staff kaunter ktm tbs
Kepada brother yg jaga kaunter 14 Nov 2019 10 pagi. Terima kasih sebab bro saya terlepas ktm yang pengakhirannya kena tunggu almost 1 hour untuk next train. Terima kasih banyak sebab jawab soalan saya acuh tak acuh dan jawab lain awalnya then kali bila saya tanya lagi sekali baru nak tolong check. Semoga bro diberkati dgn rezeki yang Dia beri. Amin
merokok di platform
Salam sejahterah. Setiap pagi semasa saya sedang menunggu tren saya perhatikan beberapa orang lelaki yang berada di platform menghisap rokok tanpa rasa bersalah. Saya juga mendapati setiap hari tiada petugas atau polis bantuan semasa di platform. Adakah selamat untuk saya dan juga pengguna lain? Saya mohon pihak ktmb mengambil berat tentang hal ini supaya tiada sebarang kemalangan berlaku kepada pengguna.
pegawai kaunter tiket memberi maklumat salah
Saya nak buat aduan tentang penjaga kaunter tiket di KTM sungai petani yang bertugas di kaunter komuter tarikh 12/11/2019 jam 1.30 petang. Pengawai yang menjaga kaunter telah memberi maklumat yang salah kepada saya dan ramai penumpang yang lain tentang masa berlepas keretapi. Semasa membeli tiket, saya diberitahu komuter ke padang besar jam 2.20. semasa saya bersedia untuk menaiki train, saya diberitahu yang 2.20 ialah ets. Bukannya komuter. Oleh itu saya perlu membeli tiket yang lain sebanyak rm29 jika hendak menaiki train jam 2.20 petang.
Hal ini amat mendukacitakan dan melibatkan kerugian kepada saya kerana terpaksa membeli tiket baru. Saya juga amat kesal kerana dimalukan di hadapan semua penumpang kerana ditengking oleh penjaga gate. Walhal itu adalah tugas beliau untuk menjaga gate. Semasa saya masuk, tiada siapa bertugas.
Diharap pihak tuan dapat mengambil tindakan kepada pegawai tersebut dan memberi tunjuk ajar kepada staff tuan supaya boleh beradap dengan customer.

Keterangan Insiden : Untuk makluman pihak KTMB saya adalah pengguna KTMB tegar setiap hari dari Alor Setar ke Butterworth dan saya adalah seorang Safety Officer, boleh dikatakan setiap pagi atau hari kemuncak hari isnin tiada petugas di gate masuk dan jugak tiada polis bantuan. Pintu terpaksa dibuka oleh kami untuk memasuki platform.
Kaunter beroperasi mulai jam 05:30 am
Amat mendukacitakan tiada aspek keselamatan dan jika berlaku sebarang kecelakaan kepada sesiapa apakah perlu dibuat.

Tolong ugrade service ktm ni..lagi2 koc wanita, kalau boleh selalu buat maklum bahawa lelaki tak boleh duduk koc wanita..bukan apa, ramai wanita tak selesa apa semua..kadang2 kaum lelaki duduk kat tempat duduk khas wanita..wanita kena berdiri..sila baiki selalu pasal koc wanita...padahal tempat biasa ada je tempat kosong..kenapa perlu duduk kat tempat wanita..kami berasa tak selesa..lagi2 kaum lelaki pandang2 pula

Ktm schedule to kepong Station, if you miss a train and you need to wait for another 45mins! Yes! 45 mins, this is sucks and what for the public transport is this to provide convenient to the citizens. This really make ppl frustrated after stress for work a day! Public transport as ktm never helpful at all! Is wasting ppl time.
If you are rushing for time or looks for convenient, don't ever never choose Ktm komuter service.

