Stolen money from credit card
Be aware of lifecell, this company is a big scam! I tried a "free" trial and they stole $ 169 from my creditcard. After googling "lifecell scam" i founded this site and an other article: http: / / bestanti - aging.com / best - anti - aging - products / anti - aging - skin - cream - reviews / lifecell - all - in - one - antiaging - treatment - scam /
not a trial a lifetime commitment
On December 2015 I stayed 3 weeks in an hotel in Clearwater FL
I saw an advertising for a miraculous American cream
As the advertising was saying give a try you have nothing to loose except a couple of years off !
On March I have lost almost 400 US dollars that they have charge on my credit card without my agreement
I m French and I live in France I gave life cell company the address of the hotel where I was staying on December so they might have send their creams to the hotel ... I suppose !
I m really upset because for a trial I paid 400 USD I had to cancel my credit car to stop them to charge me each month 189 USD
And on the top of everything this anti aging cream is not a good product at all !

bait and switch
South Beach Skincare is doing a bait and switch online. They advertise for a $4.25 sample of their product LifeCell, anti-aging cream but then charge your bank account an additional $189.00. Whether you authorize it or not. I told my bank its an unauthorized transaction, put a stop payment on my account and called South Beach Skincare. They did not want to return my money until I mentioned the Massachusetts Divison. of Banks which regulates online businesses like this. A Bait and Switch is illegal in Massachusetts and if they did not cancel my order and return all monies then I would contact them to do an investigation. The penalty in Massachusetts for doing a Bait and Switch is heavy. Then they promptly cancelled my order. Beware. Be Warned.
unfair charge
I signed up for a 30 day free trial. received product, lifecell the product didnot work. returned product within the 30 days. Now I see on my credit card statement that they are charging me $189.00 for the product that didnot work, and that I returned. Don't buy anything from this company. They are nothing but a scam. Read the other complaints, I wish I had before trusting this scam company. There is nothing out there that will make you younger looking except surgery.
Free trial is a scam
I ordered Lifecell cream through a "free" trail - just paid shipping. I failed to get any results and called to stop any shipments. Then Surprise! I had a $189 charge on my credit card. When I disputed it, I was told that not returning the free sample within 30 days meant I would be charged. I had no resolution on this. Quite the expensive free trail.
Hi, I felt for the scam also. Just received my bank statement and US $189 charge on it. I was too late to stop the payment and not sure they will ship anything even though they ship the product is not effective at all, guess will not even get back the refund either. Well we had learned a good lesson of buying things from internet.

My wife and I are only into our second month, we have seen a minimal change. However, they were very upfront in saying if we did not return it within 30 days they would charge the full amount for the product. You have the option to order on demand or have your order sent at specified intervals. I don't know yet how effective the product will be, but it is not fair to slam them because you did not read the offer.

company not wanting to refund goods returned
I ordered a sample tube of the LifeCell Anti-Aging Skin Care treatment from this company in August 2014 and the amount of $18.22 (NZ) was charged to my credit card on 12/09/14. I had been using the cream during a 2.5 month holiday in Australia, visiting family, and had decided that I would be returning it to the company, as per their original offer, once I got back to NZ on 30th November, due to my not having had the results that they claim it should have had. When I got home, my husband presented me with two charges on our credit card from Life Cell and a package of Life Cell products that I had not ordered. The two extra charges being $247.83 on 11/10/14 and $213.70 on 14/11/14. I sent them an email stating this fact and asking advice as to how I was to go about the process of sending them back and also requesting an address for where these products were to be sent to. After numerous emails, I eventually got this information, but only after having to contact my Credit Card company and lodging a formal complaint with their Disputes team, and relaying this information back to the Life Cell company. I sent the initial sample cream and the subsequent unused products back to them on 4/12/14 and they acknowledged that they received the goods on 22/12/14 (their word against mine). I received a refund of $238.83 into my Credit Card account on 23/12/14. I sent them another email confirming this and asking why they hadn't refunded the other $213.70. They replied saying that they had no intention of doing so, as the returned goods should have been with them by 12/12/14 and not 22/12/14 as they claimed they had received them. I emailed them stating that this was unacceptable and that I would be notifying my credit card company again and giving them permission to take action to retrieve this outstanding amount, which has been actioned today! I dread to think of how many more people have been swindled by this highly unethical company?!?
Scam
Received Lifecell product from (Hollywood Florida) in mail and found charge on my credit card. I did not order the product. Called the company and Jessica kept insisting that someone in the house ordered it--I said that no one here ordered it or ever heard of it before it arrived. Jessica kept insisting that if I had not ordered it then my wife had ordered...

