Sales person is Jamie Smith, spent time reviewing the different size units and cost. We finally settled with the 17 seer unit and set a date for install. Jamie made this a very simple process. Look forward to using the new system. He didn't try to use high-pressure sales tactics, nice job.

Jamie came out and gave me a quote. The next day the installers were there at 9 a.m. or a full HVAC install. Two hours after they finished, quality control came out and inspected the unit. Jamie followed up with me make sure I was 100% satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone. They have earned their good reputation.

Jamie Smith came by today to discuss a future need for a mini-split coil air conditioner/heat pump. He surveyed a patio I am considering enclosing and the use of a mini-split. He gave me an excellent overview of their uses, pros and cons. I have some understanding of them and had a lot of questions. He did an excellent job of answering all my questions. We agreed to meet in about two months when my project is further along to provide me a specific size unit once he could do a load study. Jaime G came out and gave us a bid on a mini split HVAC system, and worked with us to make it affordable; also while looking at our electrical panel informed us that we had a breaker going out. We have used Legacy Home Services for all of our HVAC needs and they have always been professional. I would highly recommend them.
