LeatherCult Refuse to rectify purchase

I have shopped at Leathercult for several years and have made several purchases. I bought a sports coat "off the rack" When it arrived, the sleeves were too short. It did not fit, period! I requested an exchange and all they say is it was made just for me and they can't accept a return or refund. If I order a size 40, how is it made for me. I gave no measurement, thinking the size that indicated would be the size. So they are trying to make me believe their sizes are not all the same, but made for me without getting any measurements. I will not purchase anything else from them. I want a refund.

LeatherCult Dissatisfied with LeatherCult's Production Time and Delivery - A Review

I ordered a jacket for my daughter's birthday from LeatherCult about a month ago. I was quite excited to receive it, but as the weeks have passed, the jacket is still in production. So, I thought of reaching out to their customer service team to see if they could give me some insight into when I could expect to receive the jacket. I did receive a prompt response from them but unfortunately, they couldn't provide me with any more information other than it was still in production.

It's a little disappointing because my daughter's birthday has already passed, and I wanted her to wear it on her special day. I was just hoping that it would come on time, and now we have to wait even longer. I certainly expected my order to be delivered by now, especially when I paid $200 for it.

I understand that custom-made products take time to produce, but I feel like it's taking too long. I'd like to give LeatherCult the benefit of the doubt and assume that the jacket will be worth the wait, but I'm still disappointed that it didn't arrive as planned. I just hope it will be finished soon so I can gift it to my daughter.

Overall, I would say that if you're planning on ordering from LeatherCult, be prepared to wait. It seems like they take quite a bit of time to complete orders, and you may end up waiting longer than expected. However, they do have good customer service and respond promptly to inquiries, which is reassuring.

LeatherCult LeatherCult Review: Bumpy Process, But Worthwhile End Product

Order was finally placed with LeatherCult, and a few pictures were attached to highlight the necessary changes required. Unfortunately, it took a few weeks to receive a response to emails, and at last, a message was received saying that the item was made and shipped. There was no information if the changes were fulfilled, so the headache of uncertainty prevailed. However, after receiving the much-awaited item, the level of satisfaction was more than expected. The color and size were accurate, and the stitching was good enough for the price. It seemed that luck was on our side as the item turned out to be quite satisfactory. Although the back was roomier than expected, overall, the quality met our expectations. The entire process may have been a tad bumpy, but the end product, which is what really counts, was worth it.

LeatherCult LeatherCult Review: Frustrating Sizing and Customer Service, Don't Bother Trying to Exchange Anything for a Different Size

I gotta be real with ya'll, my experience with LeatherCult was straight up frustrating. I had high hopes for getting my husband a killer jacket, so I turned to their website to get something fly and affordable. And let me tell ya, their sizing chart looked legit, so I thought I'd hit the jackpot.

But lemme tell ya, the sizing chart might as well have been written in hieroglyphics. When the jacket finally arrived, it was so small my husband couldn't even zip it up. So, I thought I'd just be able to exchange it for the right size, but oh no... not gonna happen. They told me it was made custom for my hubby, but seriously, if you're getting something based on a sizing chart, how's that even custom?

I tried telling their customer service rep this, but it felt like I was talking to a brick wall. I wasted so much of my time trying to get them to see where I was coming from, but nah, they weren't having it. So, I had to make a choice - either suck it up and deal with my husband wearing a jacket that made him look like a busted can of biscuits, or cut my losses and take my business elsewhere.

And I gotta admit, it felt pretty good telling my friends and fam to avoid LeatherCult like the plague. I mean, don't get me wrong, they've got some cool stuff on their website, but if they're not gonna make things right in the event of a sizing issue, what's the point? LeatherCult Disappointing Experience with LeatherCult: Poor Customer Service and No Returns/Exchanges

So, let me tell you about my experience with LeatherCult. I wanted to surprise my fianc? with a new leather jacket for Christmas. I placed my order and waited eagerly for it to arrive. However, after 10 days, I started to worry because the order still hadn't shipped.

I decided to reach out to LeatherCult to inquire about the delay and possibility of cancelling my order. Unfortunately, I didn't get a response. A few days later, the package arrived, but to my disappointment, the jacket didn't fit my fianc?.

Naturally, I reached out to LeatherCult to arrange for a return or exchange. However, I was met with a response that left me frustrated and upset. They told me that the jacket wasn't returnable or exchangeable because I sent in the measurements and that it was my fault that it didn't fit properly.

I was devastated as I had spent $200 on a jacket that my fianc? wouldn't even wear. I felt like my Christmas gift had been ruined because of LeatherCult's mistake.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend LeatherCult to anyone looking to purchase a leather jacket. Their customer service was lacking, and they didn't take responsibility for their mistake. It was a disappointing experience, and I won't be shopping with them again.

LeatherCult LeatherCult Jacket Review: Size Chart Misleading, Customization Recommended

Just got my jacket from LeatherCult today and let me tell you, it's not too shabby. However, there's a little problemo: it's smaller than the size chart says and I can't even wear it! I'm no amateur when it comes to measuring myself, I'm a big-shot tailor, but this jacket is unreal tight around the armhole. Plus, the chest and shoulder are way undersized too, like a full inch and a half.

If you're not scared to give them a second chance, I'd recommend trying to customize your measurements as much as possible. All I can say is that the positive things I've heard are from folk that go this way. I feel like a sucker for going for a "ready set" size, even buying one size bigger than mine. You know what they say, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is!

