My complaint is 2 folds. A $69 fuse and lack of care for the customer..
Yesterday, my condenser unit was making a buzzing sound on and off. My wife called Lindstrom to have it taking care of. They send Alejandro E. to fix the problem. He changed the low voltage management switch, and a 5 Amp fuse which blew in the air handler. The fuse cost $69.00. This is a $1 part at the most which was provoked by the technician. When he came the system was making the buzzing sound nevertheless operational. Soon after he left, the entire system stopped working. My wife called to have him sent back. He had already left. She was given an appointment for Saturday in this kind of wheather. Why couldn't another technician be sent the next day. Especially after I paid $467 just to have my system shut off. Mistakes do happen. However, Lindstrom needs to step up when it is their mistake. The customer should not be inconvenienced.
We were told that an email was going to be sent to the manager regarding the fuse charge. Still waiting.
Desired outcome: Please refund the fuse charge, as the tech said it wasn't up to him for this charge..
