I decided to set up an appointment with LaserAway around May of 2023. I got an appointment set up for the beginning of June 2023 for a laser tattoo removal. I had to cancel my appointment due to my husbands father passing away and needing to deal with that situation. I have not received ANY treatment from this facility since setting up the appointment. I have called on several occasions to get the money for the CREDIT CARD, not a LOAN, credited back to the bank, as I DID NOT receive ANY treatment from LaserAway. It took several calls, spanning over a few weeks, before they said someone from “higher management” would get back to me. The girl that was supposed to do my procedure called me back. (The one that was supposed to call weeks ago.) She tell’s me that it can’t be refunded because it’s a “loan” and that I can use this payment for a different treatment. I don’t want any treatment done. I don’t want to exchange it for a different treatment. “It never expires” she says. I am through with this company, and after seeing so many other complaints, I want nothing more to do with them.
Desired outcome: I want the bank to be credited back the money that is owed to them for the “loan”, as well as any late fees that were accrued.