LeatherCult Unprofessional Mess: My Disappointing Experience with LeatherCult

I been messin' with LeatherCult for a minute now, tryna cop me some fresh leather goods. But let me tell you, their customer service is straight whack. I reached out to 'em 'bout my order and ain't nobody hit me back. And don't even get me started on the burnt charcoal color I ordered. Them fools tried to tell me it was just a difference in screen settings, but I know better. I work in e-commerce and color correction gotta be on point, ya hear me?

I let 'em know what's up, and they had the nerve to tell me it's all for artistic purpose. Artistic purpose my [censored]. That [censored] ain't professional, it's straight up misrepresentation. When I demanded to speak to the manager or whoever's in charge, they went silent on me. Don't give 'em none of your hard-earned coin, cuz they don't deserve it. I wouldn't even give 'em a half star if I could.

LeatherCult, you need to step up your game and handle your business right. Ain't nobody got time for this unprofessional mess.

LeatherCult Bad Customer Service Experience with LeatherCult: Beware of Sizing Issues

I experienced some difficulties with this company, LeatherCult, after my girlfriend ordered a jacket for me. The jacket came, but to my disappointment, it was a bit snug and didn't fit me like it should. However, I really loved the jacket and wanted to exchange it for a bigger size.

So, I sent an email to the company asking for their help. The reply came from a girl named Erica, who seemed to be extremely defensive right from the beginning. She blamed me for ordering the wrong size and said it wasn't their fault at all. I tried to calm her down, telling her that it was okay and that I just wanted to exchange the jacket for a bigger size.

Unfortunately, she wouldn't listen to me and wouldn't work with me at all. I was really stuck with this jacket that I paid $200 for and couldn't even wear it comfortably. I have been a formal wear specialist for over ten years, so I know my size exactly and always order things that fit me just right. But, this time, I got screwed and it was really disappointing.

I would like to warn others who plan to order from this company that you better be careful about your sizing when you order anything from LeatherCult. They won't work with you if there is any problem and will just blame you for not knowing your size properly.

In conclusion, I would say that I had a bad experience with LeatherCult and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The jacket was great, but their customer service was terrible.

LeatherCult Disappointing sizing and no returns policy: My experience with LeatherCult

So, I recently bought myself a leather jacket from LeatherCult (leathercult.com) and boy, was it a ride! I tried my best to follow the sizing recommendations, but I must have messed up somewhere because the finished product came out way too big for me. And I mean, we're talking one or even two sizes too big - yikes! Normally I'm an L, but the sizing chart and advice seemed to suggest I should be going for an XL. And the XL I received? Well, let's just say it was made for a much beefier man than me. Not a good look at all.

Now, I'm left wondering what went wrong. Was it my fault for not measuring myself properly? Are the recommendations on the website not reliable enough? Or maybe, just maybe, the jacket was badly produced. Honestly, I'm not sure what the answer is. All I know is that I'm disappointed in the end result because it's been a major waste of both time and money for me.

And to add insult to injury, after reading through some customer reviews, it looks like there are quite a lot of others who have had the same problem with getting the wrong size. In fact, it seems like about one in every five customers end up with an ill-fitting item - and you can't even return it! That's a real bummer considering the product itself seems to be well-made, and the production and delivery times were actually quite fast.

All in all, I'm not sure if I'll be ordering any more leather jackets from LeatherCult anytime soon. It's a shame, but I can't afford to keep wasting my money like this.

LeatherCult Disappointed with LeatherCult - Thin Leather & Bad Fit!

Got my jackets from LeatherCult, they came kinda close to when they said they would, but the jackets were both cut way too short. They just don't look or feel right, you know what I mean? Like, I got this M-65 jacket, but the chest pockets on it were way too high up to actually be useful. And it didn't even have a hood, just a lame zipper to make it look like it did. Plus, the leather is really thin, not how I thought it'd be at all. I don't think they ever even actually seen an M-65 jacket, they just went off a picture or something.

Then there was this other jacket they sent me, which makes me think they're not really working in inches like they say they are on their website. They got my waist size right, but they thought it meant to cut the jacket off at the waist or something. It's a real bummer, I feel like I fell for their sales pitch and now I don't even know how to return these things. They didn't include any info on that in the package, so I gotta figure it out myself.

Overall, I'm just really disappointed in LeatherCult and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anybody. It's a shame, because I was really hoping these jackets would be dope, but they're just not. Maybe some other people have had better experiences with them, but I can honestly say that I regret buying from them and I won't be doing it again.

LeatherCult Mixed Feelings About My Custom Jacket from LeatherCult: A Review

So, I just got my custom designed jacket from LeatherCult, and I gotta say, it's a bit of a mixed bag. The jacket itself is slick, no doubt about that, but unfortunately the fit is not what I was expecting.

Now, let's get this straight, it's not like there were no photos to go by. There were, but I think I just didn't take a close enough look. I guess I was too excited to get my hands on this beauty. My previous custom jacket I ordered from LeatherCult was right on the money, but this one... not so much. I think I should've gone for a smaller size, because it just doesn't hug my body like I hoped it would. And yeah, I know they say the sizes are universal but still, you gotta take into account your own body type.

What's frustrating is that LeatherCult doesn't offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you screw up, you pay for it. No take backs, no do-overs. So, I'm kind of stuck with this jacket that doesn't quite fit me the way I wanted it to. And who do I have to blame? No one but myself. So, I guess the moral of the story is, if you're gonna order a custom jacket, you better be damn sure of what size you need.

All in all, I can't say I'm completely satisfied with my purchase... but hey, that's just the risk you take when you're ordering something as personal as a custom designed jacket. On the bright side, it's not like the jacket is completely unusable. I'll probably just end up giving it away to someone who doesn't mind the loose fit. Live and learn, I suppose.
