Linda FineGold review: Missing order, unhelpful service

This company is genuinely a scam. I ordered from them about 5 months ago with my bestfriend our order was probably valued around 2-300$. We waited like 3 months to get our package - and when we did.. like almost everyone else… we were missing more than half our items. I received 1/3 hoodies I ordered. Since we ordered these during a sale they only gave us a store credit of $5 per hoodie. Now there is no sale… how the hell am I supposed to reorder it now? Spend more money and not get my order again? Scam. They refuse to give an actual refund, and will not send the item back.

Against my better judgment I ordered again from the company last week under the impression that they had changed locations and fixed their shipping issues because they moved to the USA. Well… they charged me $18 for one-day shipping… let’s just say it’s been a week and no product. When contacted about this they ignored my complaints and told me that it’s set to ship this week. When I checked with UPS/their tracking website there is still no updates. Never never never never again will I shop here. Don’t do it.
