Lancome.ca Disappointing Experience with Lancome.ca: Order Not Shipped and Charged for Out-of-Stock Item

Lancome.ca ain't all that great, to be honest. I ordered something and they didn't even ship it to me! Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, the thing I ordered wasn't even in stock, but they still let me place the order and charged my card. What a rip-off! I'm really disappointed and won't be doing business with them again.

Lancome.ca Lancome.ca Review: Great Products, but Why Discontinue Favorites?

I been using Lancome.ca for a long time now, and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. I've been using Nutrix for like, 28 years now, and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon. I've tried other moisturizers, but they just don't compare. I mean, why fix something that ain't broke, right?

But, I do have one bone to pick with Lancome.ca. Why do they keep discontinuing product lines? It's like, come on, I'm a loyal customer here. I don't want to have to go searching for a new product every time you decide to stop making something. It's a real pain in the you-know-what.

Other than that though, I really do love Lancome.ca. They've got a great selection of products, and everything always arrives on time. Plus, their website is super easy to navigate. So, if you're looking for some high-quality skincare products, I'd definitely recommend giving Lancome.ca a try. Just be prepared to switch things up every once in a while if they decide to discontinue your favorite product.

Lancome.ca Poor Experience with Lancome.ca: Delayed Delivery & Poor Customer Service

Lancome.ca is not the best website to buy stuff from. I had a bad experience with them. I ordered something from them and it took forever to get to me. I didn't even know they canceled my order until I called them after 15 days. It was so frustrating. I couldn't even find their customer service contact information easily. I had to search for it for a long time. I don't think I will be buying from them again.

Lancome.ca Disappointing Experience with Lancome.ca: Terrible Service and Customer Support

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience on Lancome.ca. The service was just plain awful. I tried to make a purchase, but the site kept giving me errors and saying it couldn't complete my transaction. But guess what? It actually went through, and I ended up with three identical orders that I couldn't cancel. What a mess!

So, I had to wait for the orders to arrive, return them, and then wait even longer to get my card credited. It was a huge hassle, and I was not happy about it. And don't even get me started on their customer service. I had to wait over an hour just to speak to someone, and they kept putting me on hold and couldn't even help me in the end. What a waste of time!

Honestly, I don't think Lancome.ca even cares about their customers. The personnel I spoke to were rude, disinterested, and slow. It was like pulling teeth just to get any kind of help. If you're thinking about buying Lancome products, I would definitely recommend going to a store instead of trying to buy online. Trust me, it's not worth the headache.

Lancome.ca Lancome.ca Review: Poor Customer Service and Mistakes in Orders

Hey there,

Last autumn, I got an order from Lancome.ca, and the perfume sample that came with it was broken during shipping. When I contacted them about it, they told me to return the whole thing, and they wouldn't give me the full price back because of the broken perfume. I mean, come on, it's not like I was the one who shipped it! I even sent them pictures of the package as soon as I got it, but they didn't help me at all.

Anyway, I decided to give them another chance and ordered again, spending around $300 this time. But when I got the package today, I found out that they sent me the wrong products, which I found out online were only worth about $100. I don't understand how they keep making mistakes like this, and they won't even take responsibility for it.

So, my advice to you is to not use Lancome.ca. Instead, go to a store and buy your products there. At least that way, you know what you're getting!

Lancome.ca Lancôme.ca Review: Missing Item, Frustrating Customer Service, and Refund Issues

So, I gotta say, I'm not the only one who's had a bit of a rough go with Lanc?me.ca. I ordered a couple of their Spring Essential kits, and when they arrived, I noticed that one of the kits was missing a Genefique serum. I hopped on their online chat to let them know and even sent over some pictures of what I received. I just wanted the missing item, but the customer service rep said they'd give me a refund instead. I asked if I needed to send back the incomplete kit, but they said I could keep it. (Honestly, I just wanted a complete kit, but whatever.)

They said I'd get an email to confirm the refund process, but I didn't hear anything for a few days. When I followed up, they said I needed to send back the incomplete kit to get the refund. But here's the thing: I bought these kits as gifts for my friends, and I just wanted a replacement. But for some reason, Lanc?me's back office team was all about refunds and not replacements. (I have no idea why.)

After all that frustration, I decided to just return my online purchase. I'd made two purchases, each over $200, so I hope they refund me promptly. Honestly, it's just not worth the hassle to buy from Lanc?me.ca.

Lancome.ca Terrible Experience with Lancome Paris Canada: Wrong Number, Language Barrier, and Unfulfilled Promotions

My experience with Lancome Paris Canada was absolutely terrible.

First off, they gave me the wrong customer service number when I called. They gave me the US number instead of the Canadian one. When I finally got the right number, I was put on hold for what felt like forever.

Secondly, when I finally got through to someone, it was a relay agent who only spoke French. I don't speak French, so it was really frustrating trying to communicate with them. Eventually, I was able to speak to someone who spoke English, but it took a lot of patience and waiting.

Thirdly, I ordered a product that was supposed to come with a promotion, but when I received my order, the promotion product was out of stock. I was really disappointed because it was still being advertised on their website. I asked for a refund, but they told me I had to pay for my own shipping and they could only offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase. It was not acceptable to me at all.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Lancome Paris Canada. If it wasn't for my mom asking me to buy something for her, I wouldn't even bother trying to buy anything from them again. It's really frustrating when companies don't deliver on their promises and don't make things right for their customers.
