keeps on saying E1 Code

its 6 am, not to mention im laying in bed with my 4 year old toddler and its freezing cold so i go ahead and plug in my heater, i get a good 2 minutes of it then it just complelty starts to shut off reading the e1 code on it.
i tired to turn it to its side, after doing alittle research on the product i came to a article where it says to check the filter and i did exactly that ,but it didnt solve anything / i dont have the money to buy another heater so here i am trying to file a claim hoping that something good can come out of this.

Bought this unit last year at Ocean State Job Lot. Went to use it again last week and nothing happened when I turned on the unit. Tried different electrical outlets to make sure that wasn't the problem.
Called customer service to get some help and the person I spoke to kept telling me that he was not familiar with the heater! He also said that because the unit was made in 2019 replacements parts were not available. The same heater is still being sold at Ocean State Job Lot.
Desired outcome: If there are no replacement parts for this heater I would like a refund of $119.

We bought this heater this winter and it is now not heating the room it is blowing air but no heat and the red lights are not on any more on the inside. You can hear it blowing air but no heat. Space heater
I bought a heater and it shuts off after a few minutes. I called to get it warrantied and I can't because I can't find my reciept. You can tell by looking at it it's brand new. I bought it a few weeks ago so I was ready when it got cold out to help keep the kids comfortable and in the meanwhile I lost the receipt. I tried to register it and no spot to do so on the site I paid good money to just know I gotta throw it out. I was told in a email by a rep. That I need a sensor. I ask how much then he says I need the fan to go with it remind you it has no use yet cause it shuts off. So the wife decided it's probably better to buy Dr inferred cause our old one works good still and I probably won't be buying parts I don't necessarily need. I already got enough in it from buying it thank you for your time.

Item was gifted Last year during Off Season. Decided to try out my New Heater since we finally had a few Cold Nights. Straight out the box with issues. It is beautiful lit with flames, BUT it will NOT get HOTT. Yes it has been stored, but it is BRAND NEW & should still work without issues. Called both Numbers & they do not work. Also tried emailing, but so far no response. Hopefully I can get some help with this issue

Have had this small space heater for around a month, and it is getting the E1 error. I've cleaned filters, etc. The store where purchased will not let me return. Looking at all the complaints on this site for the same problem, I'd just like my money back so I can get an Eden Pure. This is BS. It's 2020, and these problems have been being reported since 2011? What's up with that?

I purchased a really nice 3-4 person LifeSmart Infrared Sauna and used it from time to time, not very often. I used it at my convenience. The power board went out and there is no phone number or customer assistance available to buy replacement parts. The sauna was very expensive but the service that you can't get for the product is absolutely ridiculous. I have left several emails asking for a reply but nothing so far. They do not provide a valid telephone number to call their company.

Purchased heater in Jan 2018.Heater shut down a few times .Restarted but fan made humming noise.Unit began to smell and became overheated causing power strip to trip.Living room stunk for hours of nasty odor.Web sight does not exist for complaints.Will return item to Home Depot and inform management that Lifesmart has been under many complaints since 2013 and future business with them should be terminated.Will update how management handles this issue.

I purchased this product from HSN in Oct. After receiving it, I discovered the remote control was defective. I called the technical support number on the brochure and it has been disconnected. I called HSN and they were not aware of this. They gave me another number to try. I called the number and found out that Life Pro had been bought by Lifesmart so I was given a third number to call. I've called the number three times and left messages because you never get a live person. I believe this company no longer exists and I would like to file a complaint. I called HSN to let them know they should notify their buyers of this issue. The product should have a one year warranty but it does not good if you can't reach anyone.
Lifesmart/source green heat not honoring warranty policy listed on website
I purchased a Source Green Heat product from a Walmart location, and the unit had a heat coil go out 3 years to the day from date of purchase. I checked the manufacturere's website, and their FAQ lists that "The heater comes with an automatic 3 year limited manufacturer’s warranty at the time of purchase. Your receipt is considered your proof of purchase and registration." I submitted an email inquiry regarding my warranty, and had the message come back as permanently undeliverable. The next day I called the company and was told that that website is no longer valid or active, even though there is a copyright date of 2016 at the bottom. The company is claiming that because my particular heater model is not listed on the website, that the 3 year warranty does not apply, and they refuse to replace the product. The warranty policy listed does not specify that any particular models are excluded, or that a product had to be purchased after a certain date for the warranty to be valid. The company has been extremely rude to me, the supervisor I spoke with would interrupt me before I could even finish a sentence. I paid $130 originally, and the representative I spoke with, CSR11 (are they not people, with names?) actually said "in our disposable world I would expect products to break and wouldn't spend so much on a heater in the first place because I don't have the need or that kind of money." I responded saying that it sounded like the company makes products to be broken, she insisted they don't. Very displeased with how I was treated with this company. If a policy is listed on your company website, or a company that you are responsible for, then that policy should be honored.
wont heat
We have had 3 of these heaters now, 2 have had the same issue. After a short 2-4 weeks the element no longer heats, wont turn red even on its hottest setting and just blows warm air... not enough to warm your hands by. we returned one and purchased a larger unit for our upstairs, it is still running but has E1 errors. the unit downstairs is heating a much smaller area and stopped working just this morning. The units being in 2 different areas of the house says its not the area it is sitting in causing problems, and the smaller space of the downstairs area(where the second unit is placed) tells me its not being overworked to heat too large of an area that caused the units to fail. So I can only guess at this point that these units are indeed faulty at best.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
E1 faults
I have 3 heaters from lifesmart. 2 work fine, but the third is a constant E1 code. I have cleaned the filter and checked the unit completely. It will run about 20 minutes and then shut down.