pemandu ktm menutup pintu dengan cepat menyebabkan nenek tersepit dan terjatuh
Pada 26/10/19 pukul 3.05 pm nenek saya menaiki ktm dari padang jawa turun ke angkasapuri, semasa turun, pintu telah ditutup dengan cepat menyebabkan nenek saya tersepit dan terjatuh kebawah, luka di bahagian tangan muka kaki dan lutut. Pemandu ktm tidur ke masa berkerja? seronok sangat sembang dengan rakan sekerja sampai tutup pintu cepat. Kerja tak fokus, leka . Perkerja sebegini sepatutnya digantung kerja. Nasib nenek saya tak luka teruk, bayangkan kalau jadi dekat ibu mengandung atau orang oku?
ets business class
For ETS business class service from KL Sentral To Padang Besar, route why is the Butterworth Station not included in this route? This Butterworth station is serving travellers for the state of Penang, so I just cannot understand why KTM exclude this station from its ETS Business class route.
And as for the normal ETS gold & Platinium there is a different in the cost of its tickets, however there is no difference in service or duration of the journey at all, so my question is why should we pay more for the Platinium service when compare to the gold service.
refund problem
On the 9th of October 2019, I have booked a ticket from ktmb online to go back to Ipoh from KLSentral for 18th October 2019 and another return ticket from Ipoh to KL Sentral for 20th October 2019. The bank sent out the 6 PINs and my phone sent me a message that the payment of RM72 was successful but ktmb online system crashed thus I wasn't able to receive my e-tickets so I went to Ktmb station Ipoh and waited an hour and a half to ask for a refund and somehow when it was my turn, the staff told me to wait for 24hours and check again whether the tickets will arrive and the money will be refundable at the station. But the tickets didn't arrive after 24 hours so I went back to ktmb station Ipoh the next day and the other staff told me that I had to wait for an email for two weeks to get the refund which the previous staff said otherwise but it's been the third week and there's no email about my refund for the tickets. I would like it if ktmb will refund the RM72 that I had paid. I am an old customer who buys ktmb tickets regularly and this has consumed too much of my precious time and effort while making me very disappointed towards your website and service. I deeply hope that you will upgrade your website server and system while train your staff to have a more friendly and helpful approach towards your customers. Thank you.
train timing and station lack facilities
I'm a regular user at ktm seri setia. I usually take the 6:18 train back to subang Jaya
1. Sometimes the 6:18 train comes a few minutes earlier and I am forced to wait for the 6:40 train which comes a few later.
2. The timing I believe is not fair. People who are relying on the timetable that was published on your website. Some of them are rushing home after work.
3. At seri setia, the station is not fully protected from rain. Now is raining everyday. It's not fair to have shelter in the middle for the ladies coach and you expect male to walk under the rain to get onto the train
system issue
For 13/10/2019, 06:43 PM ETS GOLD S from Bukit Mertajam to Kampar, the website shows that the seat C:10D still has one seat available, I can select that seat but I can't buy the ticket.
When it comes to the payment process, the system prompts up this >> Error: Your selected seat(s) has been taken. Please select again.
Then I go back and try to select that seat C:10D (still available) but it has the same problem.

Setiap pagi mengambil perkhidmatan jam 06:08 pagi dari alor setar. jika boleh memohon KTM menukar dari 3 gerabak ke 6 gerabak kerana peak hours penggunaan.
Satu lagi isu ialah mengenai staff/polis di pintu masuk, pada awal pagi tiada sesiapa pun menjaga dipintu tersebut kebiasaannya. dan kami sebagai pengguna terpaksa membuka sendiri dan masuk.
jika ada mereka hanya akan membuka pintu pada jam 06:02 dimana tren akan sampai 06:08 pagi kami terpaksa berkejar ke platform 2. cuba tuan/puan bayangkan bagaimana mereka yang berumur atau membawa anak kecil perlu berkejar.
harap pihak tuan/puan dapat ambil langkah2 pembaikan.

I tried to register as a new user in KTM. I filled everything needed, my email, username and password. My registration was not accepted. It told me that either my username or email has been used. I tried changing my username and my email but it keeps on telling me that my username or email has been used. After trying changing my username or email many times, I tried calling the center to tell them about the issue. I called, and they told me to wait. After the song ended, they hung up.
ktm serdang - touch n go
Touch n Go sepatutnya memudahkan pengguna, tapi di station KTM Serdang, pengguna touch n go selalu menghadapi masalah. Gate Touch n Go kerap rosak, line beratur yang panjang (tak effisyen), dan semalam gate touch n go rosak, dan pwgawai yang bertugas mengarahkan utk saya keluar sahaja, pagi ini bila diberitahu tentang saya belum "tap" keluar, pegawai bertugas berkata "tak boleh buat apa2, mesin rosak". Dan kad touch n go saya dicharge rm10, dan saya diberitahu saya perlu "clear" kan kad saya di kl sentral? Saya perlu bayar lebih lagi? Untuk bukan kesalahan yang saya lakukan?

credit card charged twice but no ticket issued
I logged in as "chetchew" on 01/10/2019 and tried to purchase 2 return tickets from KL Sentral to Kampar on 13/10 and 18/10.
The transaction was unsuccessful on 2 attempts and I was charged RM88.00 for each attempt to my credit card ending 9289 at 9:52pm.
Please proceed to refund RM176.00 (RM88 x 2 times) and advise when I shall be receiving the funds.

Pada 27 september 2019 saya menaiki ktm dari tampin, saya kejar ktm pada pukul 6.27 pm dan bila tiba ktm tidak buka pintu lalu terus jalan walaupun saya sudah menekan button di pintu tersebut. Pemandu ktm tidak ada sifat keperimanusiaan walaupun saya berlari semengahnya. Bagaimana jika saya tercedera atau terjatuh semasa saya menekan button pintu ktm tersebut? ets ticket's fee being charged
last Wednesday (25/9/2019), I wanted to buy a couple of train tickets from Batu Gajah to Kuala Lumpur Sentral at 8.33 am on Friday (27/9/2019) online via visa but it stated there that the transaction failed . So I bought another two tickets the same date and time but the transaction was also failed. After that, I decided to buy another two tickets on Thursday (27/9/2019). But when I checked my bank account, my savings were deducted and the tickets were there in the 'manage my bookings' section. I have called the management of KTM, they said they will send a report to the upper management and called me back . Yesterday, when I called them back at first they did not pick up the call and then they said they were busy .But it have been three days since last Wednesday but I haven't got any update. I also have went to the KTM station at Batu Gajah to make a report. This made me truly disappointed in their service. I hope I will get my refund and this thing will not happen again.
