Larson Manufacturing review: Larson storm door with hidden closer

When the temperatures drop outside. To around freezing. This storm door closer fails. The door slams shut extremely quickly! And has hurt several of our family members! Once this happens. The closer cannot be adjusted! It stays the same. We originally purchased this door. Because we have a handicap family member in a wheel chair. We needed the hidden closer for the wheel chair to clear through the door. But it has failed several times and closed on our family member hitting him! Larson has already sent us 1 new closer under warranty. But even this one did not last. Once the temperature dropped this one failed as well. They need to look into these closers and the effects on them in the cold temperatures. As the speed at which these things close can seriously injure someone! We don't have the money to keep on replacing this closer every year or two. We paid alot of money for this door. We feel like it should work as it was intended to. And not come crashing in on someone and hurt them! Please can someone look into this?