I saw the ad on LifeCell online and went on to purchase the Trial package for the Lifecell skincare in US. It was courier to me to Singapore. Subsequently in the next 2 months, there are 2 unathorised transactions from LifeCELL! This company is a total scam and should be reported to the respective authorities in US. I am lodging to a complaint board in Singapore and has stopped the credit card transaction. There are 4 key problems with this company which I will be disputing against on laws of tort and misrepresentation:
1) The terms and conditions was ambiguous at the point before we order the trial package. This resulted in misrepresentation.
2) The pop-up window for us to key in details on so that the transaction can be made quickly unknowing the consequences.
3) The 2nd transaction was not even notified prior to making the purchase and it is not stated in the terms and conditions to the purchase.
4) Clearly, the product is not as effective as shown with celebrities report and all. These celebrities should sue against this company whether they indeed purchase and use the product with proven effectiveness.
DO NOT BE CHEATED FROM THE COMPANY - LIFECELL SOUTHBEACH SKINCARE
I will proceed to file a complaint against this company through our Singapore authorities.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I do agree Lifecell is cheater and scammer.
when you order the item it wont show terms and conditions later and they will do unauthorize transacations.
dont buy items from life cell and they will rip you off.
OK, not sure if you are just one of those people that want free things or something BUT the first 2 parts of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS from the website are VERY CLEAR. I think you just decided not to read them. It is very clear that the triel is free for 30 days and then you must pay for it if you decide to keep it AND you then have to pay for the next sample up front.
PLEASE READ FIRST in the future.
1. TRIAL ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your 30 Day Trial Period will start when the order is placed. You will be responsible to pay Shipping and Handling charges for your first shipment of LifeCell. If you wish to cancel your order within your Trial Period, simply call [protected] and return your tube (even if it's empty!) within 30 days from shipping date and you will not be charged anything other than the shipping and handling fee. If you enjoy LifeCell, do nothing and at the end of your Trial Period your credit card provided today will be charged $189.00 and you will automatically be enrolled in the LifeCell VIP Discount Club. This means that in approximately 30 days from the end of your Trial Period and every 60 days thereafter, you will be shipped a new 2 months supply of LifeCell for the low VIP price of $149.00 per tube with FREE shipping for domestic customers. This is a reoccurring order which is more fully described below in section
2. Remember, you can cancel at any time by contacting our Customer Care Department at [protected] or visit us online at www.lifecellskin.com. Today's charges and future charges will appear on your credit card as South Beach Skincare/Lifecell or Life cream.
Note: When using a debit/credit card, your bank will pre-authorize your card for $189.00 thereby creating a pending transaction on your account. If you see this on your account, it's only a temporary authorization and will disappear in a few days. It is NOT a charge. We do not charge your card (besides S/H) for 30 days. Keep in mind all transactions on this website are in USD. If your financial institution operates with a currency other than USD, they may assess an international currency exchange fee.
2. RECURRING ORDERS
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SECTION CAREFULLY. THE FOLLOWING SECTION DISCUSSES A NEGATIVE BILLING OPTION INVOLVING THE PRODUCT(S) YOU ORDER FROM THE COMPANY. AS DISCUSSED IN GREATER DETAIL BELOW, YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF PRODUCT THAT WAS SHIPPED TO YOU, AND PAYMENT FOR FUTURE SHIPMENTS OF PRODUCT, UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US TO STOP SUPPLYING THE PRODUCT TO YOU.
If you do not cancel your order within the 30 Day Trial Period and return the Product to us within 30 days from shipping date, your credit card on file will be charged $189.00. If after your 30 Day Trial Period you wish to continue to receive LifeCell, simply do nothing, and in approximately 30 days and continuing every 60 days thereafter (a Recurring Order), you'll be shipped out a fresh new 60 day supply of LifeCell for the low VIP price of $149.00 per tube with FREE shipping. For your convenience, we will bill the credit card you provided us for your initial order.
taking money without concent on trial
I'm from England and saw this add for a trial product. I paid the shipping fee but read your concerns and cancelled it the next day. I received an email to confirm this and they then sent me a duplicate. I emailed them several times a day sorting this out but they have WITHELD RETURNS AND CHARGED ME FULL PRICE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR AGREEMENT. I am due in hospital next week and they have taken no STOLEN as it was with without my knowledge 189 dollars. And they are demanding I send them the product back and pay for returns. I am contacting the consumer complaints England for this scam but hope you read this before you make yourself stressed. I wish I had seen these reports before they conned me.
I have learned over the years that if I think I want to order a sample, or anything for that matter on line, I always google the name of the product along with the words scam OR fraud and BINGO!
Life Cell skin is a fraudulent company on so many levels. The ' free trial' offer is written so badly even an attorney couldnt make sense of it. Done on purpose. Second its not a free trial as they have your credit card information and they WILL bill you even if you return the product! Only way to stop them is to change your card info and start investigation with BBB and your banking institution as I am now. Secondly this product is nothing. The ingredients are bogus, the people who claim they use and love it are fictional. It does nothing more than put a heavy layer of creme on the skin as coco butter would. The most money they put in their company is the bad customer service people and the fancy card board boxes they ship out to distract from a cheap product. It IS a scam people, and they WILL bill your card fraudulently as they have hundreds others. They are NOT counting on repeat business. Dont be dumb! By pass this hole in the wall who will go under due to all this.
Thats my point... THEY ARE UPFRONT... The FIRST part of the terms have EVERYTHING you need to know... You people are just too STUPID TO READ IT...
Your right...think before you act..we humans can so easily miss the details which is exactly what they are hoping for. You can read this information before. I had to go back through the order processing before I found where I had gone wrong. Just wish companies would be more upfront. Buyer beware...If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. Also FREE TRIAL is different than FREE SAMPLE
You are correct, you can read it before you order, But why are they not more upfront? Why put it after the submit button. I had to go back and go through the motions of ordering to find where I had missed this critical information. You are right Think before you act because companies DO USE very clever marketing practices. They are hoping that we don't think before we act!
sa2014... What are you talking about?
It is not hidden anyplace... You are asked if you agree to the terms and you can click on it to read it. If you do not agree then they will not process the order.
But that does not matter either because you can read it BEFORE you do the order.
THINK BEFORE YOU ACT PEOPLE
They hide the above information AFTER the submit button for the free trial. I had no idea they were charging me $189.00 after 30 days and would automatically send me another shipment in 60 days once again charging my account. If this product is so great why do they have to be so deceptive. I am ashamed of myself for falling for this marketing scam.
I do not understand people... Even if you did NOT want to read the entire terms and condition, the first parttells you ALL that you need to know. It reads:

product does not work
Product not effective. I did not place a second order but received a call from my credit card bank and managed to stop payment on time. Emailed them to say that I am not interested in the product same day that I received an email that they are preparing to send product. However, 3 days later received email from DHL to say that product is shipped and is on its way. Fortunately for me no damages thanks to quick thinking of my bank to stop and cancel the card.
fraud from credit card
this LIFE CELL company is bunch of THIEVES, FRAUDS and cons...
i buyed one time promotional offer price cream from them and the product was useless but without my knowledge they took out 200 dollars from my account exactly same date one month after...my promotional transaction...and i did not received any other product too...for the money they took from my account...in next credit card bill i disputed the transaction but the bank wasn't listening either...
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM...THEY ARE FAKE COMPANY WITH FAKE REVIEWS...THEIR PRODUCTS ARE FULL OF C***...AND S***...i am a middle class resident and that 200 dollars meant lot to me...my all CURSE IS WITH LIFE CELL...BURN IN HELL...

bogus charges and I can't stop it
Customers, be aware that the website www.lifecellcream.com is real scam. These jerks started to charge me for $36 per month. I already called them and sent emails, but no one picked the phone or replied to my emails. I have no idea how to stop them, but I’m really angry with them.
Also maybe someone has any ideas how to stop these fraudulent charges. Please, share your views.
Fraud
Lifecell is a beauty product designed to make wrinkles disappear. They advertise on their website for a free trial. In the instructions and terms it states that you will not be charges the $189. 00 until after you have had the product for 30 days. I, too, like all of the other statements, was charges the $189. 00 plus the shipping and handling. I cannot testify to the whether the product works or not because i could not get past their shady business practices to use the product. I have had to close my debit card account so they could not charge any more charges to my account. I did not trust them to cancel my account, even though i have spoken to a representative and i have sent an email cancelling any further transactions. My advice to any one who has given them your bank info to cancel that card or take action to dispute this companies charges in the future. I will putting a claim in to get my money back from these crooks and i hope to put them out of business in the near future.

I am a victim of the LifeCell underhand marketing practices as the other people have been in wanting a trial sample of a cream and ending up being charged an exorbitant sum for a wonder product that cannot be or it would have been marketed honestly in the first place. Simple deduction!
These worms will have their comeuppance. It is already written into their karma!
Nicholas Barnes
Hello Angela,
I have taken action against these worms for the same reason as everybody else.
I would greatly appreciate your confirmation, with proof to me that you are acting against this company and that you are not part of the scam and thus in cahoots with them. No offence meant, but for a woman to use Esq. after her name rings warning bells as it is authorized and suitable only for men as part of English cultural tradition. A Lawyer would normally know this!
With my regards
Nicholas
I just paid for the shipping of the free sample this morning of an amount of $14.00 and got $200.00 deducted from my account AT THE EXACT SAME MOMENT! I had to call my bank to cancel my card! What a fraud! They deducted the money even though I didn't ask for the whole thing and before I receieved anything!
I fell for the scam too. I then researched the net how I could complain about the merchant when repeated emails rendered
unanswered. Eventually I lodged a complain to Better Business Bureau and Internet Crime Complaint Center. I even wanted to complain to Federal Communication Commission and Federal Trade Commission. I wanted them to pay. Even if I don't get a cent back, I wanted to teach them a lesson. I wanted them to be blacklisted for scamming people. Within 2 days, the merchant replied asking me to return the product and giving excuses that my mails went into spam. I replied saying since there was no make mention that you must return with the box in the website, I will just return my tube and still expect to get a full refund.Yes I also complained to my credit card company and they are in the midst of investigation. I will forward the email to my credit card company and BBB.
