Lenskart.com review: Did not receive my glasses and still waiting for the refund

I am very disappointed in the service I received from Lenskart, Conaught Place, Delhi.
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses on 26 September. Received 1 pair on 27th September, and was sent the message that second pair will come on 3rd October. At the time of placing the order, I did make it very clear to the optiocian that I am leaving Delhi on 1st October, she told me she cant cancel the order, once the order gets sent back, they will refund within 14 days, now it is end of October. I have rang about 10times to your branch and still waiting for my refund.

I would appreciate a reply from someone, not impressed with your service. I only chose Lenskart, we had excellent service in Cochin earlier this year.
