Order not received now 30 days after being shipped!
I placed an order 30 days ago and this company says it was shipped via UPS on 05/02/22. Contacted UPS and They informed the company only created a label for the parcel, but yet haven't received it for actual shipment for delivery!
Desired outcome: Either I get reimbursed for the items I purchased or get the ball rolling to expedite my delivery!

Stolen art designs
This company has repeatedly stolen designs from an artist I follow. Her name is @therese_nothing on Instagram.
Please do not buy from them. They stole the designs without permission or compensation. They ended up blocking her on social media when she spoke up about it.
Desired outcome: Pay the artist for the stolen designs or take down the merchandise.
No order received, now I’m ignored!
I made a order October 2021, now we are in December 2021 and this Linda fine gold will not respond, will not refund, is now ignoring my BBB complaint. There are many comments on Kirills page of people not getting their orders from June! I can't believe people are still ordering from this company when the comments are saying they won't send out orders. This company is scamming everyone! They have to be stopped!
Desired outcome: Refund!! I will never order again!

I ordered merchandise on 9-25-21 and never received a thing. I emailed this company several times to ask where my order is considering they took the money out of my account on 9-27-21 and no reply to my email. My order number is 799578. I have tried to locate a phone number and there is none. This is the first time I have dealt with them and it is the last time.
Desired outcome: Refund my money since I never received merchandise
Missing an item
I received my package today that I had ordered on 24 February however when I open my package I was missing an item I paid over $90 for this order and I missing a hoodie the hoodie was to be a birthday present for my boyfriend it was the most important thing in this package and it's not even there I've tried everything to get a hold of you people and nobody is getting back to me you guys said you successfully delivered my package but when I opened it I was missing an item I'm not very happy I want a refund I want my hoodie sent to me I want someone to get back to me please and thank you

I ordered in March… it’s now June 1st and I have none of my items and I spent well over $300. I got a store credit at the beginning of may and a “we’re shipping it as soon as possible” nothing has moved. Sent another email to see where my merch is
Linda Finegold.com is a SCAM BUSINESS. They lie to you about your orders & steal your money. The money is used so the owned Kirill can spend your money to go party. They are an illegitimate company & should be banned from selling products.
Abuse
Can't manage to ship an order for those backstreet print-a-tee store designs on sweatshop quality garments they're charging $50 for - yet it seems they plenty of time use their company social media to abuse models that have nothing to do with their business, be rude to their own customers who take issue with this behaviour, and then start a doomed advertising campaign in an attempt to double down, save face and appear edgy. I understand that the edgy, inflammatory thing is part of their attempted brand image, but being rude to customers and using company social media for bullying is unprofessional, immature and completely unnecessary.
Shipping and customer service
I ordered 2 shirts on Feb 18th, shipping label created Feb 24th, still have not received anything. When i check USPS tracking it says there still waiting for the item. I emailed linda at least 15 times and all she does is give you the run around, thank godness i used paypal they are going to at least get me my money back. The customer service is horrible, I went has far has going to Krill FB page and let everyone there know dont buy from Linda he needs someone better running his merc, she is running his business into the ground.
refund request not honored
Immediately following the placement of the order I wanted to cancel it. This company is disgusting and not one I want to ever do business with. The company said they couldnt cancel the order. It shipped, was returned and store credit issued. This company has n one to speak with. Policies are not absolutes and I want nothing to do with this company. They are refusing to issue me a refund.
[censored] live forever sweatshirt
I ordered the [censored] live forever sweatshirt in black with white letters in size XL for my brother for Christmas and it came in grey with white letters. My order number is #183966. missing merchandise
I ordered a total of 4 items from this store, after 2 weeks of waiting for the items to be shipped, i only received a single item after an additional week passed. The customs declaration states there is 4 total items in the package with a total value of $81.00 USD but the 1 item i received is only a total value of $50 USD. Total weight on the package states it is 1lb but my item weighs .550g's - I double checked with the post office and they dont have any additional packages under my name so the store associate weighed my package and determined it to be the total weight of .550g's.
I also paid a high duty fee based on the total USD value of the package and if i dont receive the rest of the items i would like to have that amount refunded.

I have ordered from ALF three times now. The shipping takes at least a month even though you pay the standard rate. Every order I have received is missing items. When I contact customer service and prove what I have received they will only give a store credit. The 1st time, okay. Second time, hmm... Third time, okay this is a scam.
Waited months for my order only for Sam near my whole order missing and the stuff I did get isn’t even the right size extremely upset. Honestly the bbb needs to get contacted
I have 3 orders 2 under lonleygirl1488@gmail.com and 1 for lesleymcguire75@gmail.com I have wrote two emails and I have only got one response saying I couldn't get a refund I just wanted what I paid for the order dates are 3-20-23 and 4-3 -23
I made three orders between January 26th and January 28th of 2023. I received one of my three orders a month and a half later. I was emailed saying that my other two orders were not out for shipment due to not being in stock and I was offered a credit a $49.22. this was after I emailed the company asking where my order was after 2 months.
