We used to deal directly with the owner but understand he has been out of the country. We have had no contact from this business over several months for services paid in advance even after more than eight (8) attempts including email, website, *** & *** as well as telephone calls (voicemail deactivated) since early June. The prepaid services were to be transferred to a new residential location after our move. In addition, we have received no services for an annual plan paid in April at our investment property.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This customer has been engaging in a persistent type of behaviour that some of our staff have considered abusive towards them and our company. Now that we are totally resolved with this individual, we demand that we finally and professionally part ways in our business relationship that we have had for several years straight. Let's be mature enough to let life move on. I consider this resolved.

I was a customer of this company last summer, when I employed them to weed & feed my residential lawn. On April 20th they called me about renewing & I did by paying them $225 with my *** card. I was told they would commence treatments on approximately May 20th. They have yet to commence their 4-treatment program & I have advised them by phone & email, that I want my refund, as I no longer desire their services. They are stalling me & say they've sent emails but I've never received any. I got 1 returned phone call saying they'd be out when the weather got better, ignoring my refund request. They have a phone message saying they no longer answer phone messages. I do not want to deal with these people & I don't want them to service my lawn, & thus try to keep my $225. I WANT MY FULL REFUND as they have not yet started their services with us.

Our lawn was so awful for so many years and then I heard from a friend about Lawn-Tech so we thought we would try them out my friend said they were a home company from Edmonton which I really like supporting home based companies! My wife and I got the Spring Clean-up package and Weed Control Fertilizer program I'm so impressed and love going in my backyard again it's very pleasant. Thank You Lawn-Tech!
