non payment of electrical work
How is it that this company is still operating? Based on complaints on the internet, they do not pay any of the contractors they hire to perform work. Our company performed work on a Sprint building for LRFM on January 25, 2016 and still have not been paid for it. We receive no responses to any inquiries regarding the outstanding invoice. The job # is R654049. Resolution would be to pay for the work that was completed.

I need a physical address for Lion Rush Facilities Management Group
Addresses that have been provided seem to be for UPS delivery and not the actual business.
Our air conditioning company was contacted to install a Trane Unit in a Sprint Store. We completed our part but have been unable to collect payment of $4, 730.00.
They are a registered business with the State of New York, but we have been unable to locate the physical address.
payment not received.
We have two open invoices dated 9/8/2015 and 9/10/2015 with authorization written on it that a check was sent out a year ago. I came in new to this and the last office manager said the company was sending checks. Still nothing and after almost a year, I have kept trying with empty promises and more lies. Brittany, Nicole, Robert - whoever they say that day is actually working, are the ones that have told me a check is coming. Sadly, all lies and now they won't even answer my emails or phone calls(this is with leaving voice mails). I have been gracious for far too long and have already reported them to BBB. We did the work for Sprint Network in Everett, WA while their name was AAA Commercial Property but recently they changed to Lion Rush, or maybe they lie more by saying their old name to hide they are frauds and scam artists?!
Our company did plumbing work for them, being authorized the starting diagnosis fee then the go ahead to work a couple days later. Not that difficult of work. It seems that the last office manager at our company had the same issues getting a hold of them and with all the same lies week after week. 'The check is in the mail' or 'The check is on its way' or even, 'I will check for you and call you back'. With no results. All I want to do is close out these two invoices and receive full payment of both, then to never receive their calls again and get the word out to everyone to avoid AAA and Lion Rush - maybe even avoid Sprint Network if they have to get payment from AAA/Lion Rush.
As a reference of terrible communication, after a phone call, I attached an email below from Brittany. She never called me like she said she would and that was the last I ever heard from her. I tried reaching out all the time, and just tried calling today (8/30/16) with no luck. Left another voice mail but I know I won't get a call back. Same old deal, it's tiring and it's sad that people can be so terrible. I have also included a snippet of one of the invoices we have for them. Simple cost but this was the starting point that carried over into another day of actual work. There is a hand-written number that is the Work Order number; this, plus work site information, was provided to us by AAA in an email. I would tell Brittany/Nicole this number and they would say, 'Okay, the check is on its way' or 'Okay, I will check this for you and call you back.' So the records are right, they confirmed the total(s), and keep lying.
This is definitely a warning to everyone out there...sadly, several companies lost tons more than ours but please protect yourselves! Thanks for reading.

They are crooks. Still owe us over $1800 for work at a sprint network site from March 2015. They lie and say they reissue checks. Even tried going directly to Sprint who says they don't owe it because our contract is with AAA CPM (Lion Rush Facilities). Way to screw small business.

Our HVAC company, ridge air conditioning, inc was contacted by catherine from lion rush facilities management group (LRFMG) on November 11, 2015 to submit a quote to replace the old trane air conditioning system with a new 4 ton trane 410A system with 10kw electric heat at a local sprint ttore.
We received a work order #R653617 and sent to catherine our certificate of insurance.
Our bid for $4, 730.00 was accepted and the work was completed December 9, 2015. We submitted pictures (before & after), signed work order, W9, and invoice to catherine on december 10, 2015.
December 16, 2015 I was contacted by john from LRFMG as Catherine was no longer the contact. I sent copies of every thing that had been sent to catherine.
I learned that the contact was again changed and now I was to contact michael. It is now January 26, 2016 and still awaiting payment. michael informs me that he will check on this and advise ASAP.
I called LRFMG and learned that I needed to contact gina. After a few attempts I spoke with gina who explained that due to snow days they were behind, but I would hear from her on Feb. 12, 2016
Feb 15, 2016, I sent gina an e-mail as I had not heard from her. gina responded back that they were still behind catching up from the snow days, but a check would definitely be cut within the next 2 weeks. I informed her that this job was completed December 9, 2015 and it was now February 15, 2016 and we had not received payment.
Feb 29, 2016 Gina thanks me for my patience, but rob (first time I have heard this name) that payment for work order R653617 is scheduled for March 11, 2016. I responded that this was not acceptable, please pay the invoice.
March 21, 2016 I contacted gina and asked if the check had been sent. gina let me know that she was waiting to hear from the account manager.
March 21, 2016 gina informs me that the check was delayed and was put into the mail on March 14, 2016. I verified the address and gina confirmed.
March 25, 2016 I contacted gina as the check had not been received.
March 30, 2016 gina is apologizing for the united states postal system and if not received she will put a stop payment on the check and re-issue another check.
After checking this complaints board I see that this is just a pattern of LRFMG's poor business practices. My next step will be to get our attorney involved and file a lean against the building.

We provided emergency IT support for a Sprint store in Knoxville TN. They reported computer wires that were cut by carpet layers. This was on Wednesday 11/26/2015 right before black Friday weekend. We received a work order and completed the repairs. We still have not been paid for $942.42 invoice. We've contacted the company over and over again with no response. Avoid doing any work for this company! You won't get paid!
