I purchased 6 Clear + Brilliant treatments, and I have had trouble scheduling an appointment with the company. I want to go to a different provider.
I was able to complete the first 3 sessions. However, recently, I booked an appointment online, and I was called and told, "I booked my appointment when someone else was already scheduled." I used the Laswerway online calendar. It was the company's scheduling system problem, not mine.
I re-scheduled the appointment mentioned above; I was sent an email indicating my appointment was on Sunday at 9 am. I showed up at 9am on Saturday, but the office was closed. I was told the office opens at 10 am on Sundays. I was given the wrong time; no apology. I had to ask for an apology.
In addition, I have not seen any meaningful change to my skin after the three sessions I attended.

Contact LaserAway customer service and explain the scheduling issues and your dissatisfaction with the treatments. Request a refund for the remaining sessions, given the problems you've experienced. If they don't respond or resolve the issue, consider disputing the charge with your credit card company. For future treatments, look for a provider with better reviews and more reliable scheduling.
Hello E. Fahey- I have already contacted Customer Service and have not received a response. Also, I did not use my credit card. Laseraway gave me a loan and I have paid the loan off (early). I encourage you find a better solution.
