Major spammers
Major spammers. They got like so many domain names just to send you more spam from different email addresses.

I got an email from Kimberly at lf-us-email.com, which seems like a fake domain. The email ended up in our SPAM trap, so we handled it as such. We don't trust companies that send SPAM, like Lead Forensics did.
After finishin the annual contract we sent our final payment by mail
After finishin the annual contract we sent our final payment by mail. That check was copied and forged to the tune of $5000. Tried to notify LeadForensics that there was a theif inside their company and low and behold, I can't reach a human inside this company. What a scam.
This company has been spamming my inbox with excessive sales pitches with no way to opt out
This company has been spamming my inbox with excessive sales pitches with no way to opt out. In three weeks, I have been contacted SEVEN times by four different people, and I have asked to be removed from their contact list FIVE TIMES. Even if their product were remotely useful to me (it's not), I would never give a company like this my business.
Run! This company is full of scam artists!
Run! This company is full of scam artists! They took our ACH bank information and took out hundreds of dollars that were not agreed upon (stole)! Then they said the person who did it was 'no longer with them'. They took no responsibility. Plus, we negotiated a lower price and a 6-month contract and signed it, but that contract is nowhere to be found. We have recordings of the salesman, but of course, they say 'he is no longer with us'. Run!
I got a call from Chaz *** at Lead Forensics, who gave me a demo of their product
I got a call from Chaz *** at Lead Forensics, who gave me a demo of their product. We decided not to use Lead Forensics, so I told Chaz that we didn't want to move forward (which was tough because he was really pushy the whole time. The review below this one is totally right). Then, Chaz reached out to the owner and the COO of our company, trying to have the same conversation. In emails to both of them, he said our talks had "just kinda died." That wasn't true. I simply said "no," and he kept trying to contact more people in our company. I've been in sales my whole life, and these guys use every trick in the book, even if it's not right and they pressure you a lot. That's why our company will never buy from them. IF YOU LET THEM SHOW YOU A DEMO, GET READY FOR A TON OF CALLS AND EMAILS. Even if you say "no."

The folks who own and run this company should be looked into, shut down, and punished, prosecuted, or whatever else can be done under the laws (local, national, and international). They send unwanted emails from many email accounts, on purpose, so you can't block them. leadforsensics.com, lead-foresnsics.com, lead-forensics.net; leadforensics-email.com, leadforensics..co, leadforensicsusa.com, lead-forensics.com, lead-forensics.net, lead-foresnics-enquiries.com, lead-foresncis-enquiries.net, and lots more. The only reason any company would do this is to be sneaky and invasive, which isn't a company or people you can trust to do business with. This company is registered in *** (Company number ***), ***, with the current officers listed as *** (seems like the main boss), ***, ***, and ***. Some of them can be found on linkedin *** versions), in case you're having trouble getting this company to stop sending unwanted emails, you might try reaching out to these officers directly there. Maybe they'll understand how they're bothering, intruding, harassing, distracting, and distressing people.
Contract trap, this company uses the unscrupulous method of the old "Fine print" technique
Contract trap, this company uses the unscrupulous method of the old "Fine print" technique. At the top of our contract, it very clearly lists "Length of the agreement;1) This contract commences 13/08 and concludes on 31/08/2022." However, close to 100 lines later, you will find a line that reads "If no written notice is provided by the Customer to *** this Agreement shall continue for a further period of 12 months from 01/09/2022 and shall continue to do so every 12 months thereafter (each 12 months a Renewal Period)." Of course, they don't send the next invoice until it has passed this period, giving you no chance to exit the agreement on the date it listed it would conclude. As part of their explanation, they say as the contract rolled over, they have already spent 70% of the contract price to pay (in advance apparently) for hosting and a number of other costs. We all know this is a bold-faced lie considering they initially offer more than a 30% discount to try and hook you initially, and the thought that they would pay to provide you a service is farcical and quite dishonest. In addition, as we are an *** business, they don't seem to have good data as a large percentage of our website visitors are unlisted as their database obviously isn't good for ***. I can only assume it must be better for *** where they are based. No wonder their average rating is 1, I guess because 0 is not available. I am notifying all LF users I know (it was actually recommended to us by a supplier who I bet is not aware of the exit clause until now) and also complaining to the *** and Ombudsman in *** so they will be known and *** will know. I do feel a little sorry for their sales/support staff, and some seem nice, but you need to think about someone who works for a company that employs these tactics as they all must know Bad Dodgy and shoddy.

The company keeps making new email addresses and sending me loads of spam emails many times a day, every single day, for months already. I can't make them stop and there ain't no unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.
Lead Forensics is breakin the CAN-SPAM Act by sendin transactional emails with no way to unsubscribe
Lead Forensics is breakin the CAN-SPAM Act by sendin transactional emails with no way to unsubscribe. This company keeps sendin spam emails with always-changin ISPs so they can't be blocked. They don't include a way to unsubscribe from their emails and seem to be sellin people's personal data.
The company won't stop sending spam emails even after I asked them multiple times
The company won't stop sending spam emails even after I asked them multiple times. They keep creating new email addresses and contacting me with different names, but it's always the same annoying email about a supposed meeting and pushing for business. I think this is how they operate in their industry.