Some of my friends esp males said to let it go. Why should I let such people go? I want them to learn a lesson and not mess around with anyone. You want to do a decent business do it properly. If not you pay for the consequences. Most people let it go so they get bolder and scammed more people.Apparently, they are getting such good traffic they are in yahoo websites. I will do what I can to complain to google and yahoo and cause them to decrease their traffic.
I just ordered the product and was only supposed to pay for the shipping and when I tried to use my credit card for another purchase, it was declined. Checked my on-line bank statement and have already been charged the $189.00 for the product even before it was shipped. What kind of scam are they running?
illegal charges
On Feb 14, 2014 I ordered a tube of Life Cell on their FREE trial basis by merely paying 4.25 on postage. On 3/17 they charged my account $189.00 - supposedly for another month's supply which I never ordered or received.
Sometime later they sent me an e-mail saying they were sending another month's supply at (I thought they said) 149.00, but apparently it was 189.00 as that is what they put against my credit card (totally without my permission)
I immediately sent an e-mail saying: CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL. They sent one back saying there would be no charges on my credit card, but here they are! I will take it to the bank and get a scam charge started. I am a 77 year old widow living on social security and I certainly don't buy and can't afford face cream that costs almost 200 dollars. I see by the scam web-site that I am not the first one this has happened. Looks like its the way they do business.
Would some of the others of you who filed complaints please tell me how this came out for you.
small handling charge became a $189.00 deduction from my checking acct.
I agreed to a free tube of cream paying a less than $5.00 shipping charge. Instead I was charged $189.00! This was not approved by me and illegally taken from my checking account. This is an ongoing scam by Lifecell to charge an exorbitant fee for a cream that does little if anything.
I want my 189.00 back and the elimination of my debit card from their files. This company may deduct more money from my account without my permission again. This is a disgraceful con job by an unscrupulous company and should not be allowed to advertise this on the internet. People should be warned about this site and Dr. Oz should stop lending his name to this rip off company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I mistakenly trusted the advert and fell into the trap because Lifecell advertised on a Homeopathic website called Earth Clinic (which is a great and trusted site). Oh dear how wrong was I. Rushing off to the bank tomorrow to change my account which is a pain in the proverbial. Feel furious with myself for being scammed.
never received product even to try and was charged.
I ordered a trial of this Life Cell product as it sounded pretty good. I never got the sample and was told would be seeing $4.25 charge on my credit card since that is shipping and handling. Well, I never got to try it and already have pending charge for $189.00 that I must dispute with credit card. What a hassle. I tried calling their number to be looped back around to an email address where I get no replies. They said need "special" number and the tube returned to credit me. How will I get this number and there is no tube since there is no merchandise. Just beware consumer. I bet this is a real hassle now. That is reason used credit card. I had a strange feeling. I should have listened to my instincts. Buyer Beware. Just want to help others to avoid this hassle.
I got a bottle of LifeCell South Beach skin care and the trademark is a little bitty R with the circle around it above the double L's in cell. Could this be a counterfeit. The other bottles I've seen is a TM above the double L's in cell.
allergic to it
I ordered and used the cream on my face. When I went on vacation I was startled that the cream had burn my skin and caused my whole face and throat to balloon up to my eyes. I had to go to the doctor and get a steroid shot and be put on three days of steroids until my face got back to normal. I need to return all unused products, my skin cannot take this. I must be allergic to it.

