proceed the refund to me.
