Damaged my car
The kstrc bus was driving rash and agressively where he couldn't make the turning where the road is narrow on the signal from 80 feet road to link road Rajajinagar nagar,
The driver hit my car on the right side and pushed the entire car to the left.
More concerning is he didn't stop at all he sped up and fled the spot before calling the cops.
The incident happened on Dec 2nd 2023 at 8:40 pm in the signal junction of lions clock tower Rajajinagar
Claimed loss: Heavy damage to the car in multiple places, doors , quater panel, maily damaged.
Desired outcome: Need the bus and driver details to register a police complaint for hit and run
Misbehavior of the conductor
This morning, I travelled from the bus stop near Mangesh Honda, Camp, Belagavi to Channama Circle Belagavi I experienced the worst communication and rude behaviour of a lady conductor. the ticket was Rs.10 and I gave Rs. 20 as I didn't have Rs.10. She insulted me and told me to come to the depot to collect the change or get down there in the middle way only. finally, she didn't give money and this has become her daily habit.

Extra fee over bus ticket
I was travelling from Mysore to Bangalore on 20/08/2023, boarded at 4:30PM in a Volvo. The lady conducter charged 15 rs extra to all the passengers on board. After asking the reason the conductor and the driver they didn't care, they asked us to get down of the bus if we're not ready to pay extra. Please take necessary action on the issue and make sure it doesn't happen in future.Thank you.
Ksrtc staff behavior
I traveled dt 21.08.23 with PNR : J95400640 from jedcherla ( boarding at) to bangalore.
I got call from bus staff from phone number( [protected]) at
22.36 saying that bus shall reach only at 23.20 the reason for delay is dinner. But my understanding is the schedule timings is intended dinner time and no special time for dinner is not mentioned in itinerary of ksrtc.
Secondly bus staff asking me come some other place instead of jedcherla bustand.
I refused because of language and security reasons.
Finally bus reached to jedcherla bustand only at 23.54 and bus staff was angry me for not obliging to their demand I.e. not gone their Suggest place to pick the bus.
They behaved very rudely.
I want an explanation with action taken

Today I booked ticket from Siddapur to Mysore in advance. Conductor I even contacted me when they reached siddapur. They called after reaching next city that is Sagar. They told me to come by another bus. What is the use of booking bus ?

I travelled to Chamundi hill from city bus stand of Mysuru on 1st July 2023, at 5.05pm by AC bus. Conductor was issuing the tickets, I asked for a single ticket to Chamundi hill and gave him a 200 ₹ note which I had. He gave me 40₹ ticket and 60₹ cash (3 notes of 20₹) and we to issue ticket to other passengers. I thought he dint had 100₹ note and he will give me once he get it. But he after that he was also the driver and started driving. As I was sitting in last rows, I thought of asking him at end of the trip. But when I asked him after the trip he completly denied that he was supposed to give me 100₹. Instead of it he blamed me that I had given him only 100₹ and I am lying, as he has not written anything on the ticket. I waited for him to count his collection, so that he will realise it. Still after counting he denied and behaved as if I am playing a trick to get money from him. Being a medical professional, I had never argued with anyone for money. I am also a regular ksrtc customer and I always appreciate the service and proud of it. But it was very embracing to face such issues and felt bad. I remembered very well as I had only one note of 200₹ in my pocket. I don't had any other cash as I prefer online transaction. This has made me to think twice before using ksrtc.

This Person was driving very rash , he was driving with girls, driving very fast , arguing with everyone on road , he was blocking road and creating nuisance on road.

About fare difference for 45km distance.
I used to travel from Bengaluru to sulya in KSRTC Airavatha. But fare of the travel is around 800-920Rs. But if i Book till madikeri from Bengaluru then price will be 500-640Rs for the same bus. They are charging around 300rs extra for 45 km. And if i book same airavatha from madikeri to sulya then price will be around 140Rs. This double charging is looks unfair.

Today i have taken ride @10pm from sakaleshpura to Mysore i was supposed to get down in hootgalli it almost took 1.30-1.45 am to reach my place i was in sleep couldn't wake up since it's midnight conducter supposed to announce before the destiny reach but after reaching only he shout and announce the stop and driver also switched on the light i took just 3-5seconds delay to reach door since I was seated in the first row but couldn't stop their and also in next stop he stopped after couple of stop i took walk for 1 hour to reach back my place it was so pathetic and atleast they should have a common sence although it was late night.

Your service is very good but I am complaining about your buses stopped at an authorised hotels ..here one hotel located sanikere challakere tq buses leve long time for tiffin and lunch ..we are the officials daily travel form hiriyur to challaker for job purpose

Almost everyday No buses from Raichur to Yadgir aftr 5pm, many people(public) wait for bus, around 4 bus can fill the public that much crowd will be ovr the bustand and none of the related ksrtc officers bothering about the citizens traveling issues.. and as Raichur has District medical Hospital and yadgir has no speciality hospital many of poor patients, aged people and childrens travel and they suffering so much evev to reach neighbor District aftr 5 and as this 2 District not connect by passenger train all public depends on bus. Its really worst feeling to wait aftr 5pm , aftr 5 there should be 4 buses(5pm,5.30pm,6pm and 7pm) but these buses are not running daily and not any of related officers bothering, Requesting to enquire this and do the needful to the public asap!

The incident happened to me today, when I was travelling from Davangere to Dharwad, from very initial stage conductor was very irritable and behavior towards passengers was not that great, it was obvious and it is not that easy to accomplish his 12 hours of duty dealing with different type passengers. (bus origin from Bangalore to Belgavi).
I started my journey from davangere around 7:30PM and I reached Dharwad around 11:55PM and I requested conductor to stop the bus near court circle Dharwad, he said we do not have permission to stop the bus wherever you want, I said Sir its on the way only and its around 12AM my dad (Who is 72 years old) is waiting me to pick me up, he said driver will scold me if I stop the bus and you tell your dad to come Jubilee circle, when some other passengers started arguing with me, he told it is not your private vehicle stop to wherever you want, I said sir its govt vehicle I have paid for this journey and I am aware you also have certain rules however its 12am in the morning, he stopped the bus when I about to get down and he started abusing me Infront of my father

The bus conductor of bus KA 17 F 1509 is soo rude and doesnt know to talk to women or any gender . I hv my leg fracture. When i sat on seat he made me get up from that seat and said its my seat. Conductor sleeping and snoring in loud noise the passengers are feeling helpless and its very difficult to sleep in the night transportation... And the seats provided was full of vomited wastes and its not clean... I am travelling in airavat for more than 5 years... For the first time i am facing an issue like this... I m very disturbed, dissatisfied, disappointed, frustrated and stressful in this journey... Please take strict action against this driver and conductor for this behaviour and the cleanliness of the bus... Other wise we all passengers will post thiss issue in public and social medias... So please take strict action...
