Scammers!! Horrible customer service
Initially they would reply promptly regarding my missing package. But after saying they would file a dispute with FedEx on my behalf on 10/18/2023 they have gone ghost. And to add insult to injury they never filed a claim/dispute with FedEx, and according to FedEx only the shipper can request an investigation.
I purchased several Halloween costumes that came out to over $140.00 which was never refunded, costumes weren’t reshipped nothing. Instead I was forced to spend more money last minute at a local costume shop.
If I could give zero stars I definitely would, their business practices violate my rights as a consumer! I will never order from them again, warning everyone I know not to either… Do Better!