Lifecell Anti Aging Cream
This company South Beach Skin Care took $189.00 from my bank account without my authorization. They were offering a free 30 day trial of their anti-aging face cream emphasizing that you only had to pay $2 and change for Shipping and Handling. A few hours later I went to withdraw cash and saw that I had none because $189.00 was withdrawn. I was stunned. I am...

I placed an order for a trial of Stemcell which advertised an amount of approx $14.00, however I immediately found many complaints in regard to Lifecell and how they automatically bill after a month. I sent an email cancelling the order however the order arrived at my address in Australia. I sent the package back to Lifecell unopened and emailed to LifeCell notifying them of this. I also said that I did not want any amounts deducted from my credit card.
Today I noticed an amount of $211.00 taken from my credit card.
This is incredibly upsetting as I cancelled the product and returned it to them to avoid this.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Scammed by same. But not gonna be idle
I too, got scammed by these people, but going on a rampage
I fell for the scam too. I then researched the net how I could complain about the merchant when repeated emails rendered unanswered. Within 2 days, the merchant
replied asking me to return the product and giving excuses that my mails went into spam. I replied saying since there was no
make mention that you must return with the box in the website, I will just return my tube and still expect to get a full refund.Yes I also
complained to my credit card company and they are in the midst of investigation.
Appalling
How in god's name is this company allowed to persist.
Totally unethical, no way to cancel the contract ?. The Law has no teeth !
Shut these aholes down ... and do it quick ...
bad product
I ordered trial offer for $4.79 from LifeCellSkinCare.com and was unsuccessful in cancelling trial offer. My account was charged for $89.95 and then for another $89.95. I received a package and immediately marked return to sender and put back in the mail. The product has dried my face to the point of peeling and redness and the fragrance is unbearable.

If life Cell is that great why are the famous people not using it and why are no positive results shown?
When I hear bla bla bla in a jar all you need is this product and you will look young again
Well if that were possible I still cannot understand why the rich and famous are not using it and we do not see magic results because let's face it there is one way to look younger and that's with the facial treatments which cost about 2500.00 as a start up cost and the same amount every 4 to 5 months to maintain, I got the face injections and what it did was fill that sagging space on my face to bring my cheeks back like when I was 30 and it did cost me nearly 4, 000 that afternoon and yes I liked the results but I could not spend close to 8 or 10 thousand dollars a year and during my treatment another woman was called in and they agreed I needed Botox here and there, I was just so excited to see a younger me but, I did see fewer wrinkled but not worth 3 or 4 thousand dollars a visit, I get an email saying come in and get your face rejuvenated for the upcoming holidays, sure does have a nice ring to it but again it's all about research do your research about any product, or buyer beware.
