LaserAway Medical Group review: Clear and brilliant and not providing me with medical records as I requested since November 2023

I received 6 treatments of their "best selling" clear and brilliant from Aug 2021 to January/Feb 2022. Unfornately I received nothing to very little results.

It was expensive $2999 and very painful. I was talking to other med spa porfessionals regarding my experience as I planned to explore other treatments in other med spa, they told me they probably did not leave the lidocaine longer since I have low pain tolerance in my face.

So fast forward, I went to Laseraway in Concord in November 6, 2023, and asked to get my medical record on how I was treated, I wan to understand - where it fell short. She told me she will forward my rquest to Laseraway Walnut Creek since thats where I had my treatments. Unfortantely I never heard back. I called WC multiple times, they either hang up or just don't answer the phone. I even requested to get connected with their higher up manager, supposedly her name is Marissa - supposedly no one know her schedule or when she will be in any of their clinic - obviously BS. Their resolution was for me to come in and see a nurse for after treatment

assessment - I think its unrelevant BUT I rolled with it in hopes to get my medical records. I went to clinic per their request on Dec 7th. The nurse - dont recall her name - just showed me pics of my before and after which obviously very emphasized before pictures. However they still refused to give me my medical records and promised to follow up with me. Janelle front desk person said she will follow up its been 2 mons since I requested it. I just want my medical records as a paying patient I deserve this. I want to understand how I can have better results or where their treatments/nurses/laseraway failed to satisfy me.