Customer service rep Oliver took my checking account details for a July charge
Customer service rep Oliver took my checking account details and promised that it would only be charged in July. Lead Forensics assigned Oliver to handle my account. After some negotiations, he insisted on receiving my checking account information. I reluctantly provided the information, with the understanding that the first payment would be made in July . However, after a week, I received an invoice via email. Concerned, I reached out to them to confirm that the payment would not be processed until July, and they assured me that it wouldn't be charged until then. Unfortunately, a few days later, my account was charged. I urgently need a refund of this money and for the engagement to be canceled.
The amount of SPAM emails I get from this random company is insane
The amount of SPAM emails I get from this random company is insane. All the time I get "Did you see my last message? "yes, I most definitely did and I deleted it right away because you're wasting my time. Who in your marketing department thinks spamming random people who aren't even remotely interested in a company that has nothing to do with their job. Maybe Tom Saunders should learn how to really market this "business" - sending harassing email blasts really isn't a way to grow your business...but just to *** people off. "I do hope you appreciate my persistence for what it is - a genuine belief that I can help you turn your website into a fine-tuned revenue generating machine." - Trust me Tom NONE appreciates what you claim to be 'persistence'
This biz is usin' aggressive and abusive email tactics to solicit biz
This biz is usin' aggressive and abusive email tactics to solicit biz. No matter how many of their email addresses get blocked on a daily basis, I'm gettin' at least 15 to 20 emails a week from new names and accounts tryin' to get me to use their biz for new leads and consumer info. I've tried unsubscribin' multiple times but still gettin' new emails even when I ask 'em to stop or remove my email from their files. I checked the ComplaintsBoard.com website and it seems like almost every complaint and post on there mentions their shady biz practices if someone actually uses their service. The evidence I attached are only the ones I blocked and got recently, but I've deleted several hundred emails, I swear.
In November , we got introduced to this thing called Lead Forensics
In November , we got introduced to this thing called Lead Forensics. We kinda knew what it was about 'cause we saw it at our old job. We're a startup, so we're all about saving money and trying everything to get new business during this pandemic. Lead Forensics gave us some data through their platform, which was pretty cool 'cause we could see all the potential customers we were missing out on. Our website gets about 1500 visits every two weeks from different marketing methods. Right now, Lead Forensics is giving us like 5-9 leads in that same time period. But when we tested it, we got like 40-50 leads, which would be awesome if it kept up. But for the past few months, it hasn't been the same, even though we're spending more on marketing and trying different stuff. We feel like the product isn't what they showed us when we signed up for a 2-year contract to save money.
We signed up with this company to find leads for our small startup
We signed up with this company to find leads for our small startup. The sales process was pushy and felt like a used car salesman, but I still fell for it. They promised that we could see who was visiting our website and reach out to them. However, after setting everything up, I discovered that most of it was untrue. We only had access to 2 contacts, and if we wanted more, we had to pay extra on top of the $500 per month. It didn't take long for me to realize that I had been deceived and that this service wouldn't provide much more than the knowledge that someone from a company visited our website, without knowing who exactly. And of course, they wanted more money for that information. It took about 6 months for someone from their customer service department to finally approach me about renewing. At one point, my credit card transaction was flagged as spam, but instead of informing me, they sent a threatening letter demanding payment or else they would take legal action. Not cool!
I asked Lead Forensics to let me out of my contract with both Truth Advertising and The Direct Mail Agency because they used sneaky tactics
I asked Lead Forensics to let me out of my contract with both Truth Advertising and The Direct Mail Agency because they used sneaky tactics. When I first signed up with Lead Forensics, they promised to provide leads based on people who visited my website. They looked at my website's traffic and gave me a price. They said I had a lot of traffic, so I should expect a bunch of leads. I signed up both of my companies. However, they didn't tell me until I complained about the lack of expected leads that they only capture leads with static IP addresses. They don't capture leads from dynamic IPs or cell phones. Basically, 95% of the leads they claimed to capture from my site are useless. I spend $500 a month on one site, which supposedly gets a ton of visits, but they can't convert them into leads because of the IP address issue. So it's basically worthless. I spend $180 on my other company, and I don't get any leads at all. I keep asking if something is broken. How can I have so many visits and zero leads? They tell me all my visitors must have dynamic IP addresses. It's a total bait and switch.
This product don't work and they got aggressive long contract terms and they don't wanna cancel the contract when the product don't even work!
This product don't work and they got aggressive long contract terms and they don't wanna cancel the contract when the product don't even work! Their whole service is based on a technology that depends on people working from their offices, but since March , the product been useless 'cause it don't detect home IP addresses of visitors to the website from businesses checkin' out our site. That was the only reason we needed the product. They made us sign a 2 year contract and they don't wanna accept that their product ain't fit for service and they don't wanna change the contract, puttin' my business at risk durin' a tough time. Their team takes forever to fix things and they try to make us call 'em instead of writin' stuff down. We told 'em straight up that we ain't happy, but they delayed and still wanted us to keep the contract and chase us for money for a service we uninstalled and don't wanna use again. This company is dangerous 'cause they don't admit their product is old-fashioned and instead of helpin' their customers with another solution, they just want the money 'cause I'm sure lots of customers are leavin' 'em real quick.
Lead Forensics promoted a service to identify warm leads to our website
Lead Forensics promoted a service to identify warm leads to our website. We subscribed to their service, but found it not helpful. Contract issue. After our employee signed up for the lead forensics service and signed an annual agreement, she started using the service. We have had no success using their service. The service promises to supply warm leads for us to follow-up with, and we are finding it impossible to identify warm leads as promised. Our employee has since left our company and due to COVID-19, we are not hiring a replacement. The service requires extensive effort to find a contact, and we have made such efforts and have found zero success. Now, with limited staff, we also have no one that can exert the energy needed to even attempt to use their service. We feel that the service over promised and delivered no value. We have contacted our customer success manager (Cherri Smith-Jones), had calls with her, sent follow emails, escalated to senior management (Nicole Baucom), and the company is unwilling to release us from our contract, in spite of our dissatisfaction, and repeated requests. We have spent lots of money with them, with zero return on our investment. We are not asking for a refund of any prior payments. We are asking to be released from the remainder of our agreement and no further payments taken from our account. Account Reference:
Lead Forensics is still bugging us to keep our account open, even though we told them we don't want their service anymore
Lead Forensics is still bugging us to keep our account open, even though we told them we don't want their service anymore. The reports have been empty since 01. Our website moved to a new platform in January, and Lead Forensics' tracking software stopped working. We had already paid them in full, even though their service stopped. This guy named Moss *** keeps bothering me and our accounting department for payment after January , even though we told them we don't want their expensive service that doesn't give any results. It costs $1890 every quarter in USD. Their own reports show zero leads since January. Moss *** never talked to me, the one who signed the contract. He only talked to a salesperson from our US showroom, which is a different company. Nobody in our company uses their service or has been able to since January when the tracking code stopped working. Moss *** said he'll keep our account open until October , when the contract ends, even though we told him we won't use it and won't put a new tracking code on our new site. He's trying to trick us into staying until the end of the contract, even though they broke it. We won't pay for something we didn't use, and we don't agree to keep the contract until October .

