I have been trying to get service at 856 Ebb Tide Drive, fleeing Island, FL, for the past month. I have called numerous times for service with no results. Does it take an act of Congress? I have called 888 320-5497 for service and have been told the older one is in, which was last Monday. To say I am a satisfied customer would be an outrageous claim.

Desired outcome: Service my system.
