Incompetent techs, horrible customer service - needs to go out of business
This company is horrible with incompetent techs. They came to my house to fix a Thermador oven ignition issue 3 times and they could not fix it. The last time the tech came over he opened up the entire oven and when he put it back he caused more damage. Now the flame of the oven makes sound and blows high and low with no reason.
I called Peninsula and I was told about the issue the tech caused. The woman on the phone was extremely rude. I was told I need to call the warranty company and they will not do the work unless there is a work order. Why do I need to call the warranty company if their incompetent tech caused more damage? This is a total scam and this company needs to be out of business. I just hope there will be a class action lawsuit against this company.

Recently my washer went out, and I had them come out. They fixed it and was back to normal in no time. The service was amazing and my technician was a nice guy. My friend referred this company to me. I would definitely call Peninsula Appliance Repair again if I had any problems in the future.

I can't believe how much they charged me, $275 for just 5 minutes of work! And to make matters worse, they wouldn't even give me a receipt. I called them five times and asked for it over and over again, making sure they had my email address spelled correctly. The last time I called, the person on the other end claimed they had sent it. But when I asked them to stay on the line until I received it, they flat out refused and said they didn't have time for me. They were so rude and unprofessional. I would definitely recommend avoiding them at all costs!

This is one of the worst appliance repairs I have ever received in my entire life. People, if you're thinking about getting your refrigerator repaired, don't choose this company. Before they came, my refrigerator was fine, but now, after they left, my freezer doesn't work. The guy and girl who came said they did something to make it work for a few days, but now my food is going to go bad because of their mistake. If I were you, I would check with other appliance repair companies. I am not happy with this.

0 would be my prefered choice. This company has missed equally as many appointments as they booked with us. Moreover, they have yet to repair the problem or adequately communicate any steps along the way to insurance. They claimed to have tested our newly ordered dishwasher motor while enroute to our appointment and found it to be faulty, so they cancelled last minute. Several scheduled appointments later and they still havent fix the problem or told the insurance company to move on with buying another unit. It seems like theyre milking the job.

I wish I could give a 0 star rating to this business. They are scammers disguised as repair people. I used them through my warranty company for a defrost problem with my refrigerator. First of all, they did perform the required repairs, and instead, they quoted an exorbitant price for parts replaced and associated labor (which was not covered by my warranty company). I asked them to perform the repairs covered by my warranty (which was the original defrosting request) and they declined, saying I have to either pay for the replacement parts out-of-pocket or that they are not going to work at all. I talked to the customer representative and she deserves an award for the most rude person ever! The business is a joke. If you can, stay away from them and pick someone from Yelp who has a better rating and customer experience.

The repair guy was really professional and I've used this repair company before. I haven't had any issues with the service guy. The service from the office staff in scheduling ain't up to par. I scheduled an appointment with my warranty company and knowing that their times don't always match, I contacted the office. I did this twice and was told the scheduled time was the same as the warranty time. I then filled out a *** form stating the time I was given and if it was still the correct time. No response. The last call I made I was told I would get a call 1/2 before arrival. I scheduled someone to be at my home at 1:00, but got a call at 12:00 saying the repair guy would be there in 15 minutes. I had to scramble to get someone there while in transit I received a call from the office saying "If no one is there to open the door in 5 minutes the repair guy will leave." What happened to the 2 phone calls I made? What happened to the *** form I completed to confirm if this was the correct time. On top of this office staff insisted I was at fault. Repairs, excellent, professionalism none.

I got these charges on my credit card on 10/9 and 10/21. Peninsula Appliance Repair didn't give us any invoices or receipts, and they didn't even fix our problem. Talking to them was hard, and when we wanted to talk to the boss, they said there ain't no boss or office, and we should email them instead. So we did, but they never replied. They also took our credit card info and didn't give us any invoices or records for the different transactions.

This appliance company didn't fix my refrigerator. It's been 4 months. They say it's because of parts, but they ordered the wrong ones and didn't fix it until we called. Finally, on 9/8 (3 months later), they came 3 hours late and tried to repair the fridge. The next day, it was still broken and leaking water on my floor. When I called them to at least turn off the water, they said no until the warranty company opens a work order. This company not only took forever to fix the fridge, but now they won't fix their mistake. When I called, they argued, yelled, and hung up on me. They wouldn't even turn off the water. When I called with a new claim number to reopen the work order, they made me wait 5 days for a technician to come. I talked to *** and emailed the manager ***!
