Shield Exteriors was awesome from start to finish. The sales representative was very honest and took the time to explain every step of the process to make sure I understood. I was impressed on how respectful they were in working diligently in making sure that everything was perfect as well as cleaned up after the roof was installed. Very happy with the finish product with compliments coming in every day. I highly recommend Shield Exteriors.

From start to finish this was a great company to work with. Everyone was polite and answered all of our questions. When the installers came to replace our roof, they were very professional and respectful of everyone in our household. The new roof replacement took less than a day. When they were finished, they went around the house and picked up all the extra metal pieces and anything else they dropped. This is an amazing company to work with.

Shield Exteriors provided me with significant information of their products and the sales crew were very helpful in working a good price for the roofing and gutting I wanted. The contractor that were hired for the jobs did the work in a timely manner, cleaned up the the clutter, were courteous and helpful with any concerns/ questions I might have had. We Love, Love our New Metal Roof. From the beginning to the end of the process they were very professional. Our old roof had several bad areas that have leaked and let the wild life move in. They assess the problems from the old part of the house to the added on section and fixed them. Each person doing their part of their job and the roof was put on in one day, it was amazing. Very hard workers as the temperature was in the 90's. Now we feel more secure than ever before.

The most professional group of people I have dealt with in a long time, from the first phone call I made to the business, the salesman who came to the house and the amount of effort he put into getting us exactly what we needed, the guys who delivered the material and finally the install team. The were quick and very professional. They left the property amazingly clean except for the new roof you would never know workmen had been on the property. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a new roof.

Shield exteriors went above and beyond to explain everything in depth to us so we could understand, answer every question we had, and checked on us during the process to see how things were going. Once the roof was installed, we couldnt believe how fast and efficient this company was! We left for work and came home to a brand new beautiful roof in one day! We couldnt be happier. No mess, no stress.

My husband and I are beyond please with our new roof from Shield Exteriors! Everyone that we spoke to or had any contact with (including installers) were very friendly and nice. GREAT customer service and kept us up to date with delivery and installation, as well as any delays due to the recent Covid crisis. Installation was done within one day and and my yard was very clean and they made sure there was no nails or debris left laying around which is very important to us because we have 2 young children and a dog! We highly recommend Shield Exterior to anyone!

We contacted Andrew Smith with Shield Exteriors for a quote on our roof and gutters. We expressed our concerns about some other quotes we received and he took the time to go through each one of the quotes and show possible issues. Shield Exteriors is fantastic to work with! From sales to install to cleanup they are thorough, professional and proficient. We are completely satisfied from beginning to end of the whole process. Materials were delivered and crew installed the same day. Cleanup completed the next day. They installed a metal roof, facia and soffit. It looks amazing! A week later a crew installed seamless gutters and downspouts. All looks great! Highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a roof installed. We purchased a metal roof from Shield Exteriors and are very happy with the roof. The man that did the presentation did a wonderful job of telling us all about the company and how they are growing. Also all about the material that is used and how it would be installed. We received a call and the material was delivered the next morning and shortly afterwards 3 very nice guys came and installed the roof and were done in about 5 hours. They cleaned everything up and had all the trash in a pile for the next man to come pick up the same day. It looks wonderful, very pleased with the work and with all the people we have talked to in person and on the phone.

I can not recommend Shield Exteriors enough! From our first meeting with Ron, what a personable and welcoming man! He answered all of our many questions both professionally and made the decision making process so much easier. He showed us the product in person and in photos. He explained exactly what to expect. The crew came to roof our house and they were amazing! No worries about the kind of people at your house, these guys were great! They worked hard and fast and our roof looks amazing! They made sure the materials were neatly stacked the left over material. They finished in 1 day! They sent a clean up guy who also did a fabulous job! I have zero complaints! This is a lifetime roof in the color of Hawaiian Blue.

My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better roofing experience. The roof turned out beautiful and the entire process was smooth from the beginning. The sales representative, who met with us on Sept. 2, 2020, was very personable and spent about two-and-a-half hours with us, being very patient answering our questions and explaining every facet of the process. We were given a 6-8 week time frame for the job to take place. The materials were delivered on-site on Oct. 26, 2020; the roofing crew showed up the following day at the crack of dawn and finished the job by the end of the day, just as the weather turned wet. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving everything in a pile for the designated cleanup person. The latter arrived a short time later and worked in the rain, diligently picking up every little piece of scrap, even though there were accumulated leaves around the perimeter of the house. It's baffling how he was able to be so efficient in such conditions. We have no regrets about our decision to buy from Shield Exteriors.

WOW! Shield Exteriors Roofing Specialist are 2nd to None from Start to Finish! Beginning with their presentation and process, to installation and clean up is absolutely Superb! We totally have piece of mind with their warranty and actually watched them deliver on the product and performance. Its so great to actually work with a company that does what they say they will do and provide satisfaction 100% throughout. We had a metal roof installed guaranteed for life and transferable to the next homeowner. The Presentation by (Shield Exteriors) going through all the specifications of the company, product, process, warranty (2nd to none), coverage area estimate, discounts, and cost was top notch; it left no question unanswered. Though scheduling had a lead time of approximately 8 weeks out, we were kept informed and if we had any concerns (Shield Exteriors Administrative or Shield Exteriors Sales) were very responsive to all our concerns. About 2 weeks out from the install they came and measured again to make absolutely sure that all their measurements were correct and everything was a go without delay. We were notified and received the delivery of the product the day before installation. The next morning the team showed led by (Shield Exteriors) and it was all hands-on deck and you could tell each of them knew exactly what they needed to do to perfection. Once completed, they gathered all their belongings and trash that had been laid on tarps and loaded up. They then rolled a large magnet over drive way, front, sides, and back yard to insure there were absolutely no debris left behind. Great Job Shield Exteriors! Our home is approximately *** sq. ft two story with double garage and a 200 sq. ft. shed. They were done in 7 hours. Amazing! Lastly, everyone from Shield Exteriors has been courteous, professional, experienced, knowledgeable, understanding, and just flat out eager to see that your satisfaction is 100% successfully achieved. They truly do go out of their way from start to finish to ensure everything goes smoothly and to perfection in all aspects of the process.