Dissatisfaction with Lead Forensics Customer Service, Contract Cancellation
Lead Forensics reached out to us and advertised a tool that would help us identify the businesses that visited our website. Our issues with them started during the sales process. Their agent acted unreasonably, sometimes calling up to 5 times a day to follow up. This continued even after the agreement started. We struggled to receive communication from them regarding on-boarding for weeks. The billing was also confusing. When we reached out for clarification, we got no response. We had to follow up over 8 times before receiving a simple clarification on a credit card fee. We want to be released from our contract.
After our employee signed up for the Lead Forensics service and signed an annual agreement, our Marketing team started using the service. However, we have had no success and no ROI. Due to COVID-19, we have significantly reduced our operating costs, including our marketing budget. We feel that the service was overpromised, and the poor treatment we have received has led us to ask Lead Forensics to mutually terminate our agreement so that we can both move on from this bad relationship.
We have worked with our customer success manager (Stephen) and upper management. We waited over a month from our original request to mutually terminate the agreement. We followed up several times, and today Stephen informed us that the company is unwilling to release us from our contract, despite our attempts to mutually part ways. Due to the timing of our original request, we are asking for a refund of our previous month's payment. We are also asking to be released from the remainder of our agreement, with no further payments taken from our account.
They have been contacting me nonstop for over 6 months even though I never contacted them first
They have been contacting me nonstop for over 6 months even though I never contacted them first. They send lots of emails every week, from many different accounts and names. I've tried for months to block them, unsubscribe, reply to different people asking them to stop and remove me from their lists. I even called them and spoke to someone who said they would remove me, but they never did. Then they found me on LinkedIn and messaged me there, and they even found my business phone number to leave voicemails. I've tried everything to make them stop, but it's relentless and it's been happening for most of this year. It's starting to feel like harassment and I don't know what else to do. I've attached a screenshot of a few emails I recently received that I hadn't deleted yet, and I also attached a screenshot of how many I forwarded to a spam service in September. I also included a few of their emails. They seem to have many different business addresses, lots of different email domains, and an endless number of email accounts. No matter how many times I block them, I always get new ones. The mailing addresses I received in emails are: Registered Company No. *** Lead Forensics, *** Lead Forensics, *** 5-8, *** -Lead Forensics. If you need me to forward any of the actual emails or attach copies of them, please let me know. I'll do anything necessary to make the contact stop.
